In the closed case files of the Quinn Bureau of Criminal Investigation, it is not uncommon to find some files marked with the word "special" on them.These files contain some interesting case records - in one case, unusual clues may be found, and in another case, there are impressive prisoners or bizarre circumstances. Many of these cases are handled through the QBI's main departments, such as those that specialize in murder, robbery, extortion, drugs, fraud, kidnapping and other crimes.But some cases are more rare and are assigned to the appropriate divisions of the Bureau - such as the Death Messages Division, the Treasure Division, the Magic Division, and of course the heavily guarded Attic, where the Impossible Crimes Division offices are located.
