During the interrogation, Wei Jifang was really tough and unyielding, and would rather die than confess.Xu Jingzong used both soft and hard methods, all kinds of temptations, severe torture, but nothing worked.Wei Jifang never admitted to conspiring to rebel, let alone Changsun Wuji's participation in their "rebellion" activities.Xu Jingzong was so angry that his lungs exploded, he jumped into a rage, and he fought violently. The torture became more and more urgent and violent, and he did not use any means.Wei Jifang refused with death, but attempted suicide.Xu Jingzong found an excuse and claimed that he had solved a terrible case of treason. He played Li Zhidao: "Wei Jifang and Li Chao entangled dissatisfied elements in an attempt to frame Zhongliang and the emperor's relatives, so that the power returned to Changsun Wuji, and then conspired to usurp the country. Now that the matter has been exposed, Wuji is afraid that he will be implicated, so he forces Wei Jifang to commit suicide."

Li Zhi was so surprised that his eyes turned black for a while: "No way, my uncle was alienated by a villain, and there may be small suspicions and estrangements. How could there be a rebellion?" "As for the evolution of the situation, I investigated and deduced it from the beginning to the end. The conspiracy is very obvious and the evidence is solid. Your Majesty still has doubts. I am afraid it is not a blessing for the country?" Xu Jingzong's attitude is solemn, and his words are sincere and serious. The indecisive emperor's eyes were wide open, his breath was short of breath, and his heart was agitated like a sea tide: suddenly he thought of Wuji's support, then he thought of his arrogance and domineering, then he thought of his moodiness, and then he thought of his usual warm heart, and then he thought of His depression and indifference in recent years seem to be hiding dissatisfaction, and it seems that he has a dark heart, and he is doing some shady secret behind his back.

"Uncle and I have disagreements in political views, and they are divorced, but it's not enough..." Li Zhi didn't dare to think about it any further, he didn't want to touch the word "rebellion", but he couldn't get rid of his doubts. His heart was intertwined and entangled with complex emotions, he was indecisive, in a dilemma, his brows were tightened in distress, and he moaned like a patient. He stepped down from the throne in a trance, walked across to Xu Jingzong, pointed at his chest with a finger and said: "Xu Aiqing, you must have made a mistake, right? I hope you are wrong, I just want to make it clear. I don't blame you."

"Your Majesty really can't believe it, it's best to go and have a trial in person." "Hey~" Li Zhi sighed with a long sigh and shed tears, "My family is so unfortunate. There are people with different ambitions among relatives. In previous years, Princess Gaoyang conspired against her husband Fang Yiai, Today, the uncle of the country is like this again, making me ashamed of the ancestral temple, the country, and the subjects of the world. If this is true, what should I do?" Xu Jingzong saw that Li Zhi's face was pale, and the corners of his eyes were wrinkled in distress. It's getting thicker. It is guessed that he has already suspected that Wuji has a different ambition, but his heart is tossing and turning like a potter's wheel, unable to be cruel. So he knelt down on both knees, and in a worried tone, he said generously: "Fang Yiai is nothing more than a young boy, and it won't do much to get a weak woman to rebel. Changsun Wuji and the late emperor planned to seize the world. Everyone admires his resourcefulness. He has been the prime minister for 30 years, with power in the government and the public, and there are so many former officials. Everyone is afraid of his prestige. If there is a rebellion, who can resist it? Thanks to the blessing of the gods of the ancestral temple , Emperor Heaven hates evil, and it is a great fortune for us to discover the treacherous minister hiding in the dark when we are interrogating trivial matters!" After a pause, he continued: "I am very worried. Changsun Wuji got Wei Jifang News of an attempted suicide must be embarrassing and urgent. If a rebellion is launched, and the party gathers together, it will definitely become a disaster for the country. I used to be an official in the Sui Dynasty. After Yu Wenshu’s death, Yu Wenhuaji was in charge of the imperial guards again. He staged a coup d’état in Jiangdu overnight and killed those who did not belong to him. My father was also killed. Many ministers, such as Su Wei and Pei Ju, obeyed for fear that it would be too late. At dawn the next day, the Sui Dynasty collapsed. This happened not long ago, and the past is not far away. I hope that your majesty will make a quick decision without delay. Not to be tolerated."

