Chapter 3 Three, Buddhism

The empty Sanskrit sounds are to wash away all dust and thoughts, so that the weak souls in the world can have a peaceful snuggle. The light sandalwood purifies all tastes in the world. Before the merciful Buddha, even sins are merciful. After seeing the tragedy, Su Manshu fled in despair, left Japan, and returned to China. The woman who threw water for love has since become a poignant legend in Japan.Later, after being sung by countless people, she was like a Chinese bird called a cuckoo, obsessed with a love at the seaside, singing every day, and returning with her soul. However, Su Manshu became a heartless person, because he did not live and die with his lover, so he chose to abscond in the last scene.

Is Su Manshu really cowardly? The man who had promised love to Sakura failed to keep the covenant, and performed an affectionate tragedy that ended in a hurry. When love became a thing of the past overnight, he had already given all his sincerity with both hands, and never thought of returning any of it.It was the sea in front of him that had become endless mulberry fields, which made him feel so heartbroken that he decided to stay away. When Su Manshu left, he didn't care whether the world would give him a clean slate, because he was persevering and knew clearly that no one would believe what price he would pay for this accidental love affair.

Some people say that because of Juzi's death, Su Manshu was so disillusioned that he went to Pujian Temple in Guangzhou to become a monk after returning to China. From then on, he put on cassock and started his life of wandering. It seems that Su Manshu is destined not to be ordinary, but destined to be a wandering geese. It is a place where souls are collected, and it is a residence for meditation practice. How many people abandon all temptations in the world of mortals, just to escape into Buddhism and practice the realm of Nirvana. He can't let go of his sentient past, greed, hatred and ignorance, but he has transcendent wisdom and extraordinary understanding. He didn't want to become a Buddha, but the door of Buddhism was always open for him.

It is also said that when Su Manshu returned to China, he did not directly choose to become a monk, but was invited by brothers Wu Zhishu and Wu Wanzhang, who were students from Suzhou who were studying in Japan, to give lectures at Wuzhong Public School in Suzhou. This is the Jiangnan water town in his dream, and his heart aches even more because of Jiangnan's tenderness. How many times did he dream back in the middle of the night, he heard Chrysanthemum crying on the distant seashore, the voice traveled through thousands of rivers and mountains, as if separated from him by only a sound wall.So sad, there seems to be infinite sorrow, but I want to say it.Su Manshu only hopes that there is a magpie bridge in the world that he can fly across, so that Juzi can be spared from being alone. He admitted that he was cowardly, because he didn't dare to die with that cherry blossom.

Stone bridge willows, misty rain and plum blossoms, the customs of Jiangnan seem to be completely different from Japan. The beauty of the water towns in the south of the Yangtze River is intoxicating, but the beauty of Japanese cherry blossoms is depressing.Blue tiles and white walls, black clothes and long alleys, there are always girls with cloves and grudges who will pass by him inadvertently, blowing away the deep sadness in his heart.Su Manshu didn't dare to look for another love to take care of his pale and fragile fleeting years. His love was given to Chrysanthemum in Japan, and he returned with guilt. A person who is burdened with guilt and guilt, what should he use to start a new relationship? But for a romantic and talented man like him, he is destined to not have only one woman in his life.

Su Manshu in the south of the Yangtze River is taciturn and doesn't talk and laugh easily with others. On weekdays, he paints alone in the hut. He has a talent for painting, and his random graffiti is vivid. He wrote down the memories of the past on Huixuan, deep and shallow, and all the scars were carved. These scars are also branded in his heart, which will never be erased.Su Manshu not only has a talent for painting, but also a talent for literature. His poems are natural and smooth, and he has written too much about life. It was also because of his outstanding talent and unruly personality in his bones that in the end, even if he escaped into Buddhism, he couldn't calm down. The world has given Su Manshu a special evaluation - a monk of love, a monk of painting, a monk of poetry, and a monk of revolution. This is an honor and a debt.He carried these false names all his life, and was entangled painfully between being born and entering the world, and he couldn't get rid of it until he died.If not, the name Su Manshu is just hidden in the register of a certain ancient temple without a sound.

