Chapter 2 Chapter 1 Dujiangyan: The Way of Life

Many people do not want to reproduce the disaster of the Wenchuan Earthquake because human life becomes extremely fragile and painful, helpless and mournful at that moment. But this is history, and this is objective. If you don’t record the pain of life, you won’t know the pain and glory of every step of the human being’s journey from the animal world to the well-dressed civilization that respects food and clothing. A philosopher said that death is an inevitable experience for everyone.A painful death has more spiritual and historical reference value than a happy death. In the magnitude 8 Wenchuan Earthquake, human death was the most tragic scene, but the first and most painful scene in the eyes of the Chinese people took place in a place that everyone is familiar with - Dujiangyan...

What happened to Dujiangyan? Dujiangyan is only a few tens of minutes away from Chengdu. Everyone who travels to Chengdu for tourism or business will go there to see the masterpieces left by Li Bing and his son, a water conservancy master more than 2,000 years ago, almost without thinking. The water there, the water conservancy projects there, and the beauty of nature and humanity brought about by the great water conservancy projects left by the ancestors there are breathtaking. And Dujiangyan is the place where I worked and fought more than 20 years ago. I have more feelings for it than most people. But Dujiangyan was the first place where we felt the pain of life in the Wenchuan Earthquake.

We cannot erase the three bloody scenes of life, Juyuan Middle School, Xinjian Primary School and Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, which should not have life problems... Many people have described to me the scene outside Chengdu and Chengbu at the moment of the earthquake. In fact, without further description, the feeling of a magnitude 8 earthquake in a radius of one hundred miles is that death is approaching everyone, and when death comes unprepared and irresistible, people become extremely helpless and Panic, not to mention the fact that the people and relatives around you may die in front of you at that moment, bloody and bloody... No one does not feel terrible and terrified when facing this situation!

However, the situation in Dujiangyan is even more frightening and distressing than this. The most serious death and collapse will be the school and the hospital - there are our children in the school, and our relatives who have been hospitalized by the sick in the hospital! It was a week after the earthquake that I arrived at the site of the collapse of Juyuan Middle School.I can still deeply feel the heartache left by the earthquake to the local people, especially the parents of those children... The road leading to Juyuan Middle School is called Qinxue Road. As the name suggests, it is a symbol of the extension of this township middle school in the urban-rural fringe with more than 1,800 students. It will make local farmers who walk this road It feels like a bright path to changing identities and honoring ancestors. But on the day I set foot on this road, what I saw was a different scene: a group of parents of dead children held signs and slogans, stood in the middle of the road in sackcloth and filial piety, and told every visitor Looking at the great tragedy that just happened here——

The teaching building collapsed, and more than 900 children were buried in it. The children left us alive like this, and some of their heads were not connected to their bodies... When Premier Wen came, I knelt in front of him, and he cried with me... Why didn't many other houses in the town collapse, but the classroom where the children went to class collapsed so badly! ... Parents, you say something, I say something, their hoarse voices have repeated this kind of words many times, but they have never given up any useful or useless opportunity to express their grief and anger. Look, here are my daughters, two, twins. Are they handsome? Now they're all gone... It's been a week, and I've guarded their spirits every day, and I feel so depressed and uncomfortable!A woman in her forties held an enlarged color family photo with both hands, pointed to a pair of beautiful girls on it, and shouted at me while beating her chest. There were no tears in her eyes, the tears might have dried up long ago, there was only expectation and pleading in her eyes: I know what to say and what not to say.Foreign reporters came, but I didn't say anything. But you are our own writer, I want you to come with me to my house to see, I set up a mourning hall for the children at home, now I accompany them every day, just like in the past, but they don’t talk to me now, just Smile at me, just like in the picture...

I tried to hold back my tears, but I couldn't help it... I told her please let me write down the names of these two children. She said: One is Zhao Yajia and the other is Zhao Yaqi. Her name is Zhao Deqin. I shed involuntary tears all the way, stepped on the Qinxue Road full of the smell of disinfectant and soaring dead bodies, and came to the ruins of Juyuan Middle School where the mother's twin daughters were buried... Several fellow villagers at the scene Tell me that a total of 278 people died here, some of them were teachers, and the rest were all students. Two hundred and seventy-eight?What would it be like to line up together?I subconsciously looked at the playground on the other side of the ruins, and the fellow said: On the night of the 12th, the playground was full of corpses.

