Chapter 1 preface

what is history 1 袁腾飞 1597Words 2018-03-20
The book presented to you is compiled from the video lectures of the Jinghua School's online courses. Its publication, first of all, thanks to Mr. Shen Haobo and Mr. Su Jing from Motie Culture. They saw my courses on the Internet and decided to compile and publish my ridiculous and generous family words, which gave me a chance to spread the absurd. Thanks to President Li Fengxue and Principal Fan Kaiji of Elite Education, it is their tolerance and openness that gave me a place to speak out.I would also like to thank Ms. Liu Juan, my course planner. The success of every class is inseparable from her hard work. There are also countless editors and staff who have served me in publishing houses and elite schools, and they have touched me time and time again.Of course, I should be most grateful to the hundreds of students who have taken my courses, as well as the support and encouragement, including the netizens who criticized me.

I am just an ordinary middle school history teacher. I read history because I liked history when I was a child, and I chose history as a major in college because I loved history. In the end, I taught history as a matter of course.Inadvertently, my teaching video clips were put on the Internet, and the hit rate exceeded 25 million.Students abroad told me that when my videos appeared on the homepage of Youku and Baidu Video, I realized that I had "become famous overnight" and that everything was "irreversible"... I personally think that middle school classrooms should be relatively closed and should not be exposed to the public. Unlike stars in the entertainment industry, who need to hype and expose themselves, teachers need to cover themselves up. "Normal" fame made me feel rather embarrassed.

How can it be as expected, but please be worthy of my heart.I can only comfort myself in this way, if there is a chance to explain, I will try my best to explain.I want to tell everyone that I am definitely not the best history teacher in history, and I hope everyone will not misunderstand. For my class, some people say it is grandstanding.I feel that for students, interest is always the first, and a cow can't force its head if it doesn't eat grass. It is better to make students laugh than tell them to sleep. How many children nowadays like to read history books?Especially the dry, no-nonsense history books?Letting them read books by themselves may not be effective, so I like to use fascinating stories to bring out knowledge points, and add some personal evaluations of historical events to form a family statement.

Who has learned history usefully? It is of great use for great people to learn, for example, national leaders learn useful lessons, absorb the lessons of the rise and fall of chaos in the past dynasties, and stabilize the country. Most high school students now have a clear purpose of studying history, which is to get into a good university, find a good job after graduation, and have a bright future. So I think the subject of history should be a universal education to improve humanistic quality. When I talk about history, I want to cultivate students' interest in the subject of history.Listening to my lectures, remembering what is secondary, and taking an interest in history is my greatest success.

Although the situation in our history education is getting better and better, it has not fully achieved the study of history without any boundaries.Mr. Qian Mu, a master of Chinese studies, said in front of the "Outline of National History", "It is believed that citizens of any country, especially those who claim to have knowledge above the level, should know a little about the past history of their country." Those who have a little knowledge of their country's past history must be accompanied by a kind of warmth and respect for their country's past history." "The so-called people who have a kind of warmth and respect for their country's past history" "At least they don't feel that we are standing now. All-time highs."

For example, when we study the Ming and Qing Dynasties in China, the history books we wrote make a mess of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The feudal society has reached the end of the world and has declined.Conversely, if you look at Western history books, such as Cambridge History, they highly praise China's Ming and Qing Dynasties.China's silver at that time accounted for half of the world; Chinese farmers were the wealthiest farmers in the world at that time. Why are we so self-deprecating?Because that is the feudal ruler, the so-called feudal landlord, we cannot praise him. History should be based on history, and every conclusion drawn should be based on historical facts. It is terrible not to come up with a conclusion first, and then take the historical facts that are beneficial to me and selectively forget them.If this kind of thing is not completely changed, it will be difficult to make a major breakthrough in the study of history. When I was lecturing, I also tried to do my part in these aspects, at least to prevent students from believing in things that have no historical basis. Some people say that I overturned history, so I would like to ask, has the history you know before I overturned been overturned? If so, then I just reversed what was subverted.

I still want to be a teacher down-to-earth, that is, an ordinary teacher who divides his duties and confuses all living beings.I am not a historian. What I studied in college is how to teach history. Strictly speaking, it is not history itself. Therefore, I am not very talented and my lectures will inevitably have fallacies. Readers are welcome to criticize and correct me! The above is what I want to say, right as the preface of this book. Yuan Tengfei 2009-7-18
