丁银凤确系无责任能力吗？案发前，丁银凤反应十分正常，案发以后却一直沉默不语，使侦破工作无法开展。而当儿子被刑拘、承认屈爱强是他打的后，丁银凤立即承认是自己打的；而她儿子则得知其母承认罪行后又马上改口不是他打的。由此可见，丁银凤不疯不傻，完全有责任能力！然而，正是这样一个思维清晰、虑事周全的人最近却以患精神病为由，再度取保候审，使这起恶性凶杀案至今迟迟得不到实质性进展。