Li Healing felt more and more serious about the situation. His whole body was hot, his head was sweating profusely, and he couldn't sit still. But he still couldn't accept such a rapid change, a gust of cold air shot up from the soles of his feet, Venus stared out of his eyes, and his dizziness seemed to be about to attack again. He ordered Xu Jingzong and Xin Mao to further interrogate and verify. With one hand on his head, he retreated into the apse.Xu Jingzong's face and expression did not change, but his heart was extremely anxious. As the saying goes, nights are long and dreams are many.If the days drag on for a long time, if Wuji finds out, picks out the flaws, and tells the emperor, it will be troublesome. After leaving the Tai Chi official and coming to the Zhongshu Hall, Xu Jingzong retreated to the left and right, and discussed with General Xin Mao.The two will divide the work, and Xin Mao will go to monitor the movement of Changsun Wuji's mansion, and strictly seal the news to prevent those who know the news from tipping off. After Xu Jingzong hurried to the palace to report to the military, he took emergency measures. The eldest grandson Wuji was smart all his life, but he was confused for a while. He underestimated the capabilities of the Wu Group, and he didn't believe that Li Zhi would do anything to him. He thought that this move was just to continue to eliminate his one or two cronies and confidants, and it would not cause trouble to him.Li Zhi once trusted him so much, and he still has no second thoughts about Li Zhi.Back then, Li Hongtai from Luoyang secretly wrote a letter, saying that "Eldest Sun Wuji has a different heart", Li Zhi was so angry that he executed Li Hongtai without trial. He miscalculated the situation, and hadn't realized Wu Zetian's strength from the failure and learned a lesson.Loneliness, foolish loyalty, arrogance and self-confidence, but not knowing what to do, just ruined himself, and finally died without knowing how he died. After receiving the Queen's order, Xu Jingzong became more confident and straightened his waist. The next day, he and General Xin Mao went to the hall, and played back loudly in an indisputable tone: "Last night Li Chao made a confession, and Wei Jifang finally confessed, admitting that he conspired with Changsun Wuji in rebellion. I asked Wei Jifang: Wuji He is a close relative of the emperor, a veteran of the three dynasties, why does he have to rebel against him? Wei Jifang replied: Han Yuan once told Wuji that since Liu Shuang and Chu Suiliang persuaded him to support Liang Wangzhong as the crown prince, the emperor became suspicious of him. Then he abolished the crown prince Loyalty, humiliation, performance, no fear, worry and fear, thinking of ways to save ourselves. Later, when he saw that Chang Sun Xiang was exiled and Han Yuan was punished, he quickly followed us to plan a coup d'etat. The minister checked the confession and the facts, and asked the emperor to allow him to accept it according to law. Capture the eldest Sun Wuji."

These words were prepared by Wu Zetian and Xu Jingzong according to Li Zhi's psychology, and they are so convincing that one cannot but believe it.After a suffocating silence, Li Zhi shed tears, sobbed and said: "If uncle is really like this, I will never have the heart to kill him, otherwise what will people in the world say about me, and what will future generations say about me?" I?" "The situation is urgent," Xu Jingzong and Xin Maojiang held up the Yahu with both hands at the same time, "Please make a quick decision, Your Majesty, so as not to make a big mistake."

"In any case, I will summon my uncle and ask him personally." Li Zhi withdrew from Liangyi Hall, returned to Ganlu Hall, changed his clothes, and sat in front of the imperial case to review documents as usual. But dizzy, couldn't bear to watch, got up and walked outside the hall. The eunuchs and maids following behind held their breaths, not even making a sound of their footsteps.Gao Yansi didn't know whether to prepare a chariot to serve him, so he stepped forward and asked, "Where is your Majesty's luck? Do you want to take a chariot?" Li Zhi's face was gloomy, restless, restless, as if he didn't hear, and he didn't say a word .As usual, he didn't go to the imperial garden to enjoy the flowers, but went straight to Empress Wu's sleeping hall, but today he didn't want to go anywhere, just wandering aimlessly.Suddenly he heard the sound of orchestral strings and bamboo from the east, and he turned around and asked, "Where is the singing and dancing performed?"

"Your Majesty, the Temple of the Sun is ahead." Gao Yansi pointed with his whisk. "Since you're here, let's go in and have a look." Li Zhi didn't allow the eunuchs to call to pick him up, and only Gao Yansi and Wang Fusheng were left to accompany him, and the rest of the eunuchs and maids went back to the Ganlu Hall.Walking into the second gate of the Temple of Juri, the eunuchs of the Temple of Juri hurriedly shouted "Pick you up", Wu Zetian and many eunuchs, maids, and prostitutes knelt down outside the hall, Li Zhi just made a gesture and told them to "Pingshen" , walked into the main room of the bedroom, and sat down on the throne specially set up for him.Wu Zetian poured hot tea into his hand like an ordinary court lady, while carefully observing his expression, she said with concern: "I must be tired after coming back so late, let's drink some hot tea first."

