行星表面上分为两大陆地，分别取名为“西大陆”和“东大陆”。“西大陆”因为造山运动依然活跃着，所以到处都是标高四千公里级的褶曲山脉峰峰相连着，相反的，“东大陆”就是一片平坦的土地了。大致上来说，“东大陆”是政治和商业的中心，而“西大陆”就成了观光中心。行星首都罗马位于东大陆沿海。 以观光为中心的产业基础成立。这也可说是在新行星里唯一以观光为主要产业的行星。有地球、月球股份的饭店或是娱乐场所非常多，特别是被称为“不夜城”的那一带，在那边可媲美地球上的拉斯维加斯的隆盛情况也是他们引以自豪的地方。另外，服饰等流行物品也持续受到高度的注视，有名设计师的精品店也不断在增加中。 虽然随着观光产业的盛行而使得犯罪率提高，但是杰诺巴政府以非常坚定断然的姿态来打击观光事业带来的犯罪行为。因此，当地警察（杰诺巴中央警察）的人数、装备、预算三方面都远远超过其他行星，这也是众所皆知的。 特别是对贩卖大麻等药毒犯罪行为更是严格。如果是单纯持有的话，处十年以下有期徒刑。若以贩卖为目的而持有毒品的话，毋庸置疑的就是无期徒刑、终身监禁。在杰诺巴行星建国初期并未定立死刑制度，所以无期徒刑可说是最高刑罚。不过，不管再怎么严厉的刑罚，也只对大麻毒贩执行。 大气圈外没有防卫能力，但是为了防备大麻联合企业的攻击，在行星各地都设有雷射炮台。依据二五○五年版的杰恩斯军事年鉴里所记载的，尖头出力可达一MW，所以他们的雷射炮台连大气圈内在低轨道上旋转的宇宙机关都能完全能将它们击破。 这个行星在创成初期本来不是取为这个名字的。但是因为在开始开拓这个行星的几年当中，开拓团内就只有女孩出生，所有才改名为阿且特弥斯行星（月神和狩猎女神）。关于造成这个现象的原因，有大气中所含的微量放射性同位元素说、也有太阳放射线说、还有粮食工厂所生产出的人工蛋白说等不同说法，但依然未能确定真正的原因为何。现在，新生儿当中，男女生的比例已经和地球上差不多了，但是在人口结构图上，有一部分的年龄层几乎都是女性。也因为拥有这个年龄层，从二五○○年起，整个社会有了很大的变化。 代议制民主主义。将行星全体分成五个选举区，从各选举区选出个十二位代议员；只有首都潘德瑞西亚因为是特别行政区，所以独自拥有十二位代议员。因此，合计整个行星上有七十二位代议员。这些代议员组成“阿尔特弥斯议会”，负责立法机能。另外，大统领是由全行星上的居民直接投票选出。大统领以身为行政的总负责人的身份，总管所有的官僚机构。大统领的任期为四年，可连任３次（四期）。现任的大统领是斯得赛鲁·卡尼卡（七十岁），已经担任第四期的大统领了。所以，各政党已经私地下紧锣密鼓地为下届大统领选举作准备。 产业形态是以大规模集约型的农业为中心。所收成的农业制品当中，六成是提供给阿尔特弥斯市民消费的，再降剩下的农产品经过冷冻干燥加工后，输出到其他行星。另外，也利用了丰富的太阳能源，培养出丰盛的食用植物水中浮游生物，不过这些几乎都是供应外销的。 行星的居民近六成都是以当大规模农场的雇员来过生活。都市圈内也有各种服务业成立，但因为比起享乐，居民们还是比较注重教养，所以这里并没有一般所谓的繁华街。这种环境也得到了一些教育学者高度的评价，在每年举办的“培育自己孩子的行星”的观摩演出中，常常都是名列前茅的。 虽然有阿尔特弥斯中央警察机构，但是为了维持阿尔特弥斯全体的治安，在高机动的巡逻艇内部备有卡宾枪。除了一般警察以外，在各都市圈的中心也都设置了“阿尔特弥斯机动警察部队”。另外，在宇宙港、市政厅等重要地点都设有对抗恐怖分子的部队。并时常处于警备状态中。其他，为了对抗侵袭农场的盗窃集团，各农场都组织了适合该农场的“自警团”，不过，他们只配备有小型枪械。 行星首都：昆仑（人口4000万人） 行星人口：3亿1500万人 新行星之一。行星No.7。在地球轨道上旋转。 相当接近创造“新行星”时，以“和地球完全相同的环境”这个目标被建造出来的行星。行星表面上有五大陆地，每个陆地之间都有海洋间隔着。在南极上的一个陆地，整个构造都和地球非常相似。除此之外，拥有和月球几乎相同大小的卫星。 议会制民主主义（一院制）。整个议会由从五大陆地选出来的议员构成，固定人数一百二十八名。不过，因为在南半球高纬度地区的红大陆上，几乎没有居民在那边，所以，事实上是由四个大陆结合而成的联邦议会。 议员的席位原本也是依照五大陆地平均分配，不过当了解到红大陆的自然环境过度严苛后，移入的殖民也纷纷退出，议员席位就再重新分配了。目前的情况为黄大陆有四十六个议员席位、青大陆有三十八个议员席位、白大陆有二十一个议员席位、黑大陆有十九个议员席位，而红大陆只有四个议员席位。 农业和渔业等等，大概都是将成立在地球上的第一产业转移过来的。换言之，也就是说这个行星上没有自己独立发展出来的产业。