美国巴顿将军的坦克，向西西里的首府巴勒莫快速推进，坦克在行进过程中，不断有意大利军人举着白旗从两边的小道拥上来要求投降。巴顿烦了，弄个大喇叭广播：意大利军人，我们要快速进军，没工夫俘虏你们，请你们放下武器到指定地点集合。都不用看着，西西里岛本土的意大利人，把枪和军装一扔，回家看歌剧、踢足球、吃冰激凌去了。不在岛上的意大利军队，也自发地纪律性良好地组织起来，放下武器，军装搁那儿，枪搁这儿，然后等着盟国的军队来接收。 意大利这样的国家，如果在世界战争史上少了它，那战争就真的显得很残酷了，有了它，显得多浪漫。 1943年11月，中美英三国召开了着名的开罗会议，通过了让我们津津乐道的《开罗宣言》。中国政府领导人蒋中正跟英国的丘吉尔首相、美国的罗斯福总统在开罗开会，标志着英美两国对中国大国地位的承认，我们也是反法西斯四大盟国之一了。 《开罗宣言》说：“我三大盟国进行战争之目的，在于制止及惩罚日本之侵略，在使日本所窃取于中国之领土，例如东北四省、台湾、澎湖列岛，归还中华民国。”1951年，美国单方面操纵，跟日本签订《旧金山和约》时，海峡两岸都没有代表出席。《旧金山和约》只写日本放弃对台湾的统治权。今天有的中国台湾人，还有日本人、美国人就说，《旧金山和约》里日本放弃对台湾的统治权，也就是日本不要台湾了，可没说给谁，所以台湾应该独立。我们说不对，《开罗宣言》里明确规定，东北四省、台湾、澎湖列岛，归还中华民国。比如今天在台湾，马英九先生坚持“中华民国”法统，那么“中华民国”统治台湾，是符合《开罗宣言》的，要换成了“台湾共和国”，就是非法的了。 开罗会议后，蒋委员长就回国了，捎带脚儿去了趟印度，视察中国远征军。然后，罗斯福和丘吉尔飞到德黑兰去会晤斯大林，召开了德黑兰会议。会议主要商讨开辟欧洲第二战场，第二战场是针对苏德战场而言的。斯大林一再跟丘吉尔强调，红军抗击着300个德国师，你们抗击不到10个德国师，而且几十个德国的精锐师，在法国无所事事，有可能加入到苏德战场，这不行，你们必须在法国登陆，开辟第二战场。丘吉尔跟他的外交大臣艾登勋爵交了个底，说我希望看到战争的最好结局是德国人躺在坟墓里，俄国人在手术台上痛苦地呻吟，他希望苏德拼个两败俱伤，都死了更好，最起码死一个，残一个。因此迟迟不肯开辟战场。到最后，斯大林急了，1944年五一以前，你要不开辟第二战场，红军就不用你帮忙了，我们要解放自己的领土，解放波兰，解放德国，解放法国，红旗插到英吉利海峡。丘吉尔一听下一步该解放英国了，所以答应开辟第二战场。于是，就有了着名的诺曼底登陆。 1944年6月，近300万英美盟军，在美国艾森豪威尔将军的指挥下，在诺曼底登陆，开辟了欧洲第二战场。德国开始处在盟国左右夹击之中，法西斯丧钟已然敲响，战争的胜利指日可待。 1945年2月，苏美英召开了雅尔塔会议，主要是三个内容：战后德国的民主改造，成立联合国和苏联对日宣战。苏联答应对日宣战，中国是付出了巨大代价的，我们的外蒙古就让苏联占领了。外蒙古一直是中国的领土，1911年辛亥革命，中国政局变动，对外蒙古鞭长莫及。外蒙古的部分上层王公在沙俄的唆使下，宣布外蒙古独立，拥戴外蒙古活佛哲布尊丹巴称帝，建立了大蒙古国。十月革命爆发之后，外蒙古被迫取消了自治。这时候两个贫苦的蒙古牧民，苏赫巴托尔和乔巴山成立了分裂祖国的蒙古人民革命党，在苏俄的支持下，把外蒙古从祖国分裂了出去。苏俄领袖列宁，在未经中国政府同意的情况下，派遣3000名苏俄红军，进入外蒙古，援助苏赫巴托尔和乔巴山集团。这是对中国领土主权的粗暴践踏！ 1924年外蒙古正式宣布独立，成立了所谓的“蒙古人民共和国”，当时全世界只有苏联一家承认它，这个政权就是苏联的一个傀儡。在雅尔塔会议上，苏联要外蒙古维持现状，也就是说让政权继续存在。1946年，当时的中国国民政府派人到苏联跟斯大林谈判，斯大林明明白白地告诉蒋介石的公子蒋经国先生，你们中国有本事就出兵把外蒙古夺过来，没本事别废话，这个地方，我绝不会还给你们。我们告到联合国，蒙古人就在联合国的监督下，在蒙古国内搞了场全民公决。按道理说，外蒙古能否独立，应该是全中国人投票，光有蒙古人投票就宣布独立，这不是搞笑吗？