"How many times have I told you that these things are done by the maid and the servants, and you don't need to do it." Li Zhi put the teacup on the imperial case, and Wu Zetian was about to leave the hall to deliver the meal, Li Zhi stopped him and said, "I'm not hungry, wait a moment. Hey, what are you playing first?" "The warbler sings." Wu Zetian replied, "Does the emperor want to see it?" "Soft dances" such as Chunying, Shoushouluo, Huibole, etc., as well as Zhezhi, Daweizhou, Dharma, etc. called "jianwu", are mostly foreign dances. The music and dance of the descendants, the music is melodious, the melody is beautiful, or it is slow and fast, or the tune is cheerful, or high-spirited and exciting, or crisp and melodious. The dance whirls and turns, leaps and bounds, or exaggerated movements, or graceful, all have a unique artistic charm.Li Zhi likes music and dance outside the territory very much, and even more loves watching spring warblers singing.Wu Zetian obeyed Li Zhi's preferences and indicated that he would continue to perform Chunying. On a separate carpet, a maiko is wearing a flower crown, a yellow gauze shirt, a red embroidered belt around her waist, and flying shoes on her feet. She is dancing to the sound of music. And fast, beautiful shape, moving mood.Li Zhi was in an abnormal mood and didn't care to watch, frowning and waving his hands: "I'm so annoying, everyone go down!"

"Your Majesty," Wu Zetian looked at Li Zhi with wide eyes, "what's the matter?" Li Zhi tilted his neck sadly, and painful convulsions passed by his mouth, and the two wrinkles quivered like two threads. A bitter smile. The heart seemed to be stabbed, cut, torn, and shattered by sharp things. With a sore nose, he fell on Wu Zetian's shoulder, choked with sobs and wept in a low voice: "The family is unlucky, and there are constant troubles. Cough, I never dreamed that my uncle would make things difficult for me and plot rebellion." "Sooner or later, this will happen. There is no need to make a fuss. Fortunately, it was discovered in time and did not cause disaster."

Wu Zetian's face remained unchanged, her demeanor was calm and calm, she just wrapped her left hand around his waist, and rubbed his cheek and forehead with her right hand.Li Zhi turned his head and stared straight at Wu Zetian: "He is my real uncle, what should I do?" "Decisions are made impartially and dealt with in accordance with the law." "I want to ask him face to face, find out the whole story and the ins and outs of the matter, and see if there is any possibility of saving it." "Do you still need to ask?" Wu Zetian sneered, "Uncle Yuan has long been dissatisfied with the emperor, the emperor is lenient, he doesn't care about him, and he doesn't pursue him, but he thinks that the emperor is weak and easy to bully, and he wants to form cliques and stir up trouble. " "It seems that it is better not to be summoned." The wavering Li Zhi lost his courage. "When we meet each other, both sides are embarrassed. Maybe there will be arguments and quarrels, and the scene will not end." "It's the same thing whether to call or not. For the crime of treason, there is no pardon for killing." "No, no," Li Zhi stammered, "Uncle cannot be killed." Wu Zetian hugged him tenderly and comforted him, then gently pushed him away. She was like a cheetah preying on it, trying to catch her, her eyes were cold and bright, piercing into a person's chest like sharp needles. "Bo Zhao is the uncle of Hanwen Emperor Liu Heng. He welcomed Liu Heng from Daiguo to inherit the imperial line. His merits are as high as the sky, and the crime he committed was nothing more than murder. Hanwen Emperor ordered all the officials to wear mourning clothes and go to mourn. Forced him to commit suicide, and the people of the world regard Han Wendi as a wise emperor." After a short pause, she emphasized her tone: "Now Changsun Wuji has forgotten about Long En of the Three Dynasties and conspired to overthrow the imperial court. His crimes are worse than Bo Zhao's. Fortunately, the conspiracy was exposed and his accomplices confessed. What doubts, why can't you make a decision early? The ancients said: "If you don't stop, you will be subject to chaos. The key to stability or danger, there is no room for a hair in the middle. Changsun Wuji is a generation of traitors, belonging to Wang Mang and Sima Yi." If your Majesty delays a little, I am afraid that something will happen immediately, and I will regret it at that time." As he listened, Li Zhi gasped, his hairs were shivering, and goose bumps appeared all over his body.Wu Zetian was reasoning while making analogies, talking eloquently, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages, impassioned, his face turned red and then pale, and his Yi wings fluttered.Especially the tips of the two eyebrows moved with the conversation, which strengthened the weight and explanatory power of the words, which made Li Zhi's heart tighten and shudder. He didn't care about summoning his eldest grandson Wuji, so he couldn't wait to issue an edict: "Wei Jifang committed suicide in fear of crime and reaped