Chapter 25 Chapter Twenty-Five

The Mathematics Spaceship of the Italian Pavilion quietly flashed on the top of a cliff. This is an asteroid, which has been orbiting the closed galaxy for countless years alone. However, the group of people on the spacecraft can do nothing but watch a historical event inevitably happen. Little do they know, there will actually be two of them. Dejected, they stood on the cliff, looking at the scene in front of them.Just over a hundred yards ahead, many beams of light rotated in the vacuum, forming ominous arcs. They faced a shocking scene. The ship's effect field continues to function as a brain-trick so they can stand here. The reason is simple. Problems such as "falling out of an asteroid" or "not being able to breathe" will not happen. That is someone else's problem.

The white spaceship of Qiu Xing is parked among the isolated cliffs of the asteroid.Beams of beams of light swept over, and the spaceship appeared and disappeared. The shadows of jagged and strange rocks are dancing crazy under the rotation of light beams. Eleven white robots stood in line.In the center of that wheel of light, is the Tripod Key. The key of the three pillars is now reappearing in the world.Steel pillar of might and energy (or Marvin's leg), golden bar of prosperity (or core of improbability drive), plexiglass pillar of science and reason (or Agabzon's rod of justice), silver bar (or "Most gratuitous use of the word 'fuck' in a serial script" Jolly Cup) and the restored Wooden Column of Nature and Spirit (or the remnants of a goalpost symbolizing the death of English cricket).

"I suppose there's nothing we can do now?" Arthur asked softly. "That's right." Slarti Bartfast sighed. There was nothing like Arthur's disappointment. It just so happened that he was alone in the shadows, so he simply showed a relaxed expression unscrupulously. "It's a pity," he said. "We don't even have weapons," said Slartibartfast. "Stupid." "Damn it," said Arthur softly. Ford said nothing. Cui Lian also didn't say a word, but her expression was different from others. She gazed into the blackness of space beyond the asteroid.

The asteroid revolves around the dust cloud, and the dust cloud is wrapped in a slow-time cover, and inside the cover is Qiuxing, where people and their killing machines live. These poor fellows, I don't know if the robots have noticed them. They can only assume that they are indeed being noticed.Still, there's nothing to be afraid of -- it's true. The robots bear a heavy responsibility in history, and of course bystanders like them can be ignored. "It's really helpless... isn't it?" Arthur said.No one paid him any attention. The robots approached the center of the halo, where there was a rectangular gap in the middle. The gap became clearer and clearer, and it soon became apparent that it was a single piece, about six feet square, that was slowly rising.

At this point they noticed another thing. The thing was almost imperceptible, except that something moved. Finally noticed it. It's the asteroids that are moving. It is slowly approaching the dust cloud, as if being pulled by some kind of divine power, it slides powerlessly into the depths of the dust cloud. The journey they had experienced in the information hallucination room before was now about to be experienced in person.Everyone fell into silence.Trillian looked serious. The time is so long. When the asteroid burrowed into that hazy cloud, time and space seemed to begin to flow very slowly.

Soon, they were submerged in the flickering clouds. They walked through it, barely paying attention to the blurred shadows and halos—of course they caught a little out of the corner of their eyes. The dust cloud covered most of those light beams. The beam of light is as dim as a small star in the boundless stardust. Cui Lian, however, was still immersed in her own thoughts with a serious face. Finally passed through the clouds. It may have been a minute, it may have taken half an hour, and they finally broke through the clouds and broke into another void. The entire space seemed to be snuffed out suddenly.

Everything happened so fast. In front of him, something rose slowly, shooting out thousands of rays of light. In the light, another glass product appeared, full of radiance. There are several deep grooves on its body, three vertical and two horizontal, which are obviously used for keys. The robot comes up to the lock, presses the key in, and backs off.The lock starts to spin and the space starts to change. The sky came back at once. The gushing light almost blinded people's eyes. Now, in front of their eyes is a dazzling sun, where there was nothing a few seconds ago. After being stunned for a while, they thought of quickly covering their eyes with their hands. Before covering their eyes, they caught a glimpse of something moving beneath the sun.

Everyone staggered back a few steps. At this time, the voices of the robots shouting in unison came from the ear. "Banqiu! Version please! Version please! Version please!" They got chills down their spines. That voice was terrifying, cold, ruthless, and even more deadly. Of course, it is also triumphant. This is really a double shock of vision and hearing. They almost missed the second historic moment. Zaphod Beeblebrox, the only person in history who survived being attacked by a robot, rushed down from the battleship, holding a violent gun in his hand. "OK!" he roared, "now you're all under my control!"

When the robot guarding the hatch saw him, he quietly raised his cricket bat and pressed it behind Zaphod's left head. "Praise him, who is it?" Zuo Tou lowered his head depressedly and said in his mouth. The right head looked around alertly. "Who is it?" it said. The bat hit his right head again. Zaphod stared at his own shadow on the ground, and it was a strange shadow. This historic event lasted only a few seconds. As the robots fired suddenly and violently, Sanzhusuo was completely destroyed in the hail of bullets, melted into waste water, and ground into scallion powder. The droids walked back to the warship in silence, looking rather dejected. The warship "hushed" and flew away.

Trillian and Ford scrambled down the hill to Zaphod, who lay motionless on the ground.
