There are about 1670 comrades in the Sanyuan Party, organized into ten branches.In terms of composition, poor peasants make up the majority, but most of the party cadres are rich peasants, so in many tasks, they are influenced by these elements and cannot be carried out smoothly and correctly.The most notable is the route of surrendering the rich peasants in the process of dividing the land.In the Bei branch, although the previous reorganizations have attacked these elements, the progress is still very weak.Regarding the struggle between the two fronts, the branch is also very shaken.So the formal reorganization is still the influence of these molecules' erroneous ideas in essence.

Most of the thirty comrades in the first branch were developed during the autumn harvest struggle. They can often hold branch meetings and assign a lot of work to comrades.In the food distribution struggle, only they mobilized the most people and fought the greatest.The work of the Fuping Border Farmers' Federation was entirely established by it.Allotment of land, they execute the earliest.In terms of implementing the party's resolutions and enthusiasm for work, it is the first of all.Most of the new active cadres are in this branch, and the propaganda work is the most common. The third branch was very bad. The whole branch was under the influence of the rich peasants, and there were about thirteen or fourteen members.During the autumn harvest struggle, not only did they not lead the struggle, but many spontaneous struggles by the masses were stopped by them.They and many members of the Peasants' Federation go out every night to steal autumn, regardless of whether they are poor or rich peasants, which arouses opposition from the masses and has not been reformed until now.All work has been negatively sabotaged, many branch meetings cannot be held, and there has been no new development until now.

The composition of the fourth branch should be regarded as the best.The branch of the Xinzi District is also under their direct leadership, and they often send people to the Xinzi District to do work and attend their branch meetings.The anti-rich peasant struggle is also doing well in this branch. They can play a central role in the Fourth and Seventh Branches of the Peasant Federation, and branch meetings are often held automatically. The fifth branch has twelve or thirteen comrades. This branch is under the influence of Pingzhang and the empire. Since January, I have only called six comrades for one meeting. Many comrades from other county party committees dare not attend and organize.After the expulsion of the empire, the county party committee did not actively reorganize, and anarchy has formed.Therefore, only the work of this branch is lagging behind, and there is no enthusiasm at all.

Eleven and two comrades in the sixth branch, the entire branch disintegrated under the consciousness of rich peasants and hooligans, showed sabotage in all work, and completely failed to implement the tasks of land distribution, especially ignoring the struggle against rich peasants.The branch secretary meeting has become an empty shelf, and meetings are not held frequently at all. There are about fifteen members in the seventh branch, and the composition is relatively good. Most of them are poor peasants. Meetings can still be held frequently, and all work is very active.In the autumn harvest struggle and the work process of land distribution, a wide range of people were mobilized to participate.The struggle against the rich peasants was also most intense in this branch.Recently their work has moved east to Fuping.

The eighth branch has about eight members, completely under the influence of a few comrades who are bandits.They openly opposed the increase of wages of farm laborers and their participation in the congress, and they mediated with many rich peasants and allowed them to join the peasant federation.Lately it has aroused the opposition of the entire Eighth Section crowd. The Ninth Branch only introduced five comrades a few days before the October Revolution Day, and the inaugural meeting has not yet been held. The tenth branch is located in Xinzi District, with about six or seven members, and the situation in the past is similar to that of the eighth branch.A few days before the commemoration of the October Revolution, the fourth branch sent people to sort it out, and there was a considerable change in the work, but several rich peasants and bandits had not been cleared out.

In addition, a few days before the October Revolution Memorial Day, some new party members were introduced in various places, but I don't know if the county party committee has been established. The leadership of the county party committee on the work of the branch was extremely slack.
