Less than three months after I stepped into the university gate, an event that shocked the whole world happened. On November 26, in Mérida, Venezuela, a living dead man bit his wife to death and turned the woman into a living dead a few hours later. People in many countries, including those in power, have a sense of crisis.Therefore, the new "Living Dead Act" or "Living Dead Act (Amendment)" was introduced in various countries soon.The specific regulations are different, but one is the same: all the living dead who want to attack humans (or have the conditions to attack humans) will be destroyed humanely.
