An annoyance, it's really a headache-tonight, am I dating a Shih Tzu?Or to accompany Diao Chan? It seems to be moaning for nothing, nothing to do.But Zhao Kuangyin is now facing such a problem-is he attacking Houshu?Or should we deal with Nantang first? It's as if time has turned back, and I have returned to the Three Kingdoms at the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty.Across the Yangtze River, there is Soochow; across the Jianmen Shu Road, there is the Shu Han, and the vast Kanto land is Cao Cao's territory, and now Zhao Kuangyin has become Cao Cao. How to do it? If we go back to Hou Zhou, things will be easy. Chai Rong would raise his troops and go straight to the Yangtze River without even thinking about it.But it's different now. Southern Tang Dynasty has completely become a minister and became a junior, especially the new successor Li Yu, who is very respectful to Zhao Kuangyin and is already a qualified subordinate.Then being a leader has to have a formal image, right?

It's not a last resort, you can't be shameless. Then Shu is another matter.The emperor Meng Chang of Hou Shu not only refused to accept, but also took the initiative to attack. Meng Chang, originally named Renzan, styled Baoyuan.A native of Longgang, Xingzhou (now Xingtai, Hebei), and a fellow villager of Chai Rong.He is the third son of Meng Zhixiang, the great ancestor of Shu in the Five Dynasties.This person is blessed by nature. What his father has built for him is the most secret and safest piece of land in China's geography, and it is very rich. He can hide behind the natural danger of Jianmen and Shu Road, and he will always be the emperor of Huawai.

He really created a record in the Five Dynasties, he was the longest reigning emperor among all short-lived courts.A total of thirty-one years, but it is still a pity that he is also the queen master of Shu, and he is still a little less than Liu Chan. But in all fairness, his performance is much better than Liu Chan.His father, Meng Zhixiang, was originally the brother-in-law of Li Cunxu, the ancestor of the later Tang Dynasty. After the Shatuo people killed Wang Yan, the master of the former Shu Dynasty, they sent him to be the governor of Sichuan.Unexpectedly, the Later Tang Dynasty collapsed quickly, and Meng Zhixiang came to a high-ranking emperor, called himself the king, guarded Xichuan, and after killing Dong Zhang in his neighbor Dongchuan, he became Liu Bei.

Unfortunately, in the same year when he became emperor, Meng Zhixiang died of illness.At that time, Meng Chang was only sixteen years old. Poor, what his father left for him were all out-of-the-box arrogant soldiers brought from the Central Plains. A man should be a self-improvement" era label.However, just a few months after Meng Chang came to the throne, he killed Li Renhan and Zhang Ye's nephew, who were originally in charge of the imperial army and served as prime minister, and took back the power of state affairs in one fell swoop. Sing as soon as the board opens, and the house is full of cheers.At that time, Li Zhao, the general of the feudal town of Houshu, came to see Meng Chang. At the beginning, he leaned on a cane and put on a show, saying that he could not kneel down when he was old.But the day after Meng Chang killed Li Renhan, he saw Meng Chang from a distance, immediately threw away his crutches, kowtowed on the ground without daring to breathe.

After that, Meng Chang's performance was completely a standard Shengtianzi.He dresses plainly, builds water conservancy projects, pays attention to farming and mulberry, rests with the people, does all kinds of good things, and the state of Houshu is strong and prosperous.And Meng Chang also had lofty ambitions. When he was just destroyed by the Khitan in the Later Jin Dynasty, he took advantage of Liu Zhiyuan's unstable foothold and expanded the territory of the northern line to Chang'an.It's a pity that he couldn't go to the battlefield in person, and his subordinates were not very effective, so he was defeated again.But it also got the land of Qin, Cheng, Jie, and Fengzhou.It wasn't until Chai Rong was born that these four pieces of fat were taken back by the Central Plains.But even so, Meng Chang still refused to accept it. In order to compete with Chai Rong again, he specially trained a group of elite soldiers, named it "Pochaidu", and made it clear to call on Chai Rong.