联邦政府非常关注这一点，正努力不让这个行星的产业落后其他行星。目前四大陆地在经济活动方面几乎都已经完成了。不过，在赤道上，他们正在建筑一座运输用桥梁，大家仍期待着它真正启用的时候，看看是否能通过它来增加往各行星的贸易情形。还有，活用和地球几乎一模一样的环境的优势，奖励各行星上有钱的高年龄层的长者移民到此，但是照目前的情形看来，还看不出有实际显著的成效。 当开始有移民进入到这个行星的时候，是以北半球低纬度地区的黄大陆为移民中心地，并在那边建立了首都昆仑。之后，这里也成了政治、经济中枢部，并且还以行星的子午线为基点，在昆仑的郊外设置了星象天文台。除了黄大陆之外，在北半球高纬度地区的黑大陆、北半球最西边的白大陆，以及在北半球黄大陆东方的青大陆，都各自在陆地上设有“大陆自治政府”。这些自治政府的独自税制和法律都获得认同。只有红大陆直属于联邦议会的管辖内，在东方沿岸的波罗衣设立联邦议会的办事处。 联邦议会除了负责和各行星间的对外交涉等事宜之外，也担任了调整各自治政府之间主要的利害关系之角色。另外，现在正在建造中的运输用桥梁也全都在联邦政府的掌控中。 所以，在为促进输出产业发展的运输用桥梁完成后，联邦政府的权力会越变越强，相形之下，各自治政府的势力也就会变得越来越弱了。 届时，联邦政府将伺机夺取最高执政的位置，所以，这几年的权力竞争也逐渐炽热化。 大气圈外没有防御能力，但由联邦政府掌管的“蓬莱行星联邦警察机构”拥有四艘可在外太空航行的警备舰艇。这些舰艇是负责临检是否有海盗船只在附近行动，舰艇上有强制联络船只的装备；地球军在军事相关白皮书内也记载有“这很明显的就是针对舰艇用的强制侵袭登陆舰艇”。 在一些开发比较慢的新行星上，包含了人类为了生存所必需摄取的养分在内的“完善食品”，皆由粮食制造工厂供应。在当地生产的生鲜食品种类少，价格高，这是很普遍的现象。在开发较先进的火星和金星上，已经可以达到“多样而丰富的餐饮”的程度了。 除此之外，在地球上，人们已经普遍地食用天然食材。更因为由各行星进口食材的关系，让餐桌上的菜色增添了不少色彩。 大气组成：几乎和地球一样。依据观测点的不同，有些地方的二氧化碳浓度会偏高一些。 行星首都：雅典（人口300万人） 行星人口：1亿7500万人 新行星之一。行星No.8。在金星轨道上旋转。 一个相当近似于地球环境的行星，所以，地球原产的动植物几乎都可以原封不动地移植到这个行星来。 但是，目前这个行星上的微生物阶段的食物链尚未达到安定的状态，所有有机物的分解作用都还不明确，因此一般的木材放在地上，大约过了半年以后就会腐蚀，无法维持其坚固度。在地球上，这种问题也已经存在数十年了，目前生物学家研究团体也还继续在研究解决办法。 为了因应这种特殊环境，福吉普斯行星上的住宅大多是用塑胶或金属建成的。其他新行星上的居民，一般来说都是偏向采用在当地比较容易取得的木材来建造房屋，所以，福吉普斯行星上的建筑物也成为了这个行星上的特殊景观之一。 议会制民主主义（二院制）。由最早移入到福吉普斯行星上，来自二四家族的人组成上院（固定人数六十四人），和依照普通选举（满十八岁即有选举权，满二十二岁有被选举权）所选出来的人组成下院（人数一百二十八人）。而行星的代表即由上院选出来的人来担任，称之为“元首”。下院的代表称为“议长”，担任福吉普斯行星上的内政部长，主要负责内阁组织的行政事宜。议长底下有“福吉普斯最高法院”，负责司法等工作。 住在这个行星上的居民们几乎都从事农业或渔业等为第一产业。生产项目由“二四家族”决定，生产指定以外的农渔业作物皆不被认可。“二四家族”并将生产的作物送到首都雅典近郊的加工工厂区，让这些作物加工为半成品后，输出到其他行星上来获取利润。国际人权保护团体弹劾这种职业形态为“过度落后的奴隶制度”，不过，福吉普斯行星的居民却认为，如果能生产出所指定的农渔业等作物的话，至少还能拥有水准以上的生活保障，因此居民们对于这些诉讼反而感到相当困扰。 在警察组织方面则设有“福吉普斯中央警察”。这只是个单纯的警察组织，所以，所有警员也只能配带手枪而已（保护重要人物的警察部队、对抗恐怖份子部队除外）。 大气圈外拥有“福吉普斯太空警备队”之防卫能力。在地表高度八十公里的领空上采低空飞行，同时，若无法达到脱离行星速度的物体，全部都要接受“太空警备航线情报中心”的管控。不接受管控的飞行物，一律都采取攻击行动予以警告。 这种确认步骤是因为在福吉普斯行星刚建成的时候，不断遭受到恐怖份子攻击的关系而定下来的，最近这种“福吉普斯的标准”也渐渐地传到其他各行星之间。只不过这是一个二十四小时全天候监视的体制，是需要耗费大量劳力和费用的，所以也有人认为在新行星当中能够完全采用福吉普斯的方式进行监视的，实际上是少之又少。 另外，在二四家族里所设立独
