The entrance of the cave was very narrow, and it was dark and creepy to look inside. Xuanzang was poking inside when suddenly a gust of cold air hit him. Under the dim cave wall, a pair of mung bean-like eyes were staring at him... After two years of hard work, Xuanzang finally set foot on the territory of Tianzhu. "Finally arrived in Tianzhu." Xuanzang shouted happily. Tianzhu is located in the south of the Himalayas, the roof of the world. The Himalayas are like a screen for thousands of miles, blocking the cold wind from the north. Therefore, the climate of the entire Indian Peninsula is very warm, belonging to subtropical and tropical climates.

The whole Indian peninsula is divided into northern, central and southern states. Northern state is located between the Himalayas and Vendiya mountains. This is a vast plain with a length of 3,000 kilometers. The middle and lower reaches of the Ganges River Basin belong to Central India, the middle and lower reaches of the Indus River belong to North India, the east of the Ganges Delta belongs to East India, and the south of the Vendyya Mountains belongs to South India. Like the Yellow River in China, the Ganges River is the birthplace of Indian history and culture. The Ganges River is the mother river of India, especially the sacred place of Buddhist culture, so the Ganges River is also called the Holy River.

The northern state of Tianzhu included today's Nepal and northern India in ancient times.Buddha Sakyamuni promoted Buddhism in this area. The mountains and rivers here are beautiful, the scenery is beautiful, and the bright blue sky, red sun and white clouds are longing for.More importantly, this is a Buddhist holy place, where the Buddha Sakyamuni became a Buddha. Xuanzang and his entourage first went to the northern Indian state of Rambo, a small country in the northernmost part of India, and it was also the first stop when entering India. Xuanzang excitedly asked the translator monk: "We have finally arrived in Tianzhu, how far is it from the Buddhist center where Master Jiexian is?"

The monk said: "Master, it's still thousands of miles away!" Xuanzang nodded, his eyes glowing... The monk interpreter said: "If you have to pass through a big forest and cross a big river, you will definitely encounter many dangers. Is the mage afraid?" Xuanzang shook his head and said firmly, "I'm not afraid." The monk interpreter said: "The master is Chinese, and he doesn't know Sanskrit. He has two lives, please be careful, especially observe the customs and etiquette here." Xuanzang hurriedly bowed his head and said, "I beg your advice."

So the translator monk said: "Tianzhu has a radius of more than 90,000 miles. It faces the sea on three sides and snow-capped mountains on the other side. It is wide in the north and narrow in the south. It looks like a crescent moon. There are more than 70 countries distributed in the southeast, northwest, middle, and five directions." Xuanzang nodded frequently, and remembered carefully. "The climate in Tianzhu is hot and humid, and it becomes more obvious as you go to the south, and it is better in the north. Masters should pay more attention to the increase or decrease of clothes.

"The castes in Tianzhu are very strict, and they do not marry each other. The first class is called Brahman, which is considered to be the most noble race, and is in charge of the teaching power; the second class is called Kshatriya, which is the king class. The third level is called Vaishya, which are farmers, herdsmen and merchants; the fourth level is Sudra, which is handyman, servant or slave.” "Also," said the interpreter monk, "I have been seeking the Dharma here for more than ten years, and I know that they are very religious here, and there are often disputes between different religions. There's a lot of contention too. You've got to be careful."

Xuanzang nodded again. "The poor monk remembers." "In addition, Tianzhu people pay great attention to etiquette. There are nine levels of etiquette. There are bowing heads, bowing with palms together, and kneeling... The highest etiquette is the foot touch ceremony. Touch the feet of the elders or touch their feet with their hands, or even kiss their feet with their tongues. "It is also a very common etiquette to present flowers... By the way, the cow is the most respected god in Tianzhu, because the cow is their most loyal friend..." The translator monk also introduced some Indian customs to Xuanzang and the others, such as eating with the right hand to "grab rice", never use the left hand, because the left hand is used when it is convenient. In addition, they especially like to mix various spices in their meals, such as tulip, clove, cinnamon, fennel, cardamom, pepper, turmeric, chili...

