The Badachu of Xishan is one of my favorite places. It is more natural and Buddhist than Xiangshan. The mountains are stretched, the mountain roads are simple, and the mountains and forests are generally natural.Evergreen trees and deciduous trees, trees and shrubs, flowers and grasses are all flourishing, and the distance is green. The eight scenic spots are eight Buddhist temples. One Chang'an Temple and eight Zhengguo Temples (Secret Demon Cliff) are located in the north and south corners, and two to seven are connected together.Go up to the seven Baozhu Caves for a bird's-eye view of the city of Beijing. The terrain there has a section of gentle roads and splendid archways, which reminded me of the monks of the Tang Dynasty to learn Buddhist scriptures. The so-called Western Paradise is probably a place similar to the six Xiangjie Temple and the seven Baozhu Caves among the Eight Great Places of Xishan.

There were eight creative villas in the 1960s where there was a writers' association. At the Wendai meeting, I heard Haoran say that he wrote a novel in eight places, which should be "Sunny Sky".It is difficult for Haoran to be able to write so many breaths of life in a novel with a clear propaganda function. In addition, I saw in a poem by Guo Xiaochuan that he had stayed in that kind of villa. His poem described the urgency of staying on the mountain and eager to go down the mountain and plunge into the fiery life. And Chang'an Temple has always been a training center of the Central Propaganda Department, a place for organizing cadres to study, until now.

In the autumn of 1962, I was invited by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles to hold a two-week reading club in Chang'an Temple, the main content of which was anti-(Soviet) revisionism. Since the second half of 1959, Sino-Soviet relations have become a topic of concern after food issues. My mood is indescribable. Is there any way, I accepted the influence of the Soviet Union, especially the influence of Soviet literature and art, unreservedly and with all my heart in my innocent childhood and youth.Paul Korchagin directly influenced my life path choices. "Katyusha" was the first Soviet song I learned. My political consciousness, youth awakening, sunshine feeling, and dedication desire all come from this song like "Bright Spring" (from the lyrics of "Katyusha").In any case, Soviet novels, Soviet poems, Soviet music, and Soviet songs all fascinate me.From the Soviet Union to Russia to Ukraine to Georgia.I am obsessed with literature and music, film, painting, ballet, folk dance, Red Army dance, and Russian retroflex.I have not forgotten Stalin either.I can sing many songs praising Stalin: "The sun shines on the beautiful motherland..." "There are eagles singing on the high mountains..." "Our vast motherland is changing with each passing day..." It was just liberated in 1949. Everyone congratulated Stalin on his birthday. Chairman Mao was in the Soviet Union at the time. He attended the birthday party and brought him birthday presents, including radish and green vegetables from Shandong and pears from Hebei. The whole country cried when Stalin died in 1953.

I was once moved by the words of Sino-Soviet friendship. When the head of state delivered a speech, he said: "Sino-Soviet friendship is a cause that lasts forever." Evergreen, just these four words also make me satisfied and the sun shines brightly. After Stalin's death, I gradually felt that there were new uncertainties in Sino-Soviet relations. One of my moods is very incomprehensible. I feel that there is a chorus of the Five Feodorova Sisters "The Fields Are Quiet", a chorus of the Piatnisky Chorus "Who Knows Him", and Tchaikovsky's chorus. "First String Quartet", a nation with so many great writers cannot be hostile or defeated.I will probably love them forever.

Then first there was my own "rollover".Then the Sino-Soviet struggle intensified.I know this is a big deal.I know that this matter has a little relationship with the anti-rightists in China. It is very likely that some old "rightists" in China have pro-American issues, while other relatively younger "rightists" have pro-Soviet issues.Being so pro-American and pro-Soviet is a bit silly, and politically too young.Of course, there are still people who are classified as rightists because they are "anti-Soviet".Many of my "unhealthy" emotions and "unhealthy" thoughts are related to the Soviet Union.Being too influenced by the Soviet Union since childhood is one of my original sins. Moreover, there is the issue of national interests and national interests. The Soviet Union is not as dreamy as imagined. At the beginning, the Soviet Union’s big brother was so nasty. At least the Soviet Union’s troubles are no less than China’s.In the long run, China must shed its image as a vassal of the Soviet Union.I didn't understand these from the beginning.I always think that these are Mao Zedong's two undeclared strategic moves, two great achievements for the Chinese nation: one is to keep Hong Kong in 1949.One is to break with the Soviet Union, get rid of the Soviet Union and the socialist camp and go its own way, and finally start to develop some kind of ties with the United States.

But I still have sorrow, and the spiritual pillar of my youth has collapsed at one end.Ding Ling and Ai Qing, including Hu Feng and other left-wing writers and left-wing intellectuals, were overthrown, and I couldn't help feeling lost. And the Soviet Union is now messing around, no matter how sensible I am, I am still worried. Things like this can’t be joked about, I have to work hard to study the documents, oppose revisions and prevent revisions, stand firm, listen to the superiors all the time, and just keep fighting like this, there won’t be any chances. The arrangement of the Xishan Reading Club is very comfortable, reading or discussing in the morning, and watching reference films in the afternoon: "Wan Yan Flying", "Clear Sky", "Man and Beast", "Lakeside", and a film about a man who belonged to two camps in the Cold War. A love story between a woman and a woman. In addition, we were shown some documentaries, including hula hoop dancing, and Western commentators' analysis and reports on the "New Wave" in the Soviet Union. The food in the reading club is excellent, nutritious, colorful, easy to digest, clean and elegant. After the food difficulties in the early 1960s, being able to eat high-end meals in one place for two weeks cannot be taken lightly. What's more, the autumn is crisp and the mountains are pleasant. My "classmates" and I swam from two places to four places on a moonlit night. The shadows of the trees were whirling, the mountain temple was quiet, the moonlight was cold, and the stone roads were like jade. The feeling is completely different. There are really beautiful things in life. It’s not easy to say (joy) when you learn and fly.
