Chapter 1 Joy and comfort

fantasy city 郭敬明 2563Words 2018-03-12
Author: Cao Wenxuan (professor and doctoral supervisor of the Chinese Department of Peking University) The topic has to start with the name of the person in the work.Yingkongshi, Liluo, Xingjiu, Xuanta, Lanshang, Dieche, Chaoya, Chimo, Pianfeng, Huangtuo, Yuanji, Jiantong, Lijing...don't underestimate these names.Every word and sentence in a work can actually reflect the style of this work.As for what a piece of work is written for or what kind of style it is in, you can make a judgment just by looking at the names of a few people in it.Speaking of it, this may be a bit mysterious, but in my reading experience, it is a fact that has been repeatedly proved. The thing is so wonderful, the quality of things, the elegance and vulgarity of style, whether there is special artistic intention or not, are reflected in all aspects of a work. These names are very particular. It's not that anyone who wants to be particular can be particular about it.Pay attention to strength and talent.Behind these artistic words and unexpected combinations of these words is a person's talent, natural interest, knowledge, intelligence and creativity. And when these names become an organic part of the whole work and harmoniously flow forward like soup, it can better reflect the ability of a writer.

What is surprising is that the author who wrote these names and this work turned out to be a young man—a small man. Faced with such a work, I am full of confusion, not because I am afraid of understating the words, but because I am afraid that the words will be exaggerated and become a swordsman. These years, I have always been a little trembling, for fear of writing something harmful. However, in the face of such a work, I cannot avoid the fact that it is indeed very talkable. After much deliberation, I still adopted a materialistic approach: facing the text directly, regardless of who its author is.Over the years, I have written some texts for some talented teenagers, but I really have no intention of praising them. As for how the praising situation formed later, it has nothing to do with me.I thought I was telling the truth.

This is a peculiar book.On one side is the Fire Clan, on the other is the Ice Clan, on the other is the City of Fire, and on the other is the Ice Empire. The work is pure fiction. The fiction of emptiness is actually more difficult than the imitation of reality.Compared with the ability of fiction, I think the ability of copying is only a basic ability, while fiction is a higher level ability, and it is the ability to distinguish whether literature has entered the realm of scenery. What can be reviewed in Chinese literature is that it has stagnated in imitation for several years, and has not been able to introduce words into fiction.China originally had two novel traditions of "Red Mansion" and "Journey to the West", but in later generations, neither the blood of "Red Mansion" nor the spirit of "Journey to the West" could be inherited. The imitation is superficial, and the ability of fiction is basically exhausted. As a result, Chinese novels have remained mediocre for decades, rolling on the ground, with little pleasure and beauty in flying.Reading in such a situation is naturally a kind of joy and comfort.from fantasy. And this kind of fantasy is light, romantic, wild and uninhibited, and it is the kind of fantasy that I call "big fantasy".Its scenes and stories are not on earth, but in heaven. The conception of the work is more like a kind of unrestrained travel. The sky is vast, and the spirit of thinking wanders in the infinite world, and wherever it goes, the scenery is infinite.Led by the author, what we see is definitely not what the world sees. All objects and scenes are outside the earth, in the smoke, in the fog, and in the dream. This kind of fantasy can only come from a free mind with no shelter, no paradigm, and no hesitation. This mind is still in a crystal clear fairy tale state.A novel that allows us to see the wonderful value of fantasy: it is empty, but the light of fantasy irradiates here, seeing objects and life emerge from the blank space, and the place where the Buddha's light enlightens is full of exotic flowers and plants that cannot survive on the earth. All kinds of fascinating creatures. The time and space beyond experience are firmly fixed in front of our eyes by words. And we would rather believe it than believe it.So we developed and became rich.We not only have a diverse and colorful real world, but also a colorful heavenly world created with our minds.

is mysterious. This mystery may not be the result of the author's deliberate pursuit. But this kind of mystery has been attracting us to move forward through the dense forest of words. There is always something teasing us in the chaos, so that we can't stop looking. The atmosphere created by the novel makes us a little dizzy, feeling that we have left the ground and come to a strange world. In this world, the wind and smoke are billowing, complicated and confusing, appearing and disappearing from time to time, and the scenery seems to be reflected in the water, faintly visible. We seem to feel the breath of the universe in the dark, but we can't figure out where this breath comes from. The city in the sky is illusory and unpredictable. When we look up, we feel both small and sublime.Until the end, we didn't see the world clearly, and the mystery remained.

Although the author is young, his narrative tone is quite grand, which can be regarded as a grand narrative.Because it's not about the flies in the secular society, it's not about the mortal beings in the dusty world, but about the dreamy city, about the holy battle, about the king, about the big conspiracy, about the change of dynasty, about the pure and pure realm, so the style of writing can't be used to write about the small bridge. The style of running water, rice sauce and vinegar, untouchable villain, petty profit. At such a young age, he actually used a Shakespeare-style loud and holy tone, and also showed a demeanor of lifting weights lightly. In the Language Kingdom, he actually regarded himself as the young king of the Huanxue Empire.Thousands of troops of words are boundlessly surrounded by him.He regards mobilizing his army of words as the greatest pleasure in writing.More often, he likes the army of words all over the mountains and plains, seeing the momentum like a torrent.

Luna and Chao Ya were buried behind the inn, together with Liao Xianpianfeng. The graves of Luna and Chao Ya are still covered with black soil, while the graves of Pianfeng and Liaojian have grown tender green grass. One separation and one separation demonstrate the death of life and the entanglement of life.A cold wind hung over the tomb. Huang Tuo and I stood in front of the tomb without speaking to each other. The strong wind blew past, and his robes and I were chattering. Reading, I feel the author's confidence in grasping the language. He is eloquent and has both ways, no matter in terms of describing the state of things, analyzing the soul or explaining philosophically, there is no shortage of searching language. The imagery is novel, the dialogue is as exquisite as the dialogue in a classical drama, and the long and short sentences complement each other....This author makes people wonder: How can he have such an excellent comprehension and easy control of language at such a young age?

I have read too many juvenile texts over the years.Nine times out of ten it was a cynical tone.Facing the world, he sneers, sarcasm, speaks inappropriately, is harsh and even mean, and looks cold and disillusioned and doesn't want to live in this world anymore.I really don't know where the world hurt him, and I don't know whether the grayness in his heart really comes from his life experience and life experience? But that's the attitude - a gesture of a thousand years. No more innocence, no more warmth, no more beauty, no more sublime, no more solemn, no more elegance, no more sincerity, no more sunshine, all that is left is the haze and the despair. After reading it, I finally had a kind of comfort. The work uses a noble and solemn tone, without any glib tone.I guess the world has got to be a little bit serious. If adults and children all speak in a ruffian's tone, regardless of the occasion, it is not a very fortunate thing. It doesn't really matter if a person becomes a ruffian, but if a nation also becomes a ruffian -- a nation of ruffians, that's something to worry about.I think that if a ruffian nation wants to gain the respect of the world, it will probably have certain difficulties.

Regarding the future of this author, I do not want to predict here.Whether a person can become a big climate is determined by various factors.Character, education, experience, opportunity... The factors for success are intricate. So I hope not to simply equate his present with his future. I wish him all the best and hope he will cherish his talents.
