邓长禧：都有，在里面排挤，然后有的是老板的女朋友，就是把她挤到旁边去了，然后晚上要唱的歌都会先写歌单给乐队，然后她就先唱了，就把你歌给唱掉了，然后有的时候打牌看她小孩子，就让她说，你先唱，我妈妈那时候都跟她讲了，不要争，人家比你资深，看开一点，所以我妈妈对她的心理上的辅导帮忙很大。 记者：她自己会不会觉得很委屈，小孩子总会觉得很委屈。 邓长禧：也还好吧，也还好。 记者：她从来没有在那环境里面没有烦过，没有气馁过，在最初那个阶段？ 邓长禧：现在印象中好像没有这种感觉，可能年轻，17、18岁的时候，不知天高地厚。 记者：等到她成了一线歌手的时候，在夜总会唱压轴，开始也要请她到台湾以外的地方去演出。 邓长禧：嗯。先是到香港，后来是日本公司在香港的歌舞厅发现她，所以就跟她谈到日本发展，那时候她已经20岁了。