I can't even imagine it! You were all there at the time? exist.all there. After the accident, there were thousands of people around here, and it was only after the 14th that there were fewer people. At that time, it was rare to dig up a living person... The few fellow villagers who were always around me seemed to have something to say to me, but they seemed hesitant. This actually made me want to find out a little bit. You don't know, someone has already come to say hello, saying that you can't just tell anyone from outside..., said a farmer who seemed to be more courageous. What can't you say?It is a fact that the school collapsed, and it is also a fact that so many children died, you just say what you see.I encourage him.

I think so too, how come Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council can visit us in the disaster area as soon as possible, and the officials below them like to report good news but not bad news. Normally they do this, and we just turn a blind eye and close a blind eye. They can do whatever they like. What's up.But this time it was an earthquake, and God knows how many people died in the earthquake. If they still do that, we ordinary people will be angry when they see it!The common people in China are very understanding people. If they want to speak their minds, it is of no use if someone prevents them from speaking.

Mouths grow on them. The bloody facts are right in front of our eyes, and no one can hide it—— My child also attends this school, he was lucky, his class had PE class on the playground that day, so nothing happened.Because he didn't have an accident, I can still have the mood to come out and talk about the situation at that time with you reporters and writers from outside.Otherwise, who would want to stay here every day.The fellow quietly pointed to Ms. Zhao, who was holding up the photo of her twin daughters in front of me just now, and said that she has been holding up the photo of her baby here every day since the third day of the earthquake, and she feels bitter! The two beautiful girls who were so good, all of them are gone. Can I change you?No way!People hold up pictures of their children every day and want to ask those officials: Why didn't the houses near the school collapse, but the teaching building where the children attended collapsed so badly that hundreds of children died!I think there is nothing wrong with people asking such questions! You should give someone an answer! When the farmer said this, he became very angry.

Folks, let's not talk about this.I think there must be a statement above, please believe this.Let's talk about how the school collapsed at that time? When I told him this, it wasn't all to coax him to tell me what I wanted to know.In fact, a few days later, the State Council really held a meeting, made a special decision, and put forward four suggestions on how to deal with the serious casualties of the students caused by the collapse of those schools. This is something. What you said sounds good. Then let me tell you about the situation at that time... The fellow took out a pack of cigarettes, handed it to me, and smoked one.

I quickly said no, but I didn’t dare to smoke.Wearing a mask, I could still smell the very unpleasant smell of corpses and disinfectant. When I set off from Beijing, someone kept reminding me not to touch local things in the disaster area, especially where there are dead bodies. Then I'll tell you, but with one request: you can't put my name in your book.He said it after getting my assurance. The following is the words of this fellow—he told me: From half an hour after the earthquake, he was here almost every day. My baby is in the third (3) class of junior high school, and his class happened to have physical education class on the afternoon of the 12th, so he was lucky.Their class is all alive. My home is on the edge of town, so I came early. That day I was shopping in a store in the town when suddenly the items on the shelves were scattered all over the floor. At this time, people all over the street were shouting, shouting, saying that there was an earthquake!I hurried out and rushed for dozens of meters. After stopping, I touched my head and kicked my legs vigorously. I didn't hurt anything, so I recovered and rushed home desperately.Along the way, I saw a few buildings collapsed and crying everywhere, and I also saw dead people. So I was very scared and ran home. When I got home, it was fine, nothing happened. My wife said to me, hurry up and see your son!I said that our family's dilapidated house only lost a few tiles, and their school building will be fine! But no matter what, I still had a big rock hanging in my heart, so I hurried to school again. The usual fifteen-minute journey took about ten minutes today. When I walked to the town, I broke out in a cold sweat: I saw many people running towards the middle school crying and screaming along the way. When I asked, the school collapsed and many people died! When I heard it, my legs went limp for some reason, as if I couldn't run. I also saw a few female parents who were walking in front of me, but fell on the road on the spot, crying, because they were too frightened to run.At this time, the ambulance also appeared, and the sound was quite scary. When I got to the intersection of Qinxue, I saw that the school was in chaos. There was still a lot of smoke and dust, and people were running there, and many of them ran outside, some parents brought their surviving children home.I took a look, and some of the children