But Chai Rong has been very busy and has no time to answer him. After that, Meng Chang changed.Maybe it's because he has been sleeping peacefully and enjoying the blessings in the Land of Abundance for too long, and he began to fall.This person is obsessed with money, overhauls the palace, and is very obsessed with the art of the house. This bastard hugs beautiful Sichuan girls from all over Sichuan endlessly. In the end, there are basically no unmarried girls in Sichuan. Early marriage and early love have become a folk custom ... It's nothing, according to an old Chinese scholar, in China, one of the emperor's privileges is to take a fancy to any girl, just write a few lines on a piece of yellow paper, and she can be pulled into the palace. Legal use.Moreover, the woman would kowtow in praise, saying that the family was really lucky, and the ancestral graves were full of smoke.So what's the big deal for Meng Chang to be a little legal in his own country?

However, everything has a degree.You can play with women as you like, but don't think about playing with Zhao Kuangyin casually.And with Meng Chang's determination and courage that even Chai Rong can mess with, what is Zhao Kuangyin? It is said that since ancient times, if there is Shu, there will be a successor, and if there is a successor, there will be Zhuge Liang.Since this is a fixed pattern, Meng Chang is no exception.His Zhuge Liang was called Wang Zhaoyuan, and he grew up with him, and the two had been close for decades, so Meng Chang's treasury was the Wang family's warehouse, and he could take whatever he wanted, but Wang Zhaoyuan was still dissatisfied with it.

Because he still has a greater pursuit in life - to be the real Zhuge Liang, to go out to the Northern Sichuan Expedition, and to pacify the world! What's more, some people in Sichuan were dissatisfied at that time, and they said to him - you have no credit at all, but you have become a privy envoy. And the specific steps of entering the army have been thought out for him - we should first contact the Northern Han Dynasty and order it to go south. We Houshu will take the opportunity to go out of Huanghua Valley and Ziwusu (a hundred miles south of Xi'an). The land to the right is all ours.

What are you waiting for?Privy envoy Wang Da was impatient, and after discussing with his empress Meng, he sent his Privy Council official Sun Yu, and Xingzhou Military Academy Zhao Yanchao, Yang Juan and others to meet Beibei with the written wax pill secret letter. The emperor of Han "ordered" him to send troops to attack the Song Dynasty together. But it is a pity that not everyone has such a great fantasy-like passion between their monarchs and ministers, especially Zhao Yanchao.The man turned a corner on the way, and handed over Sun Yu, Yang Juan, and the wax ball secret letter to Song Emperor Zhao Kuangyin—perhaps because he felt that he had worked so hard to sneak across the entire border of the Song Dynasty like a thief. To give it to the Emperor of the Northern Han Dynasty, it would be better to be a thief directly and sell the Emperor Shu and the Emperor of the Northern Han Dynasty to the Emperor of the Great Song Dynasty.

So Zhao Kuangyin's troubles disappeared, and he finally knew whether he should go to see Xi Shi or Diao Chan this evening.At that time, he looked up to the sky and laughed - I want to be famous in the west! In the second year of Qiande, that is, on November 2, 964 AD, Zhao Kuangyin sent nearly 60,000 troops to Shuchuan on the grounds that the later Shu emperor Meng Chang colluded with the Northern Han Dynasty and conspired to commit the Song Dynasty.Among them, Wang Quanbin, the envoy of Zhongwu Jiedu, was deployed as the capital of Fengzhou Road in Xichuan camp, Cui Yanjin, the commander of the infantry guards, was deployed as the deputy capital, and Wang Renshan, the deputy envoy of the Privy Council, was the capital supervisor. More than ten thousand, from Fengzhou (to the east of Fengxian County, Shaanxi Province) down the Jialing River;

