The next day Tanner sat silently at his desk when the secretary's voice sounded: "A committee is here to see you, Mr. Kingsley." "Committee?" "Yes, sir." "Let them in." Leaders from several Kingsley Group divisions walked into Tanner's office: "We want to talk to you, Mr. Kingsley." "sit." They take their seats. "What's the problem?" One of the bosses said, "Well, we're all a little concerned. After what happened to your brother... will the Kingsley Group survive?" Tanner shook his head: "I don't know. I'm still in shock at the moment. I can't believe what happened to Andrew." He pondered for a moment, "I'll tell you what I'm going to do. I can't predict our chances, but I Will do everything in our power to keep us going. That's my commitment. I'll be in touch with you."

After a few vague "thank you", Tanner watched those people leave. On this day Andrew was discharged from the hospital. Tanner settled him in a small staff dormitory on the company's land, assigned someone to take care of him, and arranged an office for him next to his own.