the fruits of his own. He served as the governor of Yangzhou and was sent to Qianzhou for resettlement." Qianzhou [Pengshui County, Sichuan] was once the place where the deposed prince Chengqian was exiled, and he died there. Now it has become the place of exile of Changsun Wuji, which does not seem to be a good omen.Li Zhi recalled his uncle's support, and then thought of the long-term intimacy between uncle and nephew.Wuji has liked him since he was a child, cared about him, loved him, took him to play, played games, taught him to read and write, told him stories, and they sat under the shade of a tree and played chess against each other. When the queen mother passed away, my uncle was afraid that he would be lonely, so he often went to the palace to visit him and comfort him.Chengqian and Wei Wangtai's brothers fought against each other, leading to a rebellion. His uncle persuaded his father to make him the crown prince, and eliminated all kinds of obstacles for him, allowing him to successfully inherit the throne and become the third emperor of the Tang Empire.Inheriting the past and the future, following the rule of Zhenguan and the rule of Yonghui, the society is peaceful, the barbarians submit, and the country is steadily moving from glory to a more brilliant tomorrow. However, due to Wuji's high self-esteem and self-righteousness, he monopolizes the power and arranges everything, forming a tendency to be a king. Even the abolished queen is stubborn and obstructed in every possible way.Li Zhi took advantage of this to open a breakthrough, got rid of the shackles, and regained part of the imperial power.Ambitious Wu Zetian was already restless, so he was willing to step down from power, and started a new contest with Changsun Wuji.Wuji's conceit and miscalculation made a big mistake again, and his reputation was ruined. The winner is the king, and the loser is the bandit.Wuji, who was sentenced to the crime of treason, his warm heart at the beginning turned to ice-coldness at this time, and suddenly he seemed to be ten years older, staggering, and his blue face showed deep lines. There are many wrinkles, the back is bent, and the joints are thin in the hands. When Li Zhi learned of this situation, he remembered his uncle's many benefits, felt compassion, and reissued an imperial decree: provide Changsun Wuji with food according to the standard of a first-rank official, so that he can spend his old age safely. After bringing down the big tree of Wuji, Wu Zetian finally let out a bad breath. During the struggle to abolish and establish the queen, Li Zhi took her to his mansion and gave him generous rewards. King Wuji talked about him, but he still didn't express his position and blocked him.Xu Jingzong repeatedly analyzed to him the reasons for establishing the Wu family as empress, but he refuted them severely, embarrassing him, so he also resented Changsun Wuji. Now, revenge and shame, both Xu Jingzong and Wu Zetian are proud. However, Wu Zetian was still not reconciled, so he asked Li Zhi to transfer Changsun Wuji's nephew Sun Xiang from the Minister of Industry to Jingzhou, demoted him to Changshi, and later transferred him to Changzhou Governor.Wu Zetian, who has clear grievances and grievances, is very energetic, courageous and persistent, quick to act, shrewd and self-willed, courageous and invincible, just like the good fortune of heaven. History has pushed her to one height after another, and she is constantly changing. history. She was not satisfied with bringing down a big tree, and she was not satisfied with it. She didn't do it, she kept digging up the tree and rooting it out, and then secretly ordered Xu Jingzong to publish a memorial. To follow her decision, the conservative eldest grandson family and the gentry tyrants fell down from their dignified positions one by one.Changsun Wuji's eldest son, secretary supervisor, and son-in-law Duwei Changsun Chong, the husband of Princess Changle, was stripped of his official position and exiled to Lingnan.Wuji's cousin, son-in-law Captain Sun Quan, is the husband of Princess Xincheng, exiled in Songzhou. When they arrived in exile, they were immediately killed by the county magistrate.Wuji's eldest cousin, Sun Zhiren, was also demoted to Sima of Yizhou.Shi Gao, the governor of Yizhou, was transferred to the governor of Hongzhou, and soon demoted to Yongzhou as the governor.Xu Jingzong went on to play and said: "Changsun Wuji conspired against him, and he has already formed a dead Han with Chu Suiliang, Liu Xun, and Han Ai, and is ready to fight together. Liu Xun has secretly communicated with the Zhong Palace many times, providing poisoned wine to the deposed queen Wang, and instigating him Murder the emperor." Li Zhi issued an edict to pursue Chu Suiliang's official title, and his two sons, Yiyanfu and Yanchong, were subsequently exiled to Aizhou. On the way to exile, Wu Zetian secretly ordered the prison officer to execute them secretly. In the "fierce battle" to abolish and establish the queen, Yu Zhining remained neutral, kept his mouth shut, wise and wise, and held both ends without words. He