I don't know who said it, if you can't afford it, it's better to stay away. The dreamlike water town in the south of the Yangtze River, a ray of breeze, a white cloud, and a curtain of misty rain all tempt Su Manshu's weak soul. But he finally let go of this poetic dream, weak water three thousand, he can only take a scoop to drink. But once the sea was overwhelmed, it was difficult to recover, how could he turn the tide?Ending a story means starting another story, but why, the ending story can't pass by like a cloud of smoke, but instead devours him day and night? In the artistic conception of Yangchun Baixue, feeling Luoyan Pingsha, he dare not look back at his heart.

Su Manshu never forgot that he was a wandering lone goose, destined not to live in a certain place for a long time.Even if it is an ancient house in the deep courtyard in the south of the Yangtze River, those ordinary people have enough space for him to build a nest and dream, and his heart will not be at peace.During his trip to the south of the Yangtze River, he still had nothing. He came with an empty suitcase and left with an empty suitcase. He didn't even have the courage to say goodbye to this water town. This warm-blooded man with a broad mind has an unknown cowardice and softness deep in his heart.

Whenever Su Manshu sits in meditation, he always thinks of the time he spent in the ancient temple when he was young.Back then Su Manshu was lonely and helpless, and it was the compassionate Buddha who took him in.The Buddha soothed the wounds in his heart with kind eyes, taught him to be tolerant and calm, and also taught him to let go, but at that time he did not understand the world and the deep meaning of Zen.Now that Qianfan has passed, he misses the ancient temple in the deep mountains and the moss-covered stone steps, the sandalwood of the ancient wood, the ethereal Sanskrit sounds, and even the elegant cassock and the fragrance of a few dishes of wild vegetables.Su Manshu understands that life is a kind of exchange. If he misses the fireworks with mixed flavors, he must abandon the tranquility of Bodhi's mirror.

Su Manshu struggled with contradictory thoughts, wandering and tossing and turning for several times, with a haze hidden in his chest, but his heart died with the dust. In the end, he chose to become a monk again when it was inevitable and his heart was cold.Su Manshu's father, Su Jiesheng, hired a wife for him in his hometown, went to find him himself, and asked him to return to his hometown to get married.Su Man avoided seeing him. He hated this kind of marriage arranged by feudal ethics. More importantly, he hated his father and everything related to that family. After this incident, he decided to escape into Buddhism and not associate with the world of mortals.A sixteen-year-old boy, once he entered the Buddhist gate, everything was empty.Every morning and evening drums, his world should only have Buddha, wooden fish, sandalwood, Sanskrit music, futons, blue lanterns, and thick volumes of scriptures.

It is said that later, Jaishan Su suffered from serious illness, and before he died, he expected to see Su Manshu for the last time, but unexpectedly, Su Manshu refused to return to his hometown. After Su Jiesheng passed away, Su Manshu even refused to go to the funeral. It is really lamentable that the relationship between father and son is so cold. The Buddha said that parents are the most gracious. No matter what unforgivable mistakes parents make, children should forgive them and know how to be filial and respectful.Although Su Manshu later became a monk, there were countless incidents of breaking the rules.Or, he was destined to be a half monk, half layman, half layman, half monk from birth. This wandering lone goose needs to find a nest when he is tired. After avoiding the wind and rain, he may have to travel far again. He went to Pujian Temple in Guangzhou. When he knelt on the futon in front of the Buddha and shaved again, he became a monk this time with a deeper realm than before. The Buddha told him that only if you are willing can you get it, if you are reluctant, you can’t get it, if you let it go, you can be at ease, if you can’t let it go, you can’t be at ease.Everything in the world arises due to conditions, and it also perishes due to conditions.Under the thousand lotus lamps, at that moment, Su Manshu let go of all the chaotic past, empty in heart, empty in nature, empty in mind. The empty Sanskrit sounds are to wash away all dust and thoughts, so that the weak souls in the world can have a peaceful snuggle. The light sandalwood purifies all tastes in the world. Before the merciful Buddha, even sins are merciful. Su Manshu felt no regrets for his choice, he didn't know whether this simple ancient temple could give him peace and stability in his life.At least for now, his chaotic mind gradually calmed down in the eyes of the Buddha. He lived in the Zen room, a simple room with a bed, a table, a chair, and a wooden fish.On the table, several volumes of yellowed scriptures tell about the past of the Buddha. There is also a swaying green oil lamp, under the old window, "calling back the souls" of those lost in the dust net.
