除了宫廷的大型音乐演奏、舞蹈和技艺之外,另有色彩浓艳的民间鼓吹乐、手龙舞、狮子舞,旱船、竹马、跑驴、渔鼓,以及最为老百姓所喜闻乐见的龙灯。在舞龙的同时,还有云灯、桔灯、水族灯相配合。其中最精彩的当属二龙戏珠两条巨龙腾空飞舞,四名孩童随着巨龙的舞动,时而抚摸龙角、龙须,时而骑到龙背上嬉戏,出色地表现出了人的勇敢,龙的温顺,使人回味无穷。颇具地方色彩的顶灯,大致相当于讽刺性的舞蹈小品。懒汉丈夫输光了卖线的钱回家,妻子罚他顶灯、坐棒槌、跪踏板,鼓乐声中他踩着鼓点边说边唱边打边舞,诙谐滑稽,引人发笑。还有泰山“芯子”,采取杠、抬、车、顶等形式,上方扎一个高台,高达二丈四尺,“龙谭仙女”芯子和“泰山悬云寺”芯子,站在最高层表演自如。观看的人都提心吊胆,惊叹不已。这时候,泰山上下,东岳庙、凌汉峰、龙泉观、经石峪、柏洞、回马岭、五大夫松、南天门、天街、白云洞、日观峰、仙人桥、天柱峰、月观峰、后石坞、黄花洞、九龙岗、香油湾、白龙池、黑龙谭、扇子崖、群玉庵、普照寺等等,到处人群浮动,压肩叠背,人们几达忘我境界,沉缅于歜舞升平之中。作为第一位参加泰山封禅的皇后,同时又是发起者,武则天兴奋得彻夜不能成眠。然而皇亲贵戚对于她的所作所为并无好感,甚至持反对态度,恶意中伤。他们打着维护祖制和皇权的旗号,不断变换手法,忽而发起正面攻击,忽而冷嘲热讽,忽而躲在背后放暗箭,更加可恼可鄙而又可恨的是,身为皇帝的丈夫,也不理解她革新的意向和伟大意义,不以国计民生为重,贪图个人享受,寻欢作乐,偷鸡摸狗,勾搭姐姐韩国夫人武艳之后,如今又和其女魏国夫人贺兰蓉眉来眼去,打得火热。自己娘家的武氏弟兄,不知是积怨未解,还是畏葸,老是处处回避她,似乎和她过不去。武则天眼里水汪汪的,心头翻卷着浪花。她凝望着在山谷上空盘旋的苍鹰,习惯性地抿了抿嘴巴,凤眼亮出两道枪锋般的光芒:“你不仁,我不义。哼,你们敢向我发难,制造麻烦,那就休怪我不留情面,下手太重。” 孔雀胆兴师动众的泰山封禅大典,终于降下了帷幕。乾封元年㈱正月十九日,李治和武则天踏上了归途。二十日,圣驾南行至曲阜,李治御驾晋谒少昊陵和周公庙,又用少牢羊、猪祭祀孔子庙,追赠孔子太师的称号。少昊,姓己,名挚,黄帝的儿子,自穷桑登帝位,彳步曲阜,在位八十四年,寿百岁崩,葬于云阴山。周公,姓姬,名旦,周武王之弟,因采邑在周岐山北八故称周公或周公旦。他是中国历史上的一位贤相,西周初年的大政治家、思想家,制礼作乐,备受后世推崇。孔子,名丘,字仲尼,春秋末期伟大的思想家,政治家,教育家,儒家学派的创始人。他在而立之年创办私学,任教四十余年,整理古代文献诗、书、礼、乐、易、春秋,后世称之为“六经”。论语是其学生根据他的言行编纂的,是研究孔子学说的主要资料。自汉武帝独尊儒术之后,孔子学说成为两千余年中国传统思想文化的正统,孔子的声名扶摇直上,被尊为“圣人”,奉为“万世师表”。二月二十二日,车驾西行到亳州〔安徽亳州市〕,李治在老君庙特别隆重地拜祭了老子,给老子上尊号“太上玄元皇帝”。 老子姓李,名耳,字聃,一说字伯阳,谥号聃。古代着名的思想家,道家学派的创始人。他是春秋时楚国苦县河南鹿邑东厉乡曲仁里人,着作道德经,对中国哲学思想的发展影响较大。除学术思想、政治、文学以外,也影响及于宗教、习俗、方技等方面。李渊称帝后,即以老子的后代自居。唐朝皇帝既然自称是老子的后裔,便以道教为国教,不断给他上尊号,不断抬高他的地位。