Most people are ordinary people, not heroes of the times. If housing prices rise too high, people will be anxious, and if they work too long, people will get bored. Du Lala's middle-class dream is full of contradictions.Anxiety is everywhere, but opportunities are also dormant everywhere.Behind the glamor and delicacy, there is more patience in the workplace.Promotion and salary increase are full of temptations, but what I really yearn for is a life without pressure. In this era of rapid development, our anxiety is often not due to the lack of opportunities, but mainly because we have not identified and grasped the opportunities. There are actually ways to alleviate a lot of anxiety, such as through trade-offs.

The rise and fall of housing prices is beyond our control. What we can do is to judge when to buy and when to wait and see.It is necessary to provide for a family, so there is always work to be done, but in a job, we can choose what to do and what not to do, what takes a little longer to do well, and what to do more. It's probably OK, and you can even consider giving up.These actions are done in place, can effectively reduce anxiety. Some anxiety is unavoidable. The promotion of positions and the accumulation of wealth take time, and the hardships and sufferings that should be endured must be individualized and clearly stated. There are some things that we do not do, such as constantly making and seizing opportunities.Be patient and get through it.

In fact, in most cases, it is unrealistic to expect to be middle class without working for fifteen to twenty years after college.Unless you're extremely lucky, a typical middle-class success is a continual personal struggle. In "Du Lala 3", Lala has experienced many changes and endured many hardships, which she has to face.Based on the consideration of personal life and the goal of career development, Lala voluntarily left DB, where she had worked for eight years, and chose SH.Lala has a clear goal in SH. After one to two years, she will be qualified to work as a professional HR in a more humane company. It can be said that Lala is patiently enduring all kinds of hardships in SH right now, just to eliminate the anxiety in her future career path.

After Lala changed jobs, her boss was unfriendly, and she lacked C&B experience, making life difficult. There are three functional groups under her. Lala basically gave up her attention to the well-functioning administrative group when she was low on energy; Ma manages the recruitment team well, so that Lala can concentrate on the most important and weakest C&B.The boss personally doesn't like Lala, which she can't control, but as long as she does a good job in C&B, she is equivalent to getting the qualification for the boss to treat her fairly.Lala's strategy reflects her judgment and trade-offs, which are related to whether she can survive in SH.

Shen Qiaozhi, the C&B supervisor under Lala, is an honest man, but lives in anxiety. He was embarrassed to refuse other people's requests, he had too much work and didn't have a choice between priorities, and he was so tired that something went wrong. Lara and George propose a "happiness project" that promotes "professional dedication." The C&B team needs more people, but Lara can't do that, what she can do is "simplify administration". The "Happiness Plan" is essentially to reduce the anxiety of the C&B team through "simplification of administration". It is a typical plan that guarantees key points, simplifies tasks, and makes appropriate trade-offs.

Lara made it clear that there are some things we don't do, like accepting late statements. Most of the content she wants to reform is the work content that is often repeated and takes up a lot of time, or some tasks that are asking for trouble.George Shen is worried that the reform will make other departments feel that C&B is lazy. For his concerns, Lala's solution is to let the parties benefit from the reform-win-win reforms are easier to win support. Once a few friends were chatting and discussing which professions should be highly paid, and I thought of a few: fund managers, ICU doctors, lawyers, and designers. (Of course, not limited to this) Why, because these occupations have some notable characteristics: --The situation faced by practitioners is always changing; Have creative thinking; --and his decisions will have a relatively large impact, such as a life, or high income or loss.

These characteristics put practitioners under a lot of pressure and are prone to anxiety. In fact, each of us is not like a fund manager in his own life, who has to face changes forever, constantly judge and choose.Long-term attention and timely summary are reliable ways to identify the next opportunity. At the same time, be patient and endure. I hope that "Du Lala" will have some practical significance beyond the workplace for people's lives, and realize my original intention of sharing experiences and lessons. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Cai Mingfei, the editor in charge of this book, for her dedication over the past three years.