On the east road, Liu Guangyi, the commander of the guard and horse army, was deployed as the deputy capital of Xichuan camp on Guizhou Road. The Privy Council ordered Cao Bin to be the capital supervisor.The two armies split up and attacked together, and agreed to join forces to attack Chengdu. At the same time, Zhao Kuangyin once again showed his broad mind of selflessness, fraternity, benevolence, the world, the public and everyone. He ordered that from now on, a building with a palace will be built in a golden location outside the right gate of Kaifeng City and facing Bianshui in the south. The huge riverside mansion with 500 detached houses has all the daily utensils in it, and it must be ready for use as soon as the owner arrives. Then he ordered Wang Quanbin and Liu Guangyi to bring him a letter to Meng Chang. This is the new home he prepared for Comrade Meng Chang. Although he was in a hurry, he was very sincere.Waiting for you, everything is ready for you, I wish you a happy housewarming and a happy residence. In fact, I have always felt very strange, how could Sichuan be captured?Especially attacking from east to north to west.You know, before February 1937, that is, before the entire Sichuan-Shanxi Highway was opened to traffic, there were only three roads from the inland of the Central Plains to Sichuan. 1. Jinniu Road, the well-known "Jianmen Shu Road"; 2. Yinping Road; 3. Micang Road.There is no way to make people who enter Sichuan comfortable, let alone attacking in under the hail of bullets. Micang Road is named because it crosses Micang Mountain. It is not a road for people at all. It is worse than Yinping Road. Marching and fighting are completely negligible. Suicide.Not to mention rolling down the Yinping Road and narrowly escaped death, there is no turning back at all.Moreover, the thousands of soldiers with big bales that he didn't fall to death didn't even have a horse, so why fight?It was all because Liu Chan and Zhuge Liang's descendants were so fucked up that he got away with it. The only thing left is Jinniu Dao.This road is relatively easy to walk, and the distance is relatively short, but the terrible thing is that it is also called "Shu Road of Jianmen". It is more difficult than going to the blue sky!" Well, it is the danger of the sword gate. However, "If you want to win Sichuan, you must go to Jianmenguan".You still have to go with it. The ancient sword gate refers to a mountain range that is 53 kilometers north of today's Guangyuan and 30 kilometers south of Jiange County, stretching more than a hundred kilometers from east to west.Among them, the seventy-two peaks are undulating, high into the sky, and the two mountains face each other like a door at the break of the steep wall. The situation is dangerous, hence the name. This is the real situation where one man guards the gate and ten thousand men cannot open it.During the Three Kingdoms period, Jiang Wei blocked Zhonghui's 100,000 army with 30,000 horses.After a protracted period of stalemate, Deng Ai had to fight to the death and sneaked around from the Yinping trail to the back of Jianmen to destroy the Shu Han. So how many people did Zhao Kuangyin send?It was less than 60,000, and it was divided into two ways.But what he faced was Meng Chang, who had been emperor for 31 years and had great appeal in the Five Dynasties and Eleven Kingdoms.Where is his chance?Maybe he himself was a little guilty, so at the banquet for Wang Quanbin and Liu Guangyi, he suddenly asked——Can Xichuan get it? Thousands of eyes stared at him for an instant, and Wang Quanbin, the coach of Zhengshu, sat down in awe, with a fierce look in his eyes - back to the emperor, if Xichuan is in the sky, of course he can't arrive.If it is on the ground, it will be leveled immediately! No one dared to laugh at his wild words.Wang Quanbin, a native of Taiyuan, Bingzhou, his father was a subordinate of Li Cunxu, Zhuangzong of the Later Tang Dynasty. When he was twelve years old, his father did something stupid. He did not have a big official, but secretly reserved his own soldiers and generals. This offended all emperors. taboo.Li Cunxu ordered his father to go to Beijing to answer. At this time, his father was afraid and did not dare to go.And 12-year-old Wang Quanbin said, this is the emperor suspecting that you have a different heart.Well, send me as a hostage, and the emperor will trust you. A catastrophe of extermination disappeared. Later, Li Cunxu took Wang Quanbin by his side as a guard.When Li Cunxu betrayed his relatives and rebels entered the city, the palace guards either rebelled or fled. Only Wang Quanbin and Fu Yanqing kept Li Cunxu in the palace and supported them.Until Li Cunxu was shot by a cold arrow, Wang Quanbin helped him to the inner hall, and he cried bitterly until the emperor died. Such stubbornness and loyalty are the most important reasons why Zhao Kuangyin chose him as the coach of Pingshu.Because throughout the history of China, Sichuan is a very evil place, where the separatist regime, no matter whether it is wise or licentious, whether it has the mind of Liu Bei or the talent of Zhuge Liang, will never exceed two generations.The generals