Jin Weiying, who once led the organization of the Salt People’s Movement in his hometown of Daishan County, Zhejiang Province, and later served as secretary of the Yudu County Party Committee and Shengli County Party Committee, was organized and transferred to Ruijin County in the autumn of 1933 to serve as the head of the Red Expansion Commando, and was later transferred to the Central Organization Department. As the head of the organization section. At the beginning of 1934, he attended the Second Congress of the Chinese Soviet Republic and was elected as a member of the Central Executive Committee.Between the spring and summer of that year, 30-year-old Jin Weiying married Li Weihan, 37, head of the Central Organization Department.

Li Weihan once went to France to study, and together with Zhou Enlai and Zhao Shiyan, organized the Chinese Youth Communist Party in Europe. After returning to China, he served as the secretary of the Hunan District Executive Committee of the Communist Party of China. After the Sixth National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 1928, he successively served as the Central Inspector, the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Organization Minister of the Shanghai Municipal Committee. At the Second Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, he was added as a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and an alternate member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Later, he acted as secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China. After that, he went to Moscow to study, and after returning to China, he served as an officer and minister of the Central Organization Department.

In October 1934, the couple participated in the Long March of the Red Army.Li Weihan also served as the commander and political commissar of the Second Column of the Military Commission. After enduring the long march and suffering from hunger and cold, the couple finally settled down in the Soviet area in northern Shaanxi. In a relatively stable environment, Jin Weiying became pregnant. After the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China came to Zhidan as the capital, Li Weihan and Jin Weiying lived under Paolou Mountain. On September 9, 1936, Jin Weiying went into labor suddenly. He Zizhen, Liu Ying, and Li Jianzhen helped deliver the baby, and gave birth to a baby boy. Everyone was overjoyed.

Li Weihan and Jin Weiying named their child Luo Xiaojin (that is, Li Tieying). "Luo" is Li Weihan's original surname, and "Xiaojin" contains Jin Weiying's surname. The child is the crystallization of their love, and the name of the child proves that the two of them are connected. Liu Ying, Zhang Wentian's wife, recalled: Jin Weiying had just given birth to Xiaojin, and two days later, Kuomintang planes circled over Baoan City to bombard him. I saw Comrade Li Weihan holding the newly born Xiaojinzuan air-raid shelter in his arms.Everyone was worried about the child when they saw it, afraid of being caught in the wind. Comrade Li Weihan held the child tightly in his arms and said, "There is really no way." Everyone can see that he likes this child very much.

After the Long March, Jin Weiying was severely undernourished and was very weak after giving birth. She had no milk to breastfeed her child. In addition, the central government sent Li Weihan to Yanchi and Dingbian to unite Hui and Mongolian people. After much consideration, they decided to foster their child with a local family.Through a doctor named Li Haiqing, I learned that in Madiping Village on Nansanli Road in the county seat, a man named Duan Shizhang had died a baby not long ago. He was politically reliable and had suitable conditions. So, on the seventh day after Xiao Jin was born, Jin Weiying couldn't help crying as she watched the child being carried to Duan Shizhang's home.In gratitude and for the sake of the child, Jin Weiying gave the mahogany box that he had always brought with him during the Long March to Duan's family.

Duan Shizhang's house is located at the foot of the mountain facing southeast, across a vast platform planted with various crops, there is a large willow beach, and under the beach is the clear water of the Zhou River. Here, the poultry flocks and the sheep are scattered. Compared with the living environment of the central government in the county, it is better. The arrival of Li Tieying made the Duan family extremely happy and alleviated the pain of their baby who died young. The Duan family did not dare to slack in the slightest in entrusting the organization. This is the child of the central leadership and a descendant of the Chinese revolution. Therefore, they took great care of the child and even gave the child the nickname "Zhaoba".For the sake of the child, the Duan family took out their only savings and bought a milk goat to feed the child with goat milk.During those war years, Xiaozhao’s baby was taken care of by the Duan’s family. When the weather was hot, she was worried about the stuffiness in the cave, so she hugged the baby in the shade of a tree to enjoy the cool air.It was freezing cold, and the Duan family did not dare to burn charcoal at home, fearing that the smoke would choke the child, so they repeatedly heated the kang to keep the child warm and put the child in the most comfortable place.