were fine, while others were miserable; they were all dirty, as if they had just emerged from the rubble. There was a classmate with blood all over his face, and his parents were running desperately behind his back.A man riding a tricycle greeted them quickly, as if they were acquaintances, and said that Lava was going to the hospital. When I saw the situation, I thought something big must happen. My child is in the third grade of junior high school. They are on the third floor, so they must not be able to escape!I started to cry, and while calling my baby's name, I ran to the school with the parents of the students. As soon as I got to the school gate, I was dumbfounded: Why did the building collapse like this? The third floor turned into the first floor, and the third floor where my baby went to class was stacked obliquely on the ruins of the second floor, and I couldn't tell which room was which! There were already hundreds of people at the scene, all calling their children's names.I could also hear the baby underneath calling for help... It was chaotic at the time, and everyone was in a hurry, no one was directing them, and they were digging around. The parents were all anxious to death, stepping on the ruins, shouting and searching everywhere. Most people only care about saving their own children. Some children are very poor. They call their uncles and aunts to save them, but because they are not their parents, no one saves them. But there were also kind-hearted people who dragged them out, bloody. There were many teachers at the scene, and all of them changed their faces and tried their best to save people in their class.I went to the ruins where my baby was in class and called out his name, but there was no answer.I am worried too. There was a male teacher next to him who was lifting the floor to save two children who were trapped inside, but he couldn't lift it.I went over to help out.The two children were rescued, and one of them had a broken leg, bleeding half of his body.We had to carry her with two people. At that time, there were not enough ambulances, so we carried her to the playground aside. There are already several people lying there, and a dozen or so are already dead, not even covered, looking miserable! As soon as I thought about my baby, I ran to the collapsed classroom, and suddenly someone stopped me and called Dad.When I saw it, it was my son!Tears are rushing like a brake... let's go!I took my son and ran home.I can't remember how I got home with my son.Later on the way, he told me that his class happened to have a physical education class on the playground, so there was no pressure.Thank goodness! When his mother saw her son returning home safely, she also cried. He hugged his son and chanted Amitabha Buddha. The son was terrified; sat there in a daze. But I couldn't sit still, thinking that although my son was fine, there was a big problem at their school! He didn't say anything, and ran to the school again... This time there were more people in the school, and some firefighters appeared. They were more professional in rescuing people, but most of them were parents and teachers digging. I went up to help save people. Many people were like me. They came from the town and surrounding areas. Everyone saw one and saved the other. The building collapsed mysteriously, and the floor was so tightly pressed that it was very difficult to plan a child. There was a baby whose neck was stuck in the steel wire. I watched the blood flow down her clothes, but I couldn't help it.She was still alive at that time, her eyes were full of tears, we rescued her with a lot of effort to pull her out, and finally saw that her leg was broken... I felt so painful that I couldn't describe it. By the time I got to the playground, I was out of breath. Her parents came, holding her and crying to death. The woman was probably her mother, and she passed out on the spot.I looked next to the girl, and there were already more than 20 lying there, all out of breath. Some were in good shape, without any injuries, and were suffocated to death; some had their necks twisted to one side, probably because of the pressure of the cement board; White brains... I am not afraid of your jokes. From then on, I never dared to go to the ruins to save people; I stood stupidly at the school gate, watching the busy rescuers on the ruins At the scene, on one side was a playground full of injured or dead babies, and I didn't know what to do.Many people are like me, standing there not knowing what to do.I was freaked out. They may be the same as me, because no one has seen or experienced this kind of tragedy.Afterwards, I scolded myself several times in my heart, not like a man, I didn't save a few more children. On the 12th, I went back late, almost midnight. After Premier Wen Jiabao came, we all felt that the children were saved. Most of the people present and I met Premier Wen for the first time. He watched it live, and then said to us with a loudspeaker: I came here as soon as I got the news. Human life is at stake. I feel the same as everyone else. sad.As long as there is a glimmer of hope, we will do our best to save people. Even if there is only one person under the ruins, we will save them to the end.We all remember his words clearly. When everyone heard it, their hearts were warm. When we were waiting for the Prime Minister, we began to separate several areas on the scene. There was a passage for the rescue professional team from outside, a passage for parents, and an ambulance passage in the