is a native of Gaoling in Yongzhou, which belongs to Shaanxi today, and the great-grandson of Yu Jin, one of the Eight Great Pillar Kingdoms of the Northern Zhou Dynasty.Wu Zetian let him go at that time, but she was not at ease with him. Taking advantage of this opportunity, she secretly ordered Xu Jingzong to write a book: "Yu Zhining is also a member of Wuji's party, and should be punished." Li Zhi issued an edict, removing Yu Zhining's Zuo Pushe, Tongzhong Shumenxia Sanpin, and Prince Taishi from the posts, and demoted him to Huazhou Governor. At this time, Yu Zhining was already seventy-two years old.Liu Shi, who was exiled in Xiangzhou, was ordered to be executed on the spot.Han Yuan died of illness, and the inspector censor opened the coffin for an autopsy before leaving Zhenzhou.Sun Xiang, the chief governor of Changzhou, was hanged for communicating with Changsun Wuji.Their homes were ransacked, and their families were all exiled to Lingnan regardless of men, women, or children.Zhao Chiman, governor of Liangzhou, was powerful in Kong Wu, good at riding and shooting, loved chivalry and righteousness, and had good interpersonal relationships. His aunt is the wife of Han Yuan, and his uncle Changsun Quan is the younger brother of Changsun Wuji.Xu Jingzong was afraid that Zhao Chiman would launch a mutiny, so he framed him for rebellion with Changsun Wuji, recalled the capital Chang'an with a post car, put him in the prison of Dali Temple, and tortured him to extract a confession.Zhao Chiman refused to give in, and wailed heart-piercingly: "If you want to kill, you will kill, and your confession will not be changed. Zhao is clean for others, and he is innocent, and he will not tell lies when he dies." "If you don't change your confession, your legs will be broken." The prison officer showed his fierce face, "You can't live, you can't die." "That can only be up to you, I have nothing to say." Zhao Chiman didn't speak anymore. The officials in the prison had no choice but to fabricate a confession and beheaded in Xishi. His body lay horizontally in a pool of blood, and his relatives hid far away for fear of getting burned.Wang Fangyi, Zhao Chiman's friend, sighed and said: "Luan Bu cried for Peng Yue, which is righteousness; King Wen of Zhou buried the dry bones in the wild, which is benevolence. People in lower positions do not lose righteousness, and people in higher positions do not lose benevolence. Isn't it okay?" He risked his life Dangerously collected Zhao Chiman's body and buried it in the western suburbs. When Li Zhi heard about this, he did not pursue Wang Fangyi's crime.Wang Fangyi is the cousin of the abolished Empress Wang.Li Zhi was originally weak and tired for months, coupled with strong mental stimulation, triggered vertigo and fell ill for several days. After recovering from the illness, he still ignored government affairs on the grounds of recuperation, and handed over the memorial to Wu Zetian for review. He watched dances and listened to music day and night, indulging in sensuality.Ever since he banished his eldest grandson Wuji, he has been restless, sometimes distressed, sometimes depressed, sometimes feeling empty, distracted, distracted, lost, like a reed that has been beaten by wind and frost, he has lost his vitality, and there is no smile on his face. Even talking has decreased.Later, I heard that when Wuji was escorted on the road, the tree fell and the monkeys scattered. The scene was very bleak. Only Zhongshu's servant Shang Guanyi and Yue prostitute Fenghe went to see him off.On the one hand, he sighed for his uncle, and on the other hand, he was sincerely grateful to Shangguanyi and Fenghe, so he ordered Fenghe to enter the Yichun courtyard of the Inner Jiaofang, and specially gave him a residence, and gave him a fish-shaped bag to prove his favor—a fish worn on his body one by one. She soon called her to her side and became an "internal prostitute" who accompanied her around.Among all the civil and military officials in the Manchu Dynasty, Li Zhi only summoned Shangguanyi, chatting and laughing with him, talking about poetry and prose, dancing and writing, and the monarchs and ministers seemed to have become literary friends.Poetry circles in the early Tang Dynasty still followed the Huayan style of the Six Dynasties. There were too many poets who wrote court poems or erotic poems. Changsun Wuji, Li Yifu, and Shangguanyi were more famous.Among them, the most famous is Shangguan Yi. During the Taizong Dynasty, he was a servant of the court and often drafted documents for the emperor. His poetry creations, called "Shangguan Style", are almost all works of "Yingzhao", "Yingzhi" or "Fenghe". "Echi" and "Remnant red and bright pink are reflected in the curtain, and butterflies and warblers gather outside the window" are all some flamboyant words and phrases, and many people have imitated them.Li Zhi also admired his poems and prose, and deliberately imitated them. One day, Li Zhi made an exception and summoned Shangguanyi in the bedroom, leaving only Gao Yansi and Wang Fusheng to wait on him, and gave Shangguanyi a seat. The