General Liang Xixian was ill and commanded the troops to tenaciously block the invading Japanese army. After the position was breached, he led the 22nd Division to break through again, rushing from left to right and killing countless enemies. But in the end, due to the fierce battle, unable to grasp the instantaneous changes of the battle situation, the Japanese army pursued and intercepted layer upon layer.