middle.I looked at the crowd of people on Qinxue Road, and everyone's faces were very ugly.Especially those parents who have children under the pressure, they are really anxious to death.I saw a parent knelt on the ground and kowtowed. I don't know if he was begging Guanyin to bless his baby, or begging someone to help her save others. Anyway, he was very pitiful. In the ruins, every time a living child was dug up, someone would shout to see whose child it was, and the parents rushed forward.Seeing that it wasn't his baby, he quickly returned to the original place to shout and dig.If it was their own baby, the parents would laugh and cry; if the baby was carried out dead, most of the parents would cry so hard that people couldn't stand it!When a man saw his dead girl, he clenched his fists with both hands and hit the ground with his head, crying, and his appearance really made everyone present cry... There are fewer people at night, because only some car lights can be used to dig, so most parents can only watch the firefighters and the People's Liberation Army rescue. When I left school that day, there were already a lot of corpses on the playground. Some people said there were eighty or ninety corpses.I didn't dare to count, and I didn't know how I came home again. In fact, I didn't fall asleep after returning home, and the scene in the school kept shaking in front of my eyes, so I went to school again early the next morning. My family wouldn't let me go, but my legs didn't listen to persuasion, and I still walked there, as if the buried baby hadn't been dug out, so it had nothing to do with me.As soon as I got there, I saw that there were already many people. There seem to be more digging machines. At this time, people set off firecrackers on the playground from time to time.We have a habit here. When someone dies, we have to fire a cannon, which is regarded as sending him to heaven. So later, every time a flat one was dug out, someone would blow it off, and the sound made us feel unspeakably uncomfortable... The situation later seemed to be covered in newspapers and on TV. Am I still talking about it?The fellow asked me. I say thank you. By the way, it started to rain heavily on the night of the earthquake, especially on the day of the 13th.Look at this playground, it used to be full of grass, but now there is almost no grass, because it was trampled by the rain in those two days. The fellow pointed to the playground and said that at the rescue scene, no matter whether a living person was rescued or a dead person was carried out, they had to be sent to the playground. There were too many people walking back and forth, the entire playground was ankle-deep like a mud pond, and all the grass was trampled away... Seeing that I was called by another family member of the victim, the fellow took my arm again: I haven't finished yet! Speak.I had to stop. Isn't the 13th the second day of rescue? When I came to the scene again, I saw a national rescue team in orange clothes; it was the national professional team that Premier Wen mentioned. They arrived at Juyuan Middle School at 2 am on the 13th. The leader of the team was surnamed Wang. They had wolfdogs and life detectors. Those things were really smart. Anyone who was alive inside would be shown. Dogs also It's powerful, you can smell it. When I returned to the scene on the morning of the 13th, I saw that they were saving a baby girl. It was a lot of effort! The child was pressed under the three-and-a-half-foot-thick floor, and there was only a gap of about twenty centimeters between the third and fourth floors. The child called for help through the gap.The rescue team tried many ways, but they couldn't save her. We guessed that the baby was going to die, because her leg was caught by the cement board, and her leg couldn't be cut off. There was no way, Chief of Staff Zhang, a high-ranking official of the People’s Liberation Army, finally decided to use a saber to cut off the concrete slab and table legs that clamped the baby, and then used an air cushion to support it. Finally, it took more than six hours to rescue the baby! The baby's parents knelt on the ground and kowtowed to the People's Liberation Army. The baby's name is Gao Ying, and my son is in the third grade of junior high school, and she is also destined to be a big girl. On the evening of the 13th, members of the National Rescue Team said they were going to evacuate Juyuan Middle School. As soon as we heard it, we became anxious, especially those parents who still had their babies under the rubble and did not come out. They were so anxious that they would not let the members of the national rescue team go.At that time, although other rescue teams could save people, they were basically similar to us, relying on stupid methods. So the parents at the scene stopped doing it after hearing it, but the national rescue team was ordered to go to Hanwang Town in Mianzhu, where there was also a middle school that overwhelmed many people, their side was much worse than ours, anyway , Dujiangyan is close to Chengdu, and the traffic is good, but other places are not.In the first 72 hours, saving lives was the most important thing. Hanwang was probably too nervous, saying that the prime minister ordered the national rescue team to go there. But the people on our side don't care about this, they are all children, and they are all fate!So the parents knelt on the ground in unison, and I knelt down too, begging them not to leave, even for a few more hours. The level of the National