Feng Zhengbao (1908-1975), a native of Shanglou Village, Luocun Township, Yaoxian County.He was poor in his childhood and went to school for two years.Slightly longer, often go out with the neighbors to make up for the family. At the end of 1933, he resolutely went north to Zhaojin and joined the third guerrilla unit of the Red Army on the Shaanxi-Gansu border. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1934, and served successively as guerrilla manager, vice chairman and interior minister of the Guanzhong Special Zone Government, deputy head of the Border Region Government Working Group, county magistrate of Chunyao County, and secretary of the county party committee.He was loyal to the revolution and the people all his life. He always adhered to the party's policies and the interests of the masses. He often ate, lived and worked with the masses.Although he is a county magistrate and secretary, he is impartial and approachable.In order to smash the Kuomintang government's economic blockade of the border area, he actively led the masses to carry out a large-scale production movement, open up wasteland to grow grain, spin thread and weave cloth.He went up the mountain to open up wasteland with government workers.At the same time, organize the "work change team" in the agricultural market to solve the production difficulties of households lacking labor.These practices have been affirmed and promoted by the government of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region.

On October 10, 1947, he led the guerrillas of Chunyao County to kill 27 people under Zhang Yanning, the head of the enemy militia, and captured 42 people in Anzipo, Sipo.A large number of guns, ammunition, horses and other materials were seized. The guerrillas had no casualties. They created a model battle of zero to sixty-nine and were awarded by the Guanzhong Division.After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he served as the county magistrate of Yao County, the deputy commissioner of Weiyang monographs, and the director of the Shaanxi Provincial Materials Reserve Bureau.

He died in Xi'an in 1975.