Everyone listened with gusto. Xuanzang sighed: "Tianzhu, like the Tang Dynasty, is an ancient civilization with a long history." Backed by snow-capped mountains, Lampa is a small country affiliated to Kapishi, but even though the country is small, there are more than ten Buddhist temples, mainly Mahayana Buddhism. Xuanzang looked at their white Baotou and women's unique clothing, and began to feel the breath of Tianzhu. Xuanzang was welcomed by the Dali monks, and after talking with them for a few days, he started on the road again. In Najaraho country in northern India, Xuanzang was welcomed by the king and monks, and was welcomed to live in the national temple.Xuanzang heard that there is a Buddha Light Cave more than 20 miles southwest of the Lighting City, where the image of the Tathagata Buddha was left on the rock wall. According to legend, it was because the Tathagata Buddha went to the cave to descend the evil dragon. go to church.

Xuanzang told this idea to the envoys of the Kapishi Kingdom who accompanied him, but they were all afraid that the cave would be a robber-infested cave and refused to go. Xuanzang didn't force them, so he decided to go by himself. He got on his horse and said to the envoys: "Buddha Tathagata is the most holy in the hearts of Buddhists. It is rare to see his image in a thousand years. Since I have passed by, how can I not go in to worship? Take a rest for a while, and I will come as soon as I go." The envoys had no choice but to follow him, so Xuanzang rode to the southwest alone. After walking twenty miles, they came to Xiaoshiling, where they saw a temple, which was quite tall and magnificent, and inside it was a pagoda, more than two hundred feet high, which was built by King Wuyou.

After Xuanzang entered, he saw that the temple was empty, not even a monk. Xuanzang sighed: "Such a good temple is empty. I must have been scared away by the robbers. The robbers are too abominable." Out of the temple, in the southwest of the temple, you can see a waterfall cascading down from a cliff, and behind it are two steep deep streams. There is indeed a big hole in the stone wall on the east bank. The hole is very narrow. People are creepy.Xuanzang was poking inside when suddenly a gust of cold air hit him. Under the dim cave wall, a pair of mung bean-like eyes were staring at him... Ah!The big python, Xuanzang took a deep breath, he quickly exited the cave, and said silently: Big python! The poor monk knows that you are also a life, the poor monk will not hurt you, the poor monk just came to look at the Buddha wall, if you have spirituality, please let the poor monk walk the way... Amitabha...

Xuanzang closed his eyes halfway, only to see a big boa constrictor with a thick mouth swishing past him, the big boa constrictor came out of the hole, Xuanzang wiped the sweat from his forehead with his sleeve Just as he was about to enter the cave, suddenly five thieves rushed out from behind the temple. They put their knives on Xuanzang's neck and asked: "What are you doing, where do you want to go?" Xuanzang was not afraid, he took off his hat, revealed his dharma clothes, and said with ten folds: "Amitabha, the poor monk is here to pay homage to the shadow of the Tathagata Buddha." The leader said: "Don't mages be afraid of robbers?" Xuanzang said: "I am a monk from China. I have traveled thousands of miles to the west and almost died. I have made up my mind to seek scriptures. Now I am not afraid even if tigers and poisonous snakes block my way. You are human beings. Should I be afraid of people?" What he said made the thief's ears red and his face hot, the thief scratched his ears and said: "You came from so far away, and you are the only one?" "Exactly." "Why are you so courageous? Aren't you afraid of death?" Xuanzang read ten together and said: "Amitabha Buddha, if you are afraid of death, you will not come, and if you come, you will not be afraid of death." The thief said: "Everyone who met us kowtowed and knelt down in fright, but the image is not afraid of death. It seems that you are a true Buddha." Xuanzang read again: "Amitabha, I am not a Buddha, I am just a poor monk. But I just want to advise you a few words, the Buddha warned: good and evil cause and effect, eternal, good will be rewarded with good, evil will be rewarded with evil, hope You go to worship in front of the Tathagata Buddha, and from then on, you can change your mind and be a new person." The thief was a little moved when he heard this, and asked: "We have done evil, will the Bodhisattva forgive us?" Xuanzang hurriedly said: "As long as you put down the butcher knife and correct your evil ways, the Buddha will forgive you. After the Tathagata Buddha surrendered the evil dragon in this cave, the reason why he left the Buddha's shadow is to let the evil dragon see the Buddha. The shadow changes its black heart into a kind heart." The thief looked happy when he heard this, and said: "We are forced to become thieves because of life. We are willing to repent to the Buddha, as long as we don't give us any evil rewards." Xuanzang