Rescue Team is different. After the 13th, the general rescue basically cannot save any living people. Only the National Rescue Team uses detectors to search and has professional rescue skills. Basically, they can find a living person. One of the victims will be rescued. They rescued five survivors in Juyuan, but at that time there were still hundreds of people in the ruins. Who was not in a hurry? But there is no way, we kneel on the ground and others will leave.I saw people in the National Rescue Team who were also very embarrassed. They were emotionally unwilling to leave. Some people cried when they saw us kneeling there. Hundreds of people knelt on the ground and begged them. battle, but this scene may also be the first experience. In the end, the leader Wang stood on the ruins and said with a loudspeaker: Folks, I understand your feelings, but there is only one national rescue team.We have tested many times here, and there are very few signs of life inside, so we must rush to the place where we are more needed to save more people!I saw that when Captain Wang said this, his voice was also hoarse.Later, a leader of our local area also came forward to speak out. He said that the earthquake area was large, and he asked us to take care of the overall situation and let the rescue team go to places where they are more needed, so as not to waste their time.In this way, we slowly stood up, but those parents still didn't stand up, and they basically all stood up in the end to make way for the national rescue team. It is especially uncomfortable, because it means that those children who have not been rescued are basically hopeless. What do you think the parents will feel like? After talking about this, the fellow said repeatedly: I won’t talk about it!I don't want to talk anymore...then turned my back and left.I see him wiping tears. At this moment, my eyes were sore, I can imagine the scene of hundreds of people kneeling on the ground! How complicated were the moods of the people when they silently sent the national rescue team away from the scene! Such is the suffering of life!Pain of life! I believe that there was definitely life alive in the ruins at that time. In fact, the buried people who survived for more than 70 hours were indeed rescued in the ruins of Juyuan Middle School. But I also believe that after the national rescue team left Juyuan Middle School, many people died in the ruins—they lost their remaining lives in helpless situations... The earthquake is so ruthless! This is almost invariably the case with collapsed schools. The fate of Hanwang Town, where the National Rescue Team went to rescue later, was much worse than that of Juyuan Zhongzhang.Because most of the schools that collapsed in mountainous areas, they did not get rescued by professional teams in the first time, and it was even impossible for some large machinery to participate in the rescue. Therefore, the death rate and death ratio of teachers and students in these schools are much higher than those in the Dujiangyan area! Dujiangyan is unfortunate, but Dujiangyan received the fastest and most rescue immediately after the earthquake, which is their luck. The National Earthquake Relief Headquarters chosen by Premier Wen Jiabao after he came to the disaster area is also located in Dujiangyan. Dujiangyan must bear the double burden of grief and responsibility. When I stepped on the ground covered with white ash and approached the ruins of the two teaching buildings of Juyuan Middle School, what I saw was astonishing, because there was only one room in the middle of the six-story teaching building. Outside the corridor of the crooked building as big as the house, there are no erected buildings on both sides.A few tens of meters away is said to be the teacher's office. It is basically intact, but the cracks are obvious, and it is obviously also severely damaged by the earthquake. However, it is said that there were no dead people in the building at that time, but unfortunately all the classrooms where the students attended collapsed-this is also the most painful thing for the parents of the students who died. According to local people, Juyuan Middle School has always been known for its strong teaching staff and has sent many outstanding graduates to some high schools in Dujiangyan City over the years. For this reason, in the eyes of the locals, Juyuan Middle School is the pride of the town, and the Diligent Road in front of the school records the hopes of generations of people in Juyuan Town.On both sides of Qinxue Road, there are many tall ginkgo trees, some of which are said to be more than 40 years old. The house has witnessed the profound history of Juyuan Town's emphasis on education. The Metasequoia tree, which is more than ten years old, is about the same age as the old teaching building of Juyuan Middle School, recording the glory of Juyuan Education. An old man surnamed Sun told me that when he was a child studying in Juyuan Middle School, the teaching building was four stories high, which was very grand in the township junior high school at that time. Those parents would tell their children to study hard under the fir tree in front of the school. In the future, they will grow tall like this fir tree and become useful materials for the country and society. Qinxue Road and the fir trees on both sides of the road are the expectations of the parents of the whole town for their children.Over the years, it has been the glory of the parents and the ideals of the students who have gone out on this