monarch and his ministers share similar interests, and after a period of close contact, Shangguanyi no longer feels cramped, and opens up, speaks freely, and expresses his feelings directly. "Your Majesty is sullen and sullen. In Yichen's opinion, the shadow of the treason incident has not been erased from his heart." "I'm very sorry that I demoted him to Qianzhou without meeting my uncle." "Hey, I dare to say it bluntly, if Your Majesty had summoned the Taiwei to ask about it, maybe you wouldn't have the troubles you have today." "How do you say that?" Li Zhi opened his eyes wide. "Wei Jifang's dissidents are not known to the officials. As for the Taiwei, he is busy writing and sorting out historical records and poems, but the officials have never noticed that he has rebellious intentions, let alone any abnormal behavior." "Didn't uncle have a heated fight with Wei Jifang and others?" "Wei Jifang is the crown prince washing horses, and his poems and essays are all sent to Wei Jifang for engraving. Naturally, there are many contacts." "Let's not talk about it." Li Zhi picked up his cup and took a sip of tea, "They call me a foolish king, and they want to support Liang Wang Zhong as the throne, how can they say that they have no resentment." "That's not what I said. It's about Empress Wu blinding the Holy Majesty, worrying that the imperial power will fall into her hands. That's what the clouds cover the day in Taiwei's poem." "It's justifiable." "Since this is the case, it would be unfair to demote the Taiwei." Li Zhi twirled a small beard on his chin, and wrinkled his forehead in thought: "If you want to be rehabilitated, you must ask Xu Jingzong and Xin Mao to review the case." "no." Shangguanyi quickly waved his hand, "They handled the case, and it would be unfair for them to review it. Your Majesty, if we want to find out this case, we must have the respected Sikong come forward." "Okay. I will send an edict to order Li Jin, Xu Jingzong and Xin Mao to review the Changsun Wuji's conspiracy case. Before the imperial decree was issued, Wu Zetian got the news. She was so surprised that her eyes were straightened, and cold sweat was seeping from the roots of her hair. out. "It's better to plan than to be anxious." She calmed herself down, "Well, we must try to prevent Li Jin from interfering. However, this cannot be discussed with the emperor, and we can only do it behind his back." Fifteen Clan Chronicles and Surname Records The west-slanting sun shines on an official sedan chair. The official sedan chair walks through the streets and alleys, and hurriedly walks towards Li Jin's mansion in Jinningfang.Shangguanyi, who was sitting in the sedan chair, wiped the sweat from his forehead with a silk handkerchief, while thinking about how to persuade Li Jin to uphold justice and rehabilitate the unscrupulous conspiracy.Li Jin is the only surviving founder of the Tang Dynasty, and has a high reputation. However, he came from a low family background and was a military general. He entered the middle and late stages of Zhenguan. Cracks appeared in the group, and they couldn't close the film. And for the emerging power of the Wu clan, he is also a vested interest. Gong Zhizheng, the first-rank Sikong, has nothing to ask for, and keeps a considerable distance, and is always on guard against their madness and rising momentum. It won't hit him. However, after all, he came from a poor family, and it was easier for him to communicate with the common people, and his heart was always inclined to the Wu Clan's side.Shangguanyi is a typical literati who is not proficient in politics. He is deeply influenced by Confucian ethics such as the three cardinal principles and five permanent principles. Even his own defense ability is very poor.Li Ji, who has come through turbulent times and wars, has been on the road of life and death since childhood, often relying on accurate judgment to save himself from danger.Shangguanyi couldn't compare with him in his sensitivity and decision-making ability to the crisis.Li Jin, who was in a high position, seldom interfered with government affairs. He lived in seclusion, reading military books, watching songs and dances, and enjoying family happiness. At that time, he was sitting in the shade of a tree in the back garden chatting with his younger brother Si Wei Shaoqing Li Bi and his eldest grandson Li Jingye.Hearing the guard's report: "Zhongshu Shilang Shangguanyi is asking for an audience!" He stroked his gray beard and thought for a while, then said to himself: "What is he doing here, this nerd?" "It's okay to be idle. Instead of sitting idle, it's a pleasure to listen to him reciting poems." Li Jingye looked at his grandfather, then at his uncle.Li Bi pursed his lips, but stopped talking.Li Jin frowned, and said, "Listen to those empty and flirtatious words, what is the practical significance, should they be eaten?" "Grandpa lives like this," Li Jingye twitched his eyebrows, "I think it's boring to avoid reality." "You little bastard, you only know one thing, and you don't know the other thing. Grandpa has lived to this age, and he has