further warned: "Turn back early, and reduce some sins earlier to reduce more evil rewards. I advise you to turn back early." Xuanzang also said: "The sea of suffering is boundless, and turning back is the shore. Now that you have the intention to turn back, please go to the Buddha Shadow Cave to worship the Tathagata Buddha Shadow more often. The Buddha will pray for you." "We are willing to listen to the mage." Several thieves kowtowed to the mage in unison. Xuanzang said: "Excellent! Then please swear in front of the Buddha's shadow, change from evil to good from now on! Amitabha." The thieves said in unison, "OK." So the five thieves followed Xuanzang into the cave. The cave was very dark, and there was still water dripping from the walls. Xuanzang recalled an old man he had consulted and said: "Go straight into the cave, and when you touch the east wall, back up more than fifty steps, and then raise your head to the east." Look, you can see the Buddha Shadow Wall. The mage and the others walked straight into the cave, and they bumped into the wall, and then stepped back more than fifty steps, facing the east wall and began to worship, but after praying more than a hundred times, the black wall was still black. Yes, there is no light to be seen. Xuanzang was in a hurry, and he said while praying: "Tathagata Buddha! Didn't the Buddha tell us to save ourselves and others! Even though they had bad karma, they are now willing to change their evil and do good. Please show up to the Buddha and give them a chance to repent. Buddha!" After they prayed more than two hundred times, a light as big as a bowl gradually appeared on the east wall, and Xuanzang was overjoyed. He read again: "Great Buddha, Tathagata, please show your image. We are all waiting for you devoutly." After saying that, he went to worship the wall again. Xuanzang and the others kept worshiping and worshiping... The light on the wall became bigger and bigger, and finally, the majestic Buddha statue sitting on the lotus platform was fully revealed. "Ah! Buddha Tathagata, you are finally here, Amitabha!" The five thieves also bowed directly to the Buddha happily. The leader said: "May the Buddha bless you! We swear to you that we will never do evil again, and we are willing to abandon evil and do good." Several other thieves also read: "Buddha, please forgive us! We are willing to change our ways and return to our righteousness!" Xuanzang was very moved when he heard this, wept and said: "Buddha Tathagata! Did you hear that? The prodigal son will never change his mind! They have really changed their minds. Please pray for him!" After Xuanzang finished reading, they knelt down and kowtowed hundreds of times... The sound of their prayers echoed on the wall, and suddenly, the light on the wall became brighter, and a golden mountain appeared in an instant, imprinting on the golden cassock of the Buddha, and suddenly, the golden light shone, appearing and disappearing, and Xuanzang was so happy They worshiped again piously, and when they raised their heads again, the Buddha shadow had disappeared. Xuanzang and the five thieves left the Buddha Shadow Cave reluctantly. When they got outside the cave, the sky was clear and the sun was shining brightly. The five men threw down their butcher knives as if they had seen the light again, and prepared to go back to their hometowns. up.When parting, they all knelt down to Xuanzang: "Master, we are willing to accept the precept!" Xuanzang nodded and said solemnly: "Will you be able to uphold from now on: no killing, no stealing, no sexual misconduct, no lying, no drinking?" "Can hold!" The tall man at the head said gratefully to Xuanzang: "Fortunately, we met the mage today, which made us suddenly wake up. Otherwise, if we continue to do evil, the sin is so serious that I'm afraid we won't be able to wash it back." "The sooner you turn around, the more sins can be washed away, otherwise evil will be rewarded with evil, and it will be too late to repent when the sin is deserved." The mage said again, "You are young and in good health. You can find another way of life. Why did you do this kind of thing? You also have parents, brothers and sisters. If they are also murdered for money, you What do you think?" "Yes, yes, the mage is right, we all have parents, brothers and sisters." Xuanzang said again: "Among you, there are some fathers. If your sons don't learn well and become thieves, can you bear it? If your Gaotang parents know that the money his son gave them is actually murder and robbery If you come here, you won’t be pissed off to death.” The leader said: "The mage is right. I have a son, and I will never let him become a thief." "That's good." After the five men bowed down to Xuanzang with tears in their eyes, they parted ways and went back to their hometowns. Xuanzang was greatly shocked by this incident. Through the repentance of the five thieves, he deeply felt the meaning of saving himself and others. He thinks that a person who enters Buddhism not only saves himself, but also saves others. Helping others escape the sea