road. However, the great earthquake at 2:28 pm on May 12, 2008 broke this ideal and expectation: the teaching building of Juyuan Middle School completely collapsed, and the shock was so severe that people could not understand why it collapsed so badly So powerful! And all the time before, here is a place where joy and ideal coexist. The earthquake came too suddenly! The collapse of the building is unbelievable! The dead can't tell me their feelings, their souls are in the kingdom of heaven, one day when we are in the kingdom of heaven together, I think when they and they tell us again, the heaven will rain tears... All we can hear is the story of the surviving children— A student in class 8 of the second grade of junior high school recalled: Our classroom is on the third floor, near the stairs.About twenty minutes into class in the afternoon, the classroom suddenly shook.Someone said there was an earthquake! We started running, and I ran fast, and ran out along the stairs in one breath. After running out, I saw people jumping from windows on the second, third, and fourth floors. Some fell and got up again, but few of the people who jumped from the tall buildings were able to get up, and almost all of them were crushed under the collapsed floors.I ran fast, probably only a few seconds.I am a boy, usually our classmates are noisy and often run on the stairs, but that day I ran very fast, so I ran out, and then I didn’t know anything... My mind went blank!I only heard a loud bang behind me, and then the smoke and dust were very heavy. When I could see it clearly, I was terrified: the building where we were in class collapsed, and at some point beside me, a classmate fell to the ground. Blood... When I saw it, my legs went limp, and I didn't know anything. When I woke up, my dad was carrying me on the way home. A student from class 4 of junior high school said: Some of our class escaped, many were trapped inside, and many of those who were rescued later died.I also ran fast, but there were too many people at the stairway and it was blocked, so we could only jump down from upstairs.I saw a male classmate jump down, and I followed suit. The moment I hit the ground, I knew that my spine might be broken, but I stood up anyway, and ran a few steps forward. At this time, the building began to collapse... …I looked back and saw that there were still students jumping, and there was a female classmate among them. Her jumping posture was wrong, and she fell on the ground on the spot and didn't get up. She may have hurt her chest.I wanted to give her a hand, but it was too late. When the building collapsed, it fell on us. I rushed forward a few steps. It was so dangerous that a big cement slab fell less than one meter behind me!When I could see the collapsed building clearly, I didn't see that female classmate again. She was suppressed and definitely didn't survive. On a steel bar of the fallen floor, I saw most of a classmate's body being picked up. She was still alive, her whole body was twitching, and she stopped moving for a while... I didn't know what to do. Driven to the playground by the teacher, I sat on the ground and tried to stand up, but my legs just didn't work.In fact, it didn't hurt much, but I just couldn't get up.The painful twitch of the female classmate always flashed in front of my eyes... In the two collapsed teaching buildings, there are nine classes for the second and third grades of the school respectively. The average number of students in each class is around sixty. In the first class on the afternoon of May 12, two of the classes had physical education classes on the playground outside the building, and one class had computer classes in another building. The three classes were able to survive as a whole. According to the descriptions of those teachers who escaped from the teachers' office and took physical education classes, the building collapsed very quickly, followed by a huge cloud of dust. The whole process was completed within a minute or two, so nearly a thousand students and Teachers are buried in it.Later, during the rescue process, I saw a dozen or so children smashed together under the cement slabs in many places. The scene was horrible! He Sanwei from a newspaper in Chengdu was an early interviewer at Juyuan Middle School. He recorded the shocking state of mind of a second-year junior high school student in a poetic style. After reading it, it made people feel sad—— On Monday, May 12th, it was just beginning of summer, and the weather in the western Sichuan Plain was a bit muggy. The noon work and rest time of Juyuan Town Middle School in Dujiangyan City is that students go to the classroom to rest at 1:40, and do some activities at 2:00 sharp, and class starts at 2:10.In other words, by 2:28 when the earthquake broke out, the children had 18 minutes of class. The first period of the eighth class of the second grade of junior high school is Chinese class.Yang Lin is very satisfied today, because the teacher asked her to answer questions and recite a passage of reading text that you think is the most beautiful. She has been preparing for a long time, but the teacher has never drawn her before. Lotus is a plant with human nature and spirituality.Like wild geese flying in the sky, fish flying in the shallow bottom, camels walking in the desert, lotus and clear water form an indissoluble bond... Tonight, under the moonlight like water, I spread green manuscript paper on my desk, just like spreading out a lake of clear water. The lotus blooms on the paper in the