seen through many things. He is indifferent to fame and wealth, and cultivates his moral character, in order to ensure the safety of his family and descendants." "Children and grandchildren have their own blessings. Grandpa doesn't have to worry so far. He can live his life well and have a clear conscience." "Everyone wants to be an upright person, but sometimes it is inevitable not to do something against their will." "Grandpa has great achievements, who are you afraid of? What are you doing against your will? You have to say what you have to say, and you have to do what you have to do." "Dedication," Li Bi interrupted and shouted, "It's good to listen to your grandfather more. It's not easy for him to live in this life. Being a human being is a great learning. If you don't do it well, you will lose your head, and even harm the whole family." .” Li Jin thought of the death of Fang Xuanling, Du Ruhui and other senior officials, their descendants actually committed treason and their families were ruined. There was an inexplicable fear in his heart, his hairs were trembling, and he shuddered.Lessons learned from the past, we must guard against the passing of time, and strictly discipline future generations. He stood up abruptly, and said to Li Bi seriously: "If there are unworthy descendants in our family, in order to prevent disasters before they happen, if there is any disturbance after my death, you should simply execute him in advance." Li Jingye slightly Startled, did not say a word.Li Bi silently nodded.Li Jin walked towards the inner hall while turning his head and said, "Let's chat with your grandparents again, I'll go to receive Shangguanyi." When Shangguanyi saw Li Jin in the East Flower Hall, he cupped his hands and said, "Master Sikong, please save Changsun Wuji!" Li Jin's heart shook for a moment, then he calmed down, and cursed in his heart: You nerd, so impatient, can you do a good job? ?He ordered his servants to serve tea, and after the guests and hosts sat down, he said gracefully: "Don't worry, Mr. Shangguan, if you have something to say, speak slowly." "The emperor ordered Lord Sikong, Xu Jingzong, and Xin Mao to review the case of Wuji. Sikong is a hero who founded the country, and he kept his promises. It is up to you to uphold justice to reverse the case." Li Jin analyzed the emperor's decree to review the eldest grandson Wuji's rebellion case, obviously because of his nephew and uncle's affection. However, this case involves a power struggle, and if the grievances are found out, there will definitely be a few more lives lost, so why bother?Besides, the downfall of the Changsun Group has nothing to do with him.Empress Wu and him both came from poor families, and there was no conflict of interest between the two parties, so why should they oppose her.Li Jin is old and sophisticated, and he knows in his heart when he is old, the more he thinks about it, the more he feels that it is not suitable to do such a thing, so he shirks: "I am old and weak, and I am sick, so it is really difficult to obey orders." "Sikong and Uncle Guo have been officials in the same dynasty for decades, and they were both the late emperor's right-hand man. Now that Uncle Guo has been framed, can you bear to die?" Shangguanyi raised his eyebrows and opened his eyes wide. "If you want to save Wuji, unless the emperor grants mercy. Otherwise, no one has the ability." "Isn't the emperor's order to re-examine Sikong very obvious?" "It's a pity that I am taking medicine to treat my illness, and I am really powerless." "Then what should we do, won't this matter go to waste?" "Sir Shangguan," Li Jin cupped his hands, "I ask you to do this for me." "Hey, how can I block Jia Xu Jingzong's attack?" "As the saying goes, text comes to text to block, martial arts comes to martial strategy. You are all literati, why can't you resist?" "Lord Sikong, you still have the time to joke around, but I can't stand it anymore." "Don't worry, I will take this matter seriously." "With your old man's words, I can rest assured." Not long after seeing off Shangguanyi, General Xin Mao came to visit again.Li Jin welcomes him into the West Flower Hall, and after serving tea and watching the seats, the host and guest exchanged greetings. The two of them are about the same age, and Xin Mao will look old and inconvenient to move around. "The old man is hardworking in state affairs, why did he take time out of his busy schedule today to come to the humble house for a walk?" "bother you for something." Xin Maojiang took a sip of tea to moisten his throat. "I came to you with something urgent." "Hey, it doesn't matter if it's important or not, why don't you send a letter from Mr. Xiang?" "No. This matter has a lot to do with it. You must talk to the old man in person." "what is the matter?" "The emperor ordered you and Xu Jingzong to review the case of Wuji, what's your opinion?" "Seek truth from facts and judge impartially." General Xin Mao was entrusted by Xu Jingzong to find out the details, and he couldn't help being secretly surprised when he heard Li Jin's blunt answer. He secretly took a look at