In January 1937, the Party Central Committee and the Central Government of the Chinese Soviet left Zhidan and moved to Yan'an. The red base area was consolidated and expanded, and Yan'an became a stable rear area.Li Weihan served as the principal of the Central Party School, and Jin Weiying went to the Central Party School to receive rotation training together with female cadres Cai Chang, Deng Yingchao, He Zizhen, and Kang Keqing from the Long March. After that, Jin Weiying served as the captain of the girls' section of the Fourth Brigade of the Anti-Japanese Military and Political University, and ate and lived with the female students. With the anti-Japanese war of the whole nation, more and more young people from all over the country came to Yan'an. In order to quickly train talents and transport cadres, the Party Central Committee organized the Northern Shaanxi Public School. Li Weihan served as the party secretary of the Northern Shaanxi Public School. Li served as the deputy director of the Life Steering Committee.

In the spring of 1938, the Party Central Committee decided to send a group of comrades to Moscow Oriental University to study in batches, and also provided these sick comrades with the conditions to treat their diseases.Jin Weiying, Cai Chang, Jian Xianren and others accompanied Ren Bishi, head of the CCP delegation to the Communist International, and his wife Chen Congying.Via Lanzhou, Urumqi, and then go to Moscow. In Urumqi, Jin Weiying missed his child Xiaojin very much, and wrote a letter to Li Weihan, saying that he missed the child very much, and told Li Weihan to take the child to live in Yan'an, so that he could get more love under his father's care, Yu Anding healthy growth in an environment. The letter was sent to Yan'an half a year later.

In Moscow, Jin Weiying was enrolled in the political class of the Communist International Party School, and his life has indeed improved. However, due to the anti-revolutionary movement in the Soviet Union at that time, the secrecy system was very strict, and the students from China almost lived in isolation from the outside world.Jian Xianren recalled: "The school is surrounded by high walls. In addition to the guards, there are also fast hunting dogs on the campus. The organization also puts forward strict requirements on the students, and they are not allowed to go out alone. Here, we cannot In contact with the outside world, you can't go to the street to smile and nod casually, and don't touch people's things casually. Once, in the circus, I met comrades such as Xian Xinghai and Yuan Muzhi, and I didn't even dare to say hello. Why did I do this? Mainly Afraid of exposing our political identity, that is, our relationship with the Communist International.”

Afterwards, batch after batch of Chinese comrades came to Moscow, and the friends met each other very cordially. In addition to intense study, Jin Weiying missed his relatives in China and his son who was fostered by Duan's family. In the second half of 1939, Jin Weiying suddenly fell ill. In the first half of 1940, his condition became more and more serious, and he still insisted on studying. When Cai Chang returned to China, Jin Weiying asked her to tell Li Weihan that no matter what, he would take his son from Zhidan to live in Yan'an. At the end of 1940, Jin Weiying was unable to go to class, and under the care of Ren Bishi, he was sent to a nursing home.

