当天就这样散了，贾昌朝和御史台的人一定很满意，皇帝和新政君子们生气了，这是天大的利好消息。紧接着就有更大的惊喜。能想像吗？皇帝和臣子有了分歧，被教训的居然是皇帝！ 知谏院长官欧阳修大人回到家越想问题越严重，皇帝的脑筋秀逗了，我得教教他。于是就发挥特长，写了一篇名垂千古的好文章，把自己和各位君子兄弟们扔上悬崖，变得万古流芳，永垂不朽，呜乎矣哉。 文章是这样写的——“臣闻朋党之说，自古有之，惟幸人君辨其君子小人而已。大凡君子与君子，以同道为朋；小人与小人，以同利为朋……”余下的不赘述，就是那篇大名鼎鼎的《朋党论》。 这篇文章在中国古代文学史是有一定江湖地位的，尤其是出自君子之手，被历代君子们奉为生活宝典，更是意义非凡。这些我们都不管，要看的是当时起了什么作用。 从本质上看，这是篇翻案的文章，陛下您的中心点是“君子不党”，但我就是要和你掰掰手腕。议论风发，旁征博引，证明君子有朋，而且朋党有用。您所需要做的，就是“当退小人之伪朋，用君子之真朋，”除了我们之外都赶走。 那样，天下就太平了。 联系到滕宗谅事件，就会清晰地知道赵祯的感觉。你们拉帮结派都是对的，而治理国家，我只要把其他人都赶走，只使用你们，就万事OK了。right? 陛下，一个人结党，最多不过十几人，五六个人结党，就是七八十人。范仲淹、富弼、韩琦、欧阳修、余靖、蔡襄、尹洙这是多少人了？何况他们的新政里，关于选官的办法，就是“推荐责任制”，他们可以明目张胆地去选人结党了。不出二三年，朝廷内外就全是他们的人了。 局势恶劣，人心险恶……赵祯不禁在心里暗叹，人人都说新政好，唯有王权忘不了；人人都说君子好，唯有朋党戒不了！what to 第2条，民力困弊，财赋未强；回答——“臣等议之，国家革五代诸侯之暴，夺其威权，以度支财用，自赡天下之兵。岁月既深，赋敛日重，边事一耸，调率百端，民力愈穷。农功愈削，水旱无备，税赋不登，减放之数，动逾百万。” 这一共是83个字了，说了什么呢？总结，把问题的来龙去脉说清楚。也就是说，皇帝向他们提问题，他们再细化一下，让皇帝再看一遍。 接下来终于到解决办法了，大家摒住呼吸，压住兴奋，小心瞧着——“今访选举良吏，务本安民，修水旱之防，收天地之利。而更严著勉农之令，使天下官吏专于劝课，百姓勤于稼穑，数年之间，大利可见。又山海之货，本无穷竭，但国家轻变其法，深取于人，商贾不通，财用自困，今须朝廷集议，从长改革，使天下之财，通济无滞。又减省兵，量入以出，则富强之期，庶有望矣。” 138个字，看到什么具体办法了吗？看到“青苗法”、“均输法”、“农田水利法”、“免役法”这样的言、之、有、物的具体法令了吗？“使天下官吏专于劝课，百姓勤于稼穑，数年之间，大利可见。”、“今须朝廷集议，从长改革，”都是空话，套话，没有半点用处的废话！ 其它4条，基本和这个一样，让仁宗皇帝进一步地看清楚了新政“君子”们的成色。 宋庆历四年的六月份，是这一年里最精彩的时段。上旬，皇帝看清了君子们的实力本象，中旬时老天也来凑热闹，六月十五日，开封城里天雷击顶，灵宝塔被打中了，整体坍塌。 这事儿比春天时的干旱还吓人，全体国民一致把目光射向了皇宫。皇帝，你一定又犯事了，老实交代！注意，这只是国民们在心底里的呐喊，新政的君子们却说出了口。君子达则兼济天下嘛，我不出口谁出口？ 知谏院的主力余靖上殿，大热儿的天挥汗如雨，他穿戴齐全，正颜厉色跟皇帝说事。