Li Ji, and asked further tentatively, "When is Lord Sikong planning to go to Qianzhou?" "I am taking medicine, and I will leave when I recover from my illness." "Okay," Xin Maojiang heaved a sigh of relief, "I'll wait for you to go together." "It's up to you, I think you don't have to think about me, you can do things on your own." Li Jin is worthy of being a great military strategist. He applied the falsehood and reality in the art of war to social life and dealing with people in the world. Wake up, angry and it seems unreasonable.General Xin Mao bid farewell to Li Jin, hurried to Xu Jingzong's private residence, and learned Li Jin's original words.Xu Jingzong grinned and said with a wry smile: "The old slicker is really powerful, no wonder even Emperor Taizong couldn't do anything about him." "How do you say that?" Xin Maojiang raised his chin and twirled a handful of pale beard. "He didn't want to participate in the re-examination, but he didn't dare to disobey the holy order, so he had to delay the time on the grounds of illness." "Nights are long and dreams are many, and things change for a long time. We can't procrastinate." "He skating here, knowing that we can't delay, so I threw a sentence to you, you can do your own thing. If you do it, he is one of the supporters. If you make a mistake, he can clean himself up." "Then what should we do?" "I can't think of a way to deal with it for a while, so I have to go to the palace to report to the queen and ask her to take it." Xu Jingzong prepared a sedan chair to enter the palace, but Ding Dian told him that the emperor was lucky enough to go to the palace of the sun, and the empress was not free, and there was something to do tomorrow See you in the afternoon. As soon as night fell, the Temple of Sun was lit up.Under the light, Wu Zetian was at his desk copying the copybooks of the Lanting Preface, while Li Zhi was watching from the side.In the early Tang Dynasty, due to Li Shimin's strong advocacy, Wang Xizhi's calligraphy prevailed. Wang Xizhi, an outstanding calligrapher in the Jin Dynasty, was good at Zhen, Xing, and cursive scripts, especially Xingshu.Although regular script, running script, and cursive script had appeared before the Tang Dynasty, official official documents still used official script and seal script. Writing was laborious and difficult to identify. Obviously, it could not meet the needs of efficiency in the Zhenguan era.Li Shimin complied with the trend of the times and the development trend of writing from complex to simple, and by virtue of Wang Xizhi's reputation, he promoted the reform of calligraphy in the early Tang Dynasty, unified the situation of independent portals since the Southern and Northern Dynasties, and made Wang Shu a national calligraphy. The authenticity of the book style.Under the influence of Li Shimin, Li Zhi and Wu Zetian learned from Wang Shu, and both achieved something.Wu Zetian's fonts are delicate and strong, boldly innovated on the basis of inheritance, and have a style of their own.Li Zhi looked at it for a while, and said with emotion: "The difficulty of learning books is that the spirit is the most important, followed by the shape and quality, and those who have both are the ancients. The insights of the late emperor are really unique and incisive." "It's better said by the first emperor," Wu Zetian put the pen on the pen holder, and stretched his wrist. "People who study calligraphy must first understand Wang Youjun's wonderful skills. The real book, Le Yi's running script, Lanting preface; cursive script, ten Seven posts. Then understand the essence of his calligraphy and achieve both spirit and form." "Writing and composition are the same as being a human being. If the mind is upright, the characters will be in harmony with Yuanmiao. If the mind is not upright, the characters will be leaning, and if the ambition is not in harmony, the characters will be upside down." "Front and oblique are also relative terms. From the side, it seems to be crooked; but from the front, it is just upright. There is only one standard for testing whether the writing is upright, and whether things are done correctly. .Being right will help you a lot, but losing your way will help you a lot. Those who lose the hearts of the people will inevitably fail, and those who win the hearts of the people will eventually win.” "Zi Tongzhen is a female class super, a female strategist, sensitive and eager to learn, and good at thinking. She makes plans and plans as she pleases, and never makes mistakes." "As the saying goes, an upright heart leads to a spirit. The ministers and concubines don't make mistakes, the main reason is that their minds are upright. The top ones contribute to the emperor, and the bottom ones share the best for Li and common people. Therefore, both sides have a source of success, and they are invincible." "You have a wealth of knowledge and can use it freely. Where is the secret?" "I learned it, here," Wu Zetian stretched out his hand and pointed to the north wall, "These are all my favorite books." "No." "Well, yes." "You are Welcome." "I do not believe."