of suffering is the highest purpose of Buddhism. Therefore, he became more determined that the state of Nirvana is by no means illusory, but can be real, thus laying the foundation for his famous "Consciousness-only Theory". Xuanzang especially thought of how many times he encountered thieves, they would all be influenced to put down their butcher knives and turn to righteousness, which made him even more convinced of the truth that everyone has Buddha-nature.So Xuanzang vowed that his life would be like Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, saving suffering and suffering, saving others and himself. Xuanzang wanted to see the bones of the Tathagata Buddha wholeheartedly, so he planned to go to the city of Buddha's top bones to pay his respects to this holy relic. On this day, Xuanzang took an older monk and a young novice monk to the Seven Treasures Pagoda. Under the guidance of the Brahmins of the Buddhist temple, Xuanzang carefully watched the parietal bone of the Tathagata. He saw the Buddha bones in the treasure box, measuring two inches in size, and the hair holes on the bones were clearly visible. The color was yellow and white. Xuanzang clasped his hands together and respectfully worshiped the Buddha bone: "Buddha Sakyamuni, my disciple Xuanzang came here from Chang'an to pay homage to your Buddha bone. I am very honored. My disciple will also go to various places in Tianzhu to study and learn Buddhist scriptures, and visit Buddha Baozhe." After Xuanzang finished his silent recitation, he bowed respectfully a few more times. The two old monks and the young novice also knelt down and prayed silently for a while with half-closed eyes. Then, Xuanzang followed the example of other visitors and asked the Buddha bone for good or bad luck in the future. He also put the silk wrapped incense powder handed over by the Boluo of the Buddhist temple on the Buddha bone letter box. As a result, Xuanzang printed the Bodhi tree image. As for the two monks, one got a Buddha statue, and the little novice got a lotus statue. The little novice yelled first: "Ah, it's so auspicious that the mage got a Bodhi tree image printed." He and the visitors also felt lucky for Xuanzang after seeing it.The Bornas in the Buddhist temple were also very happy and said: "This is the most auspicious image, extremely rare, and it symbolizes the possibility of Venerable Xuanzang attaining supreme Bodhi." So they snapped their fingers and threw flowers at Xuanzang.Xuanzang was also very happy, so he returned the gifts to them one by one, and gave them Buddhist relics and money. After leaving the country of Najieluohe, Xuanzang and his party continued to go south, and then entered a big forest, where there were many vicious beasts and wild elephants, especially the guide said that poisonous snakes in the tropical dense forest would come and go, everyone should pay more attention, and walked carefully one by one Then... suddenly a companion shouted loudly: "snake!" Everyone looked in the direction he pointed, and there was indeed a big snake with a thick bowl mouth coiled on the tree in front of it, spitting out its core and shaking its head. Seeing this thrilling scene, even Xuanzang was frightened, my God!It's another big boa constrictor. I pray that the Bodhisattva will not harm us. When I was nervous, I only heard the guide say: "Shut up, follow me." So everyone followed the guide quietly and walked around quietly. They finally got away from the snake, and everyone breathed a sigh of relief, but they were still terrified, for fear that another snake with a core would hang down from the tree trunk. After walking for a thousand miles, Xuanzang and his party came to a country. From afar, they saw flags fluttering and crowds of people. Xuanzang was puzzled, and a flying rider came to report: "Let's report to the Great Master of China, my lord, King Kashmira, has led his subjects to welcome the city gate in person. Please enter, Master." "Ah! The poor monk thanked the king for his kindness." Xuanzang hurriedly got off his horse and folded his palms together to return the gift. Xuanzang trotted over. "Pay homage to the Chinese mage!" The king and his brother folded their hands in front of their chests and bowed to Xuanzang. Xuanzang also made palms together to return the gift. The king said: "The mage traveled tens of thousands of miles from China to Tianzhu, and our country welcomes you." "Thank you, King Ron." So behind a guard of honor composed of more than a thousand people, the king and Xuanzang rode elephants into the city. The streets were crowded with welcoming monks and laymen. Zang threw flowers...the atmosphere was very warm. Xuanzang looked at this country with many temples and many monks and sighed: "Tianzhu is worthy of being a holy land of Buddhism." That night, in the palace, the king held a welcome banquet for Xuanzang, accompanied by several eminent monks. After the banquet, Xuanzang was arranged to live in Husekala Monastery. The next day, the king held a speech conference for Xuanzang and asked Xuanzang to give a lecture.Xuanzang's