who came to Pingshu were even more unfortunate. They either died in the mountains, or they were beheaded by their own emperor after a narrow escape. The reason is very simple, because there is no emperor who is not afraid that those generals who successfully entered Sichuan and overthrew a court will stay there and establish themselves as kings.What about Wang Quanbin?Zhao Kuangyin believed him that much? History has proved that Zhao Kuangyin not only believed, but also gave Wang Quanbin great freedom of action and privileges.At the banquet before leaving, Zhao Kuangyin made three chapters with the general who attacked Shu in public: First, in view of the fact that most of the generals of Houshu are from the north, in order to divide the interior of Houshu, as long as they can lead the people to surrender, serve as guides for the army, and provide food for the army, they will immediately become their own people and will be rewarded heavily; Second, where the Song army came, it was not allowed to burn houses, beat people casually, dig graves, cut mulberry trees...and other incidents of the same nature.Offenders engage in military law; Third, the purpose of the war against Houshu this time is to grab territory and lay down cities and towns. As long as soldiers are armored, food and grass, all other hard currency such as money, silk, etc. obtained from the battlefield will not be used by the court, and all will be distributed to the soldiers in the front! Pay attention to the third chapter, Zhao Kuangyin has spared no expense in order to boost morale.We must know that during the Five Dynasties period, the real turmoil in the world was in the north, south of the Yangtze River, and within the Shu Road, which was another world entirely.Relatively speaking, the place is safe and rich, and there are no weapons, especially near Chengdu, the Land of Abundance, where it is really rich.The guarantee of these funds lies in the fact that the Shu Road is easy to defend and difficult to attack. Then, in order to capture Sichuan, the only way is to make huge profits.But at this time, Zhao Kuangyin had little experience in aggression, and was cautious by nature. He thought too much about the difficulties, but he didn't realize that excessive rewards also had negative effects, turning his soldiers into a group of war madmen who were completely red-eyed. only. The imperial court only needs the land of Sichuan, and everything else is our spoils of war!This is the understanding of this order by the soldiers who conquered Shu.Soon, Zhao Kuangyin regretted it too much. The war machine was rumbled into action, and at least 60,000 sharp knives were forced towards Hou Shu.So what was Shu's reaction?Happy, extremely excited!If I have to say that there is such a small bit of regret, it is the first battle in the life of the privy envoy Wang Zhaoyuan. He did not go north to Qishan to attack the Central Plains like the former Zhuge Liang, but he was ordered to resist first. But this is an opportunity, and I can finally show my ambitions.Wang Zhaoyuan was appointed by Meng Chang as the commander of the Southwest Camp, and he was fully in charge of Hou Shu's defense against the Song army.Before leaving, he took Zhao Chongtao, the capital supervisor, to attend the Zhuangxing reception held by Prime Minister Li Hao (a wonderful person) in honor of him.During the banquet, Wang Dadu made a generous statement-my trip was more than defeating the Song army. With the 30,000 sculpted evil boys under my command (poor, Hou Shu is the same as the Song Dynasty, soldiers are prisoners, and they are all engraved on their faces). It's as easy as flipping your palm! What needs to be specifically explained is that when Wang Zhaoyuan said these words, his gestures and the things he held in his hands at that time left him an eternal and immortal glorious image in history.It was an iron Ruyi, the size of which was unknown, but probably not too small, because Wang Zhaoyuan used it as a command flag or a baton when marching in formation. Thinking of Wang Zhaoyuan talking and laughing casually among countless armored soldiers in an army of thousands of horses, waving his fingers at Tie Ruyi casually, while the enemy army was running wild and defeated, and achieved fame easily.So far in life, what a joy! In this way, full of pride and ambition, Wang Zhaoyuan left Chengdu with his 30,000 sculpted tiger and wolf division to face the Pingshu Expeditionary Army of the Song Dynasty who used the entire Shu Kingdom as an unlimited cash machine. Attack Shu, attack Shu again!On the way of marching, tens of thousands