Chapter 3 Preface to the third edition

A lot of revisions have been made in the second edition of this book, but there are still many things that were too late to move.There were also some inappropriate places that were overlooked at the time, but were discovered one after another later.So I took the opportunity of this publication, read it carefully, and revised it as I read it, and only then did this revised third edition come out. After the publication of the second edition of this book, I saw some book reviews written by colleagues at home and abroad, and heard many oral comments.This shows that this book continues to receive the attention of my peers in the field of historians, which also motivates me to put more effort into this book to repay the love of my peers.Over the past few years, many scholars have told me at any time about the problems encountered in reading this book, regardless of the details.Mr. Xi Zhaozong was not afraid of trouble, carefully reviewed the whole book, and corrected many things.These are important references for my revision of this book.I sincerely thank fellow scholars for their care, and I continue to look forward to enthusiastic advice.
