Chapter 30 Chapter Twenty Two
Dors seemed interested. "Meteorology?"
Seldon said, "Yes, they have scheduled work tomorrow, and I will go up with them."
"Are you tired of history?"
Seldon nodded gloomily. "Yes, that's true. I hope there will be a little change. Besides, Randa said this is another complex problem that is equally intractable in mathematics. Let me see that I am not alone in my situation. It will be beneficial, too."
"I hope you don't have agoraphobia."
Seldon smiled slightly. "No, I didn't, but I know why you're asking. Randa said that Trantorians are generally agoraphobic, and don't want to go up to the dome. I can imagine that losing this protective layer would make them not feeling well."
Dors nodded: "That's obvious, but you can also find many Trantorians on other planets in the galaxy—tourists, administrators, and soldiers. Conversely, fear of the void is also common among aliens. Not uncommon."
"Maybe, Dors, but I don't have that problem. I'm curious, and I crave a little change, so I'll add them tomorrow."
Dors hesitated. "I'm supposed to go up with you, but I've got a pretty full schedule tomorrow. Then again, if you're not agoraphobic, you should be fine and you'll probably have a good time. Oh , remember to follow those meteorologists, I heard that people once got lost on it."
"I'll be careful, I haven't really lost my way in a long time."