shape of poetry, and the stamens become the eyes of poetry... Yang Lin likes these sentences. However, she felt that the passages she memorized were too few, and she cherished the opportunity that the teacher got her, and temporarily added some sentences after the sentence in the eye of the poem. The name of this text is "Lotus", she likes it. The teacher went to other students, and she checked her content in this class. Thinking that the next class would be an English class, she began to recite English words. The teachers of all subjects cared about me, and I was under a lot of pressure; once, the teacher even said that someone wanted to send me clothes.Because my family is poor. Yang Lin is 14 years old and has a younger brother who is in the first grade of junior high school at the same school. On the first day of junior high school, I took classes in another house, and that one did not collapse. When Yang Lin was 5 years old, her father died suddenly. My mother is very tired and suffers from osteoarthritis. She worked in Chengdu and then moved to Qingdao to continue to support her two children in school.Grandpa is 66 years old and grandma is 63 years old. They are the two children's support at home. Yang Lin began to understand the hardships of life, independent character, strong and forbearing. She is above average in her studies, but she is willing to spend more time than others. She said that when she came here to study, the school did not accept her at first. She didn't recover when the classroom started to shake. She could recall the horrific screams in the classroom at that moment, but said she didn't even feel scared. She lost control as the classroom shook more and more violently. When the classroom collapsed, she had been thrown from the first row to the last row, and she fell into the ruins from the last row. They are on the third floor, the highest floor of the classroom. When the dust initially settled, she was crushed in the ruins, her injuries were not serious, and the scattered building components temporarily stabilized. With her, there are two boys. One was on top of her.In her account, there were two earthquakes, and the second time the classroom collapsed, her buttocks were weighed down, and there was light on it.But the second earthquake should be the gravitational effect in the ruins. She couldn't count the time in there. She spoke twice to parents who were calling for their children. They asked if it was so-and-so, and if they answered no, the parents of other children passed by.After two times, Yang Lin said she stopped barking. She could move one hand, so she hit her forehead with a brick, because she would not feel uncomfortable if she was knocked unconscious. The boy next to her told her not to do stupid things. However, it was just a cement block like a tile, she didn't pass out, but felt even more difficult. The previous classmate was finally rescued by his parents. She hoped that they would call someone to come, but she didn't know how long it took, but no one came. The classmate who was pressing her was once in a coma and then woke up again. That classmate was later rescued by his parents. She waited inside again, but they forgot her again. While waiting, she touched a classmate's shoes and touched her legs, which were cold. She could tell it was a fat female student in the class. She stopped shouting and began to save herself. She was going to crawl on glass shards. She borrowed a little book as a cushion, separated from the broken glass. She didn't feel any pain, but when she came out, her body was covered in bruises. She cannot judge time.I only know that when I climbed out, it was not dark yet. When she saw the flower bed, she thought it was a bit weird. It was on the ground of the first floor, but she went downstairs without walking.A man in red carries her on his back.In the first class in the afternoon, Park, the teacher who had heard her recite the American text "Lotus", came over, hugged her, and said, I told you to run away! She thought, I was reciting English in a daze, but I didn't hear it. She was carried to one side, awaiting transport to the hospital.Classmates and teachers advised her not to cry.She said she was giggling. But when her classmates said her grandparents were worried about her, she started crying. The hospital in Dujiangyan had no treatment conditions, so she was sent to Chengdu. The entire corridor was a victim of the earthquake. There is also a child in the first grade of junior high school who has not been in touch with his family. And he had already amputated a part of his calf... When I was in Chengdu, I really wanted to get in touch with Yang Lin's classmates from Juyuan Middle School, but the wounded in the entire disaster area were too scattered.Later, I learned about Yang Lin’s situation from a friend. They told me that this girl is very strong and has a rich heart. She has a wish to go to a good high school in the future, and then strive to go to college. But she was worried that the living conditions at home would not allow her. At that time, she could only go home and go out to work with her mother to earn money and take care of her grandparents.I asked my friend to tell Yang Lin, hoping that she would build confidence that as long as she is admitted to a university, the country now has a policy that those students from families with financial difficulties can solve the problem through various forms of obtaining loans or work-study programs. After all, Yang Lin was lucky. Find the target! it is good.