profound knowledge convinced the monks and laymen who listened to the lecture. There was an old and experienced master of the country who came to pay homage to Xuanzang. During the conversation, he was amazed by Xuanzang's profound Buddhist principles. He praised the monks: "Disciples, this Chinese Dharma master is so knowledgeable that he can inherit the deeds of Asanga and Bodhisattva." Since then, Xuanzang became more and more famous, and people flocked from all directions to listen to his lectures on Buddhist scriptures and pay respects. The king and the eminent monks all piously asked him to stay and give lectures. Although Xuanzang was eager to go to the Tianzhu Buddhist Center, the hospitality was difficult, so Xuanzang stayed temporarily to give lectures and discussed Buddhism with them. Xuanzang arrived in a small country where Buddhism was very developed, and was left by the monks of the Buddhist temple to preach.Xuanzang's lectures were warmly welcomed by Buddhist monks, but provoked by pagans. Several pagans gathered in a temple to conspire to frame Xuanzang. One of them said: "This Chinese monk looks very beautiful, but his six senses may not be clean. We might as well find a beautiful woman to lure him, and we are not afraid that he will not take the bait." The pagan leader said: "Short-sighted, that Xuanzang's Buddhism is profound, how could he be such a perverted monk." The other said: "Not necessarily. Didn't the Buddha Ananda have difficulty crossing the barrier of a beautiful wife?" The pagan leader thought for a while and said, "But you can find a prostitute to frame him, maybe you can try." "Wonderful!" a pagan clapped his hands, "Good way! Just like Zhan Zhe, a prostitute who used a pillow to fill her belly up to frame Sakyamuni, we embarrass Xuanzang." The leader of the heretics said: "Okay, so we can also vent our anger. Then let's split up and act separately." So they bought a beggar girl with money, gave her money to go to the bathhouse, gave her food, and bought her new clothes to wear. This girl is not only beautiful, but also very slim. The pagans saw it and clamored that their beauty trick would succeed. They asked the girl to listen to Xuanzang's teachings every day, and then waited for an opportunity to seduce him. Unexpectedly, after listening to Xuanzang's teachings every day, this girl was actually influenced by the compassion and charity of Buddhism. Not only did she not do anything wrong with Xuanzang, but instead asked Xuanzang to shave her. She also wanted to become a monk and convert to Buddhism.Once, during a break while listening to a lecture, all the monks surrounded Xuanzang to speak. The girl squeezed up and knelt down to Xuanzang and begged: "Master of China, after listening to the Buddhist scriptures you taught, the poor girl was deeply moved. The poor girl is also willing to convert to Buddhism and ask the master to shave me." Xuanzang saw that it was the girl who came to listen to the scriptures every day recently, so he said: "Next month, I will shave a thousand new monks and nuns. If you are sincere, please come, and I will shave you together. Amitabha!" "Thank you Master." The pagans were furious when they found out. One day, the pagans took the girl to find her and gave her a three-day restriction order, if she did not seduce Xuanzang, she would be executed. In fact, Xuanzang had already noticed the conspiracy of the pagans. When he saw the girl's expression was not right when he was giving a sermon that day, he told everyone that a Brahmin layman once bribed the girls Zhanzhe and Sun Dali to frame the Buddha. Xuanzang said: "...that girl pretended to have a big belly with a pillow and framed the Buddha at the Dharma meeting. The audience was full of discussions, but the Buddha still closed his eyes and preached the Dharma. The girl thought that the Buddha was cowardly, so she jumped and screamed to provoke the Buddha. But the pillow fell on the ground. After the conspiracy was exposed, she was ashamed and wanted to run away. Everyone caught her and asked the Buddha to punish her severely. The Buddha still closed his eyes and sat quietly, but he just waved his hand and said: 'Let her go!'” Xuanzang went on to say: "There was also a girl named Sun Dali who was killed by foreign believers and thrown into the Gion Abode where the Buddha preached. Not only has the reputation of Buddhism not been damaged in the slightest, but it has become even more respected and prestigious." Hearing what Xuanzang said, the girl became restless and her face turned pale.Xuanzang raised his voice again and said: "Heretics who want to commit crimes, don't regard Buddha's tolerance and compassion as cowardice. The Buddha is only because of his Buddha nature of great compassion and compassion. Listen to all the conspirators who want to frame people! If you find out with bad intentions, then Sooner or later there will be retribution." The girl burst into tears, knelt and crawled in front of Xuanzang, crying and begging for mercy, and told the heretics who instigated her. "Master, I'm