Deng Yingchao recalled: "In July 1939, Comrade Zhou Enlai suffered a fracture. In August, I accompanied Comrade Enlai to Moscow for treatment. I heard that Ajin (as everyone called Jin Weiying) was already in a rest center in the suburbs of Moscow. At that time, many Chinese comrades They all recuperated there. I have been there twice. The first time I saw Comrade Jin Weiying, she was normal. The second time I went there, I heard that she was sick. I didn’t know what was wrong. It is said that she was sent to the In a mental hospital... In March 1940, before we left Moscow and returned to China, Enlai went to see her again. I watched her from the crack of the door far away. I heard her speak, but I couldn’t make out what she said. When World War II broke out in 1941, when Hitler’s army attacked Moscow, the hospital where she lived and the International Children’s Hospital were moved away from Moscow, and I never heard of her again Yes. After liberation, some comrades came back from the Soviet Union and never mentioned her, maybe she was killed by enemy fire in the hospital." 37-year-old Jin Weiying died without knowing whereabouts. For the details of her sacrifice, many people are exploring, but can't get any answers.Bogu's wife, Liu Qunxian, also died in the Soviet-German War with unknown whereabouts, leaving people with endless sorrow. Xiaozhaowa, who was carefully raised by the Duan family, grew up healthily with the passage of time, learned to speak, learned to walk, and spent several years of happy time. In the spring of 1940, Yan’an established a central nursery school, and Li Weihan sent people to Madiping Village, Zhidan County to pick up Xiaozhao’s baby back to Yan’an.Xiaozhaowa cried and refused to go with the stranger who picked him up, so Duan Shizhang had no choice but to take his clothes and send the child to Yan'an, where he stayed for half a month, and returned to Madiping after the child was basically used to it.Li Tieying (Luo Xiaojin) entered the central nursery as the first batch of children and started a new life. After all, the Duan family and Li Tieying have a deep relationship. After Li Tieying was picked up, the Duan family couple was very sad for some days. They are happy for Li Tieying, and happy that he can grow up in a better environment in Yan'an, especially that the child can live with his relatives. What makes them sad is that during the years of raising the child, they and the child have become close as flesh and blood. For a long time, the Duan and his wife missed their children very much, and often shed tears.A year later, Li Weihan wrote to Duan's family saying: If you miss your child, you can visit him in Yan'an.So the Duan and his wife caught up with the donkey, brought local specialties, and walked to Yan'an for two days with a sense of urgency. They were warmly received by Li Weihan. They saw Xiaozhaowa (Li Tieying) playing happily with other children in the yard, and they couldn't help crying. Later, the Duan family adopted a boy of their own in the local area. After his son grew up, he married a capable and intelligent woman named Hu Hailan, and told his son and daughter-in-law the history truthfully. It's a pity that we have lost contact with Li Weihan's family for more than 20 years. In 1958, cadres were sent from the village. One of them was Yan Heng, a professor of Xi’an University of Foreign Languages. His name is the current head of the United Front Work Department of the Central Committee." This news made the Duan family very excited, and Teacher Yan took the initiative to write a letter to the Duan family and send it to Beijing.Unexpectedly, they got in touch. Minister Li Weihan wrote back and said: Li Tieying is studying in Czechoslovakia, and he will come to Zhidan to visit his relatives when he has the opportunity. In 1961, Li Tieying personally wrote a letter to the Duan family. He greeted the two old people with deep affection, talked in detail about his study abroad situation, and also talked about his happy marriage with Bogu's daughter Qin Xinhua, and urged his adoptive parents to take good care of their bodies.Enclosed with the letter is a photo of him in good spirits.Duan's family members and neighbors all watched carefully, looking over and over again.Duan Shizhang's wife, Jiang Chenglian, couldn't help her love even more. She shed tears looking at the photos, wiped away her tears and looked at them again, laughed after seeing them, and murmured, "Recruit your baby, recruit your baby..." After many days, this selfless old man Passed away peacefully. Many years passed, and Duan Shizhang also passed away. On April 6, 2002, Li Tieying, then the dean of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, was inspecting work in the west, and for the first time came to his long-awaited hometown - Zhidan County. After he set foot on this land, suppressing the excitement in his heart, he made a special trip to Madiping Village, walked into every household to ask questions, and went to Hu Hailan's house for a long conversation.Seeing the photos he sent, recalling those years, I was deeply moved; when I knew that the two old people who raised him had passed away, Li Tieying's eyes were filled with tears, and he couldn't say a word for a long time... On September 26, 2005, when Li Tieying, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, came to Zhidan for the second time to inspect his work, he had a cordial discussion with the old Red Army and local party and government leaders, and said affectionately and boldly: "I am from northern Shaanxi People, I am from Zhidan.”The pure local accent and strong nostalgia deeply infected everyone.