中心思想只有8个字，“勤俭修德，感动人心。”可他整整聊了两个多时辰！ 仁宗静静地听着，一言未发。直到余靖走了，他才说出一句话：“被一汗臭汉熏杀！唾沫都喷到我脸上了。”没办法，谁让儒术唯我独尊，君子无所不能呢？ 接下来是下旬，最精彩的桥段到了，以前种种与之相比都太平和，太中庸，根本就算不上斗争。这一切都与一个人的愤怒有关，夏竦，他回京城了。 夏竦，前面提过，他是宋朝与西夏开战时第一位西北总负责人，三川口败后他被弹劾丢官，到内地生活去了。至于身世，他是个被捡来的弃婴，以养父的恩荫才当上的官。其实这里小有出入，现在就细说一下。 夏竦是个多才多艺的人，史书记载他经史百家、阴阳律历、佛老释道，无所不晓。当年科考时，开封城的省试，即礼部试，共取100名，他名列第4。而且考官特意注明，他的诗赋水平要高于后来的状元陈尧佐，是因为他年纪太小了，所以才压制他一下。 那年他17岁。 刚好就在那时，他养父死了，得回家守丧。科考部门觉得有些过意不去，在他的履历表里添了一句话。该生下次科考免省试。也就是说，他可以直接入围最后一轮，殿试。 夏竦当官之后，幸运迅速临头，那时赵祯年纪很小，由名相王旦推荐，他被选入资善堂讲书，给未来的皇帝上课。从这时起，就注定了一辈子的荣华富贵。 赵祯是太念旧了。仁宗一朝，他的老师们颠簸不倒，荣宠始终。 夏竦被气晕了，他不懂，这就是君子？君子讲的是忠恕之道，这样的凶狠刻薄，拿同朝官员当敌人砍，这是哪门子的君子啊……他有心忍了，但就在这时，另一位宋史里超级著名的学者爆发了，非常非常的有才，此人写了一首流传千古的诗，把夏竦彻底钉在了历史的耻辱柱上。 石介，和他的《庆历圣德诗》。 石介，字守道，生于公元1005年，宋京东西路奉符县西旺村（今岱区徂徕镇西旺村）人。这是位非同小可的大人物，无论是他的学问，还是他的脾气。 说起学问和文人，在宋朝选代表，相信大家都会第一时间选苏轼苏东坡。没办法，坡仙的名气实在是太大了，但是实际怎样，另有说法，等到他走上官场时，自有公论。要强调的是，学问二字，绝不是指诗词歌赋，《大江东去·念奴娇》再好，它只是抒情小调，不是士大夫的本职工作和精神内涵。 学问者，博古通今，定国安邦，包罗万象，神化难明。在这方面，石介只在东坡之上，绝不在其下。 看履历，他是天圣年间中的进士，之后当过一些不大不小的官，之所以在历史上留名，尤其是文化史上有地位，是因为他在山东徂徕山下创办的“徂徕书院”，世称徂徕先生。 在孔圣人故乡讲学，你得有怎样的水平！这水平就让他在庆历四年，新政刚开始实施的三月时，由韩琦推荐，进入开封国子监任直讲。《庆历圣德诗》就是在这时写下的。 这首诗很有古风，四字一句，共954个字，以“于维庆历，三年三月。皇帝龙兴，徐出闱闼。”开始，到“皇帝一举，群臣慑焉，诸候畏焉，四夷服焉。”结束，石介以皇帝的口吻对新政时所任命的宰执、谏官，一一称颂表彰。说这真是个开天辟地以来最好的时候啊，不仅是人类，就连天地人神、昆虫草木都非常的兴奋。 因为您把两位大贤人升职，就是范仲淹和富弼，他们俩是“一夔一契”。都是古代的大圣人；同时又把卑劣的小人赶走，就是夏竦。这个局面太好了，诗中说道，是“众贤之进，如茅斯拔；大奸之去，如距斯脱。” 这首诗一问世，达到的效果让石介很郁闷。在他想来，这样热情讴歌新世界，是件多么及时又多么合适的事啊。这会大幅度地提高新政普及的势头，让更多的人加入到新政君子的行列里来。