guilty, please forgive me!" "No, you are not guilty, you are innocent, let's go!" The girl stood up and kowtowed to Xuanzang several times before leaving. Xuanzang said to several monks: "Please protect her, so that no accident happens to her." Several monks stood up and chased them out. The audience who witnessed this scene were shocked. They thought the mage was speaking, but they never expected that someone who wanted to frame the mage appeared in front of them, so they whispered to each other. Xuanzang waved his hands to everyone and said: "It's not surprising. The purpose of our Buddhism is to do good and eliminate evil, and save suffering and disaster. However, some heretics want to engage in evil deeds. However, their conspiracy will be discovered sooner or later." Everyone praised it after hearing it. exactly: Xuanzang was riding on the horse, and he saw the big black and green forest from a distance... This is the great forest of Parozha, there is no other way, knowing that it is dangerous, they have to go in, because they have to go through this forest to reach the country of Zongjia. As they walked in, it became darker, because the towering trees blocked the light, and they felt a little nervous, for fear of encountering robbers, and they all dared not speak at the same time, and walked holding their breath... When they reached the center of the dense forest, more than 50 robbers suddenly rushed out. They forced Xuanzang and his party to rob them of all their money, clothing and clothes with knives. There was a swamp in front of them called Nankuchi, and the robbers forced them into Nankuchi with knives, intending to kill them all. Xuanzang and a young monk were escorted and walked in the middle. Xuanzang thought as he walked, the money was robbed by them, and if they wanted to escort us to the swamp, they would definitely kill everyone. What should we do?Xuanzang said in his mouth: "Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, how can I save my companions, their lives are at stake, what should I do?" How can we rescue our companions from the tiger's mouth? Xuanzang was thinking nervously, while looking around for a place to escape... Suddenly, he saw a water hole in the south of the pond, so he quietly asked a little monk next to him: "Look, can you get out of that water hole to report the news?" "Maybe we can get out." So, Xuanzang grabbed the little novice monk, and while the robbers were not paying attention, he quietly squatted down and hid in a thorn forest... After squatting for a while, they got out of the hole and ran southeast. The two ran for two miles in one breath, and finally saw someone. They hurried over and told a local man who was plowing the land that the bandits were going to kill. The man was a Brahmin. woo woo woo... The sirens echoed, and after a while, people rushed over from all directions. They were very angry when they heard the news that the robbers had robbed money and killed people.Because of the remote location and dense forests in this area, bandits come and go and the villagers suffer a lot.So they formed a joint defense. When encountering thieves, as long as the alarm is raised, everyone will come to rescue them. An angry crowd of about eighty people, led by Xuanzang and the other two, rushed towards the scene of the accident in the dense forest. When Xuanzang and the others arrived, the thieves were still fighting because of the uneven distribution of the loot. When they saw the villagers coming, they hurriedly grabbed the looted property and fled as birds and beasts. The dozen or so people who were bound to be killed were finally rescued. After the villagers untied them, they all knelt down to Xuanzang and thanked him for saving his life. "Master, thank you for saving your life." "Everyone please get up quickly." Xuanzang helped them up. The money and things had been looted, they embraced each other and wept, but Xuanzang did not cry. A villager asked: "Master, everyone is sad because their property was robbed, but you didn't cry, why?" Xuanzang laughed and said: "All property is external to the body. The most precious thing in life is life. As long as you keep your life, why worry about mere petty things!" The villagers admired them very much, invited Xuanzang and the others to the village, entertained them with meals, and donated clothes to them. Xuanzang and the others thanked the villagers and set off on their way. Xuanzang finally escaped from danger again, and this was the eighth time he had encountered the god of death on his journey to the west to seek Buddhist scriptures. He has faced death many times, but every time he first thinks of saving suffering and saving sentient beings, it is driven by this Buddha heart that makes him think of ways to save everyone and himself at the same time. The next day, they came to Qijiayu (now Pakistan). Xuanzang, who has long been famous all over the world, was warmly welcomed by monks and laymen. When they learned that Xuanzang and his companions had been robbed, they offered clothes and gifts. Give thanks and pray for them all.
