Saryon charmed the dragon, and the dragon had to pay his allegiance to him.Saryon left the Dark Sword with Night Dragon and told Night Dragon that only Saryon himself and Joram's heir Alisa could take the sword.Bound by the charm, the dragon granted Saryon's request.Saryon returned to Jessair, where he continued to live with Alisa and Reuven.

Jarod installed Joram's daughter Alisa on the throne of Merilon.Merilon and Saraken form an alliance.Bishop Vanya has died.Cardinal Radisovik became bishop, and he appointed Father Saryon as Alisa's tutor until Alisa came of age.Father Saryon reluctantly accepts the appointment because he does not think he is suitable for the position.He left Lu Wen in the holy mountain to receive training from the catalyst saints. The Technician arrived and forced Qiao Lang to hand over the Dark Sword.Joram went to look for the weapon where the sword was hidden, only to find that it was gone.Alisa is also missing.Joram realized what had happened.He battles the Technicians and gets help from Mosiah.Mosiah has been spying on Joram and his family. Technicians capture Joram and Father Saryon.They also planned to catch Gwen, but Gwen was rescued by the dead and taken to their country. Sheila finds Reuven and Alisa.When they returned home, they found Mosiah and learned that Joram had been captured by the Technicians.Smither appears and tells Alisa that she will trade the Dark Sword for her father's life.He will be waiting for Alisa in Jessair.It has become the headquarters of the Technicians there. Sheila, Alisa, Reuven and Mosiah head to Jessair with Simkin transformed into a teddy bear. When Alisa and her guards arrived at the outer gates of Jessair, an interrogator disguised as Gwendelyn tricked Alisa into handing over the Dark Sword. Mosiah saw through the interrogator's disguise.He took the Dark Sword and threw it through the gate.He, Lu Wen, and Alisa ran into the city gate, but fell directly into the ambush circle of the technologists. In a fierce battle, Alisa was killed.Technicians took the Dark Sword and sent the Dark Sword and their captives to Earth. Because of the death of his beloved daughter, Qiao Lang was hit hard.Under the double blow of deep self-blame and serious injuries, Qiao Lang died on the way to the earth. Conifer attacks Earth.Coffin Smither surrenders the Darksword in hopes of saving his life. But he was disappointed. Conifer destroyed Earth and Simharon.Humanity is extinct. As those of you who have read this book know, Sheila finally created a third timeline between the two, giving us a chance to survive.Simkin is the key to everything.And Sheila admits that, until the very end, she didn't know whether Simkin would help us or happily cast us aside. "We were lucky that the tech guys did everything they could to insult Simkin. Like Simkin told Smither, they didn't believe him," Sheila said. "So in the end he decided to help us." Sheila said that even she didn't know that the Dark Sword was made by Sim'jin.But looking back, I believe that's why the dragon complained that the light from the sword stung its eyes.Dragons obviously see more than we do. As for the true Darksword, does it still lie deep in a cave somewhere in war-torn Simharon?
