Ma Huateng: Chief Executive Officer Ma Huateng, executive director, chairman of the board of directors and CEO of Tencent, is fully responsible for the strategic planning, positioning and management of Tencent Group.Ma Huateng is one of the main founders of Tencent and has been employed by Tencent Group since 1999.Before assuming his current position, Ma Huateng was in charge of the research and development of Internet paging systems at Shenzhen Runxun Communication Development Co., Ltd., a Chinese telecom service and product provider.Ma Huateng obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Shenzhen University in 1993, majoring in computer and application, and has more than ten years of experience in the telecommunications and Internet industries.

Liu Chiping: President Liu Chiping joined Tencent in 2005 as chief strategic investment officer of Tencent, responsible for corporate strategy, investment, mergers and acquisitions and investor relations. In February 2006, he was appointed as the president of Tencent, assisting the chairman of the board and CEO Ma Huateng to be responsible for the daily management and operation of the company. In March 2007, was appointed as executive director.Lau Chiping previously served as Executive Director of Goldman Sachs Asia Investment Banking Department and Chief Operating Officer of Telecom, Media and Technology Industry Group.Prior to this, Liu Chiping worked in management consulting at McKinsey & Company.He has over 10 years of experience in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and management consulting.Chiping Liu holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan, a master's degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University, and a master's degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Zhang Zhidong: Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Zhang Zhidong, executive director and chief technology officer of Tencent, is in charge of the development of proprietary technologies, including the development of basic instant messaging platforms and large-scale online application systems.Zhang Zhidong is one of the main founders and has been employed by Tencent Group since 1999.Before assuming his current position, Zhang Zhidong worked in Shenzhen Liming Network Co., Ltd., mainly responsible for the research and development of software and network application systems.Zhang Zhidong received a Bachelor of Science degree from Shenzhen University in 1993, majoring in Computer and Application, and a Master degree in Computer Application and System Architecture from South China University of Technology in 1996.Zhang Zhidong has over eight years of experience in the telecommunications and Internet industries.

Xu Chenye: Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer Xu Chenye, Chief Information Officer.Xu Chenye is one of the main founders. He has been employed by Tencent Group since 1999 and is fully responsible for the strategic planning and development of website property and community, customer relations and public relations.Before assuming the current position, Xu Chenye worked in Shenzhen Data Communication Bureau and accumulated rich experience in software system design, network management, marketing and sales management. Chen Yidan: Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer

Chen Yidan, Chief Administrative Officer.Chen Yidan is one of the main founders. He has been employed by Tencent Group since 1999 and is fully responsible for Tencent Group's administrative, legal and human resources matters.Chen Yidan is also responsible for Tencent Group's management mechanism, intellectual property rights and government relations.Before assuming his current position, Chen Yidan worked in Shenzhen Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau for several years. Zeng Zhenguo: Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Zeng Zhenguo, who has been the chief financial officer of Tencent since 2001, is in charge of finance, accounting and investor relations.Before joining Tencent Group, Zeng Zhenguo held important financial and fund management positions in multinational companies such as BASF and Hearst. Earlier, he also held key management positions in international commercial banks in the United States, participating in commercial banks, corporate financing, credit policies, credit risk ratings and Strategic planning work.Zeng Zhenguo has more than 11 years of experience in the above financial positions in China and the United States.

Xiong Minghua: Co-CTO Xiong Minghua, joined Tencent in 2005 as the co-chief technology officer, responsible for improving R&D strategic planning and process management capabilities, and responsible for managing platform R&D system departments including basic instant messaging platforms and large-scale online application systems.Before assuming his current position, Xiong Minghua worked in Microsoft Corporation for nine years. He was mainly responsible for the project management of web browser, window system and MSN.Prior to this, Xiong Minghua worked as a senior programmer in the IBM Internet Department.Xiong Minghua received a bachelor's degree in information system engineering from the National University of Defense Technology of China in 1987 and a master's degree in information search from the China National Defense Science and Technology Information Center in Beijing in 1990.Mr. Xiong has over fifteen years of experience in software development and project management.

Wang Dawei: Senior Executive Vice President of International Business Wang Dawei has served as the senior executive vice president of Tencent's International Business Department since 2001, working with international partners to promote Tencent Technology's international business, and is responsible for Tencent Technology's services outside mainland China.Before that, Mr. Wang Dawei served as Vice President of MIH China Business Development, responsible for China's Internet strategy and mergers and acquisitions.Before working in China MIH, Mr. Wang Dawei worked as a management consultant in China's telecommunications and information technology industries.

Liu Shengyi: Executive Vice President of Internet Marketing Services and Corporate Branding Liu Shengyi, who joined Tencent in 2006, is responsible for expanding the online advertising business and optimizing the brand of Tencent and key products.Liu Shengyi has rich experience in brand management and advertising industry. He has worked in well-known international advertising companies for more than 15 years, and has been in the leadership position of China business for nearly 12 years. Zeng Liqing: Co-founder Lifetime Honorary Advisor Zeng Liqing, one of the five founders of Tencent, has been employed by Tencent Group since 1999. He served as the chief operating officer of Tencent from 1999 to 2007. He was fully responsible for the business scope and product categories of Tencent Group, while managing Marketing work across the country.Before joining Tencent Group, Zeng Liqing worked in Shenzhen Data Communication Bureau and was familiar with China's Internet and telecommunications industry.Zeng Liqing has served as a lifelong honorary consultant of Tencent since June 2007.
