(3) "Practice" means practice. Here it refers specifically to the exercises, questions, tests, and training specially designed by experts to develop human potential, such as brain teasers, one-minute reasoning, etc. It is beneficial to do more. (4) "Learning" means learning. Learning is definitely the best way to increase the basic reserve of potential and to promote potential.Rich knowledge is bound to have rich associations, and the level of intelligence depends on the surface and amount of information connections between neurons.
