Chapter 27 Chapter Twenty Six

Mason, Della, Derek, the Bancrofts, Roseanne, etc., all gathered in Mason's office. Mrs. Bancroft seemed almost moved to tears. "Mr. Mason, I really don't know how to express my thanks." Roseanne kissed Mason passionately on the cheek, and Mrs Bancroft kissed him on the other cheek. Mason, who had two lipstick marks on his face, glanced at Della with a smile. Della pouted slightly. "Nothing is out of courtesy, so let me come too," she said.