在道教,则尊老子为“道德天尊”。武则天受了启示:到时候我也得找出一个老祖宗,往他脸上贴金,把李耳压下去,把道教压下去,达到稳定政权的目的。李治和武则天返回洛阳后,在洛阳宫停留了六天,处理了一下政务,便移居到了合璧官。此次泰山之行,历时一百零八天,三月十一日返抵洛阳,四月八日回到京都长安,拜谒太庙,向祖宗禀告唐朝的第三代天子李治偕皇后武则天,圆满完成了泰山封禅大典。这种具有特殊意义的典礼,必须善始善终,不可漏掉任何一个环节。住进蓬莱宫,武则天总有一种压抑和沉闷的感觉。尽管蓬莱官地势颇高,布局开阔,克服了太极宫的阴暗、潮湿和夏季闷热的缺陷,她却一心向往洛阳,向往洛阳的山山水水、风土人情,向往合璧宫舒坦畅意的生活。合璧宫的往事,骤然重现出来了。李义府一进人合璧宫,就显得特别的活跃。他的体内满贮着情欲的火种,稍许一点点磨擦,就会喷发出燎人的火焰。而且他明显和李治不同,李治是要她将就他,服侍他,满足他的私欲。李猫恰恰相反,竭力巴结她,奉承她,讨她的欢心。 他的按摩使她的身体觉得如同陶醉似的酥软起来,满心舒展,赛如熨斗熨烫一样。在不知不觉中,他的双手恍若化成了猫爪,将她抓住,胡须厮磨着她的发鬓,牙齿轻轻地啮咬着她的脖颈,肢体好似蜜一般的粘贴在她身上。喜悦涌进她的心田,暖流弥漫开来,一种纯然的快感转化成了兴奋的眩晕。武则天感觉脸上热辣辣的,宽广的额头上绽出了汗珠。难以忘怀的旧情,委实无法排遣。李猫情感丰富,又善于揣摩人意,每次幽会,都能达到称心如意的效果。有人说他聪明反被聪明误,事实如此,一语中的。李猫天资颖悟,才华出众,可惜的是贪心不足,得意忘形,自己把自己给毁了。不知怎么的,群臣对他几乎没有什么好感,甚而至于恨之人骨。当年流放他时,朝野莫不拍手称快,连许敬宗也不敢帮他说话,替他开脱一下罪责。他却照样嚣张,大放厥词:“别高兴得过头了,我李义府是天生的不倒翁,打不倒的,等两三年,又会回来。” 众怒难犯!人们议论道:“李猫好比白露时的雨,落到哪里,就坏到哪里。” 年初大赦,许多人露出了忧心忡仲的神色。不久,武则天的耳目便探出了其中的缘由。朝廷上下提心吊胆,都说:“天不怕,地不怕,只怕二圣赦回李猫。” 人们把他当作了一大公害。李猫如此不得人心,简直达到了谈“猫”色变的恐怖程度。许敬宗虽然也提到了李义府,武则天却泄了气,怕惹火上身,没有再保他了。五十有二的李义府,已经步入老境。此时他萌生出了改过自新的念头,还想从头再来,干一番事业。侥幸心理驱使他等待武后设法搭救他脱离苦海隽州〔四川西昌市〕,他坐卧不宁,望眼欲穿,日思夜想一纸诏书赦免他的罪过,重新召回长安。时间一天天过去,美梦成了泡影,希望破灭了,他酷似坍了架,丢了魂,一下子变得像被寒霜打蔫了的蒿草,万念俱灭,心灰意懒,整日里长吁短叹,一病不起,呜呼唉哉,阎王爷在生死簿上把他的名字给勾掉了。长安得到李义府的死讯,赛如喜从天降,奔走相告,很快便传开了。武则天的脸煞白煞白的,心头茫茫然,洒下了几滴眼泪。李筋猜透了她的心思,开导说:“娘娘明断是非,赏罚分明,只有一点太重感情。凡是替你出过力的,无不恩恩相报,公然袒护。常言道,天子无情。你为国操劳,就得把国家利益置于一切之上。李猫这种祸国殃民的败类死了,就该感到高兴,不要再想他了。” “李义府笑里藏刀,又以柔害物,所以得了个李猫的绰号。不过,他对哀家倒是忠心耿耿的。想当初立后时,要不是你和许敬宗以及他站出来说话,也许被无忌等人扼制住了。”