of soldiers of the Song Army were excited and excited.This is not only a matter of money, but also an honor, and a symbol of becoming rich and powerful from now on! Everyone will think of the short thirty-nine years ago, when the owner of the Central Plains was Li Cunxu, Emperor Zhuangzong of the Later Tang Dynasty.Judging from Li Cunxu's initial attitude and achievements, he is already unstoppable and will soon sweep the country and unify the world.At that time, at the end of September and the beginning of October in 925 AD, he sent his clan prince, Wei Wang Li Jiji, and general Guo Chongtao to attack Shu. It was an extremely astonishing, unprecedented, and absolutely unprecedented victory.The Shatuo people, the hereditary mercenary army at its peak, actually took less than 30 days to overcome countless natural dangers in Mount Shu, broke through Chengdu, the land of abundance, and forced Wang Yan, the former lord of Shu, to leave the country and surrender in white. What about them?How much time will Song Jun spend now? Wang Quanbin, the head coach of the whole army, tried not to think about this problem, but the extreme excitement, even the frenzy of anxiety was also rushing through his whole body.For nothing else, starting a business, everyone is soberly aware that this is a great entrepreneurial journey, and starting a business is the greatest enjoyment in a man's life! First of all, the first goal...Unfortunately, it is not the steep and rugged pass of the Shu Road, but Xingzhou in Shaanxi (now Lueyang, Shaanxi).No way, even if Hou Shu loses the four prefectures of Qin, Feng, Cheng, and Jie, its frontier positions are still far outside the mainland of Hou Shu.The person in charge of guarding the front enemy here is Han Baozheng, another confidant of Meng Chang, king of Houshu, besides Wang Zhaoyuan.He led tens of thousands of troops out of Shu first, and arrived in Xingyuan (now Handong, Shaanxi) before Wang Quanbin. In early December 964 AD, the war officially began.Wang Quanbin led his army out of Fengzhou and went straight to Xingzhou.Xingzhou is an important military town that has been operated for many years in the later Shu Dynasty. Not only is the city high and thick, and there are sufficient soldiers, but also a series of military strongholds have been built outside the city due to the dangerous terrain. Zhaidu left its name in the history books. However, the Hou Shu army never expected that on the day of the war, these painstakingly managed defense lines were breached one by one by the Song army like boiling soup and snow. By the 19th of that month, Xingzhou, an important town in Hou Shu, fell.The flag was won, but Wang Quanbin dismissed it. In his eyes, the biggest spoils of war were more than 400,000 hu of military rations seized in Xingzhou, which added huge supplies to his army.Without stopping for a moment, he rushed to the next stronghold in Houshu - Xingyuan. There is Han Baozheng, the highest former enemy coach of the Houshu Legion, and he must be taken down! Han Baozheng, who left his name in history but could not find any glorious deeds, all the previous introductions of the coach of Houshu can only be found in the words of Meng Chang's old mother, Queen Mother Li, who persuaded her son: "... Seeing Zhuang Zong and your father destroying Liang and Dingshu, those who were in charge of the army at that time would not be awarded anything but merit, so the soldiers were afraid to obey. Today Zhaoyuan is the person who serves you around you, and the person who protects the integrity and the family, never knows about soldiers. Police, what is the use of this person!" But history said that Meng Chang didn't listen. Today, as expected, facing Wang Quanbin's furious advance like a wolf and a tiger, Han Baozheng, with tens of thousands of elite soldiers, was hiding in Xingyuan City trembling, unable to do anything.After Wang Quanbin captured Xingzhou, he continued to attack more than 20 villages including Shiqi, Yuguan, and Baishui Army without stopping. The soldiers pointed directly at Xingyuan, leaving him nowhere to hide.At this time, Han Baozheng's courage and astonishing actions came together. He actually gave up Xingyuan City directly and led the troops outside the city wall! Han Baozheng, who had left the city, was moving quickly, but unfortunately, instead of going to the main force of the Song army for a duel, he quickly led his troops to the farther Xixian County (now the West Old Town of Mian County, Shaanxi).God, save him. It wasn't until this time that the Houshu army with tens of thousands of horses figured out that their