Looking back now, those things are all literal and official things.But the things that were summed up in the face of adversity, looking back now, are all true.So this adversity has many positive aspects.

The growth of another person does not grow in a smooth time, but a person grows in adversity.When things are going well, he is taking advantage of adversity. This does not mean that everyone must go to adversity when things are going well. When a person grows the fastest, the real growth is often in adversity, like our few great men, they have experienced many hardships and adversity.You can see that Deng Xiaoping went up and down three times, and every time he got up again, he went higher than the previous one; our chairman was also hit hard when he was in the Soviet area, but once he got out of this adversity, his level will be higher than before.Therefore, adversity should be viewed in two parts. This is an understanding of adversity.

Second, in the process of adversity, things are often done calmly, but when you are successful, it is said that you should not be hot-headed, but I guess it will be difficult to do so. I think it is almost impossible for most people not to get hot when they are successful.Only after going through several cycles is it possible to do so. I think back, when we were relatively successful, it was probably in 1994 and 1995. Looking back now, we were successful at that time, the ideas were extremely absurd, and the things we did were also very absurd.For example, in 1994, when Brain Gold was successfully produced, after Brain Gold was completed, we could not objectively evaluate our own ability, the ability of our collective, or the ability of the entire company.I thought I could do everything. The giant building we built was originally 18 floors, but later I felt that I was quite capable. The tallest building in Zhuhai at that time was Yindu Hotel, with 32 floors. Later, we added it Up to 38 floors.

Later, due to various reasons, I felt unsatisfactory. I said that the highest building in the Pearl River Delta at that time was the Guangzhou International Building. The one that is currently being auctioned is said to be 63 floors, and we added another floor, our 64 floors.Later, when piling began to be built, I wondered when it would be added, so I simply piling according to the 88th floor, so the building has not yet been built, and more than 100 million underground piles have already gone down. The original more than 100 million can completely build the 18th floor, but in fact the money has been spent, but the piles have just been laid, and the construction of the basement has not even started.This shows that people are more absurd when they are in good times.

In addition, after the brain gold was completed, I felt that I could succeed in making a product and an enterprise, and that I could succeed in doing other things, so after the Spring Festival in 1995, we launched a so-called "Ten Billion Plan" at that time. , Pushed 12 health products at once, pushed 12 overnight, of course most of them failed in the end. Then not only thought that there was no problem with our health care products, but finally felt that medicine could also be made. Later, we bought a pharmaceutical factory, including in Anhui, and produced more than a dozen kinds of medicines. The medicine also failed.We originally thought that we could do other things ourselves, such as making clothing and cosmetics. At that time, we also established a business department, and a factory was set up under the business department.At that time, MLM was not illegal, and a MLM department was established, so a lot of efforts were made, but in fact all of them failed in the end.

Because the interlacing is like a mountain, such as clothing, we don’t understand it, but we mistakenly think that we are very good, so we also do it.We also produced a lot at that time. Biga said that shirts and ties were almost unsold in the end, and we used them ourselves later. My current tie is still the tie from that time, so I paid a lot of tuition fees. Except for the industry I am most familiar with, health care products and computers at that time, all others should have failed, and none of them succeeded. So when people are successful, their minds are particularly prone to heat, but in times of adversity, for example, we never think about these things when we are in a trough, and we don’t think about everything we are not familiar with. At that time, we act calmly.So adversity still has the benefits of adversity.

The third benefit of adversity, from the perspective of the person in charge of the enterprise, is that people living in adversity are actually more comfortable living in adversity than in success.Why? Because the Chinese have a tradition of sympathizing with the weak. When you succeed, there are many "pink eye diseases", and there are many people who want to punish you. The industrial and commercial bureaus also come to trouble you, and the tax bureau also comes to trouble you and solicit sponsorship. There are many.In the face of adversity, all these things are gone. Wherever you go, people are very friendly, so in the face of adversity, people's mood is easy to be good.