coach did this only to temporarily distance himself from Wang Quanbin. Perhaps in this way, he could save his heart that was about to die suddenly. Wang Quanbin was no longer interested in dealing with him personally, but sent the vanguard general Shi Yande to chase him all the way.Shi Yande marched swiftly, and before Han Baozheng fled into Xixian County, he was forced to form an army at Sanquan (now Yangping Pass in the northwest of Ningqiang, Shaanxi Province) behind the mountain and back the city to protect himself. There is no need to fight this battle. A Western God of War who was born later than the Song Dynasty once said that a group of sheep led by lions can defeat a group of lions led by sheep.Even if the Shu army at this time is all bloodthirsty, powerful and brave lions, they will be suffocated to death under the command of an official son like Han Baozheng... He launched an attack on the Shu army, which was dozens of times larger than himself. Tens of thousands of Shu soldiers collapsed across the board, and this battle directly pushed the battlefield westward into the borders of Hou Shu. Wang Quanbin captured Han Baozheng, and seized more than 300,000 hu of military rations again.This is a huge harvest. The crucial food road behind the Song army can be ignored for the time being, and it is completely possible to catch up with the victory and advance bravely. They didn't chase very far, and in front of them was the desperate and natural danger of the Shu Road——Jiameng Pass. Jiameng Pass, sometimes people mistakenly think it is the mispronounced name of "Jianmen Pass".In fact, it is not. The old city of Jiamengguan is located in the soil foundation dam in Wuhuali, north of Zhaohua Town, Yuanba District, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province. The Guancheng has disappeared.The Jianmen Pass is about 20 kilometers southwest of the old city of Jiameng Pass, belonging to Jiange County, Guangyuan City.However, they are in the same mountain range, and the same steep pass is difficult for birds to pass. It is no exaggeration to say that this is one of the most difficult military fortresses to break through in human history. Jiang Wei, the general of Shu Han during the Three Kingdoms period, blocked Zhonghui's 100,000 Shu army near here.Jianmen, Jiameng, this is the true psychological and practical line of defense of the Shu people.You can completely believe that in the previous battles outside the Shu Road, the Hou Shu army did not really exert its strength, because after all, it was not the fundamental place where the Shu people lived for generations, and with such a barrier behind them, who would fight hard in advance? Shrinking into the natural danger, the Houshu people even resorted to the most unique trick-burning the plank road. The plank road is that our ancestors dug holes between the rocky cliffs with no roads, and then inserted wooden beams, laid wooden boards on the beams, and supported them with slanted columns. It is a veritable "road to heaven" and a road of real miracles.And once it is burned, it will return to the original appearance of the cliff. No matter how good Zhao Kuangyin's army is, they won't all suddenly turn into monkeys or birds. They can't crawl, let alone fly, not to mention carrying so many swords, guns, swords and halberds... Whew——from the whole territory of Houshu The soldiers and civilians, including King Meng Chang, can breathe a sigh of relief. Natural danger is natural danger, and they are safe. What's more, the great number one military strongman in Houshu, Mr. Wang Zhaoyuan, the privy envoy to the north, has led the real main force of Houshu to Lizhou.Lizhou is located on the east bank of the Jialing River. In front of it is Guangyuan, which is the Jiameng area. Behind it is the Jiange. Stay away. Then please applaud, Mr. Zhuge Liang, who is still alive, made his grand debut. History has proved that he immediately changed the entire course of the war, and his outstanding performance made both the enemy and us incredible and dazzled. The geographical environment bestowed by God on Meng Chang and Wang Zhaoyuan is extremely superior, and before Wang Zhaoyuan directly encountered Wang Quanbin, he also showed the bearing and keen sense of position that an outstanding military leader should have. He set off from far away Chengdu, not in a hurry, regardless of the rapidly deteriorating military situation on the front line, and always reserved the physical strength of his elite legionaries in an extremely humane manner, and marched through the beautiful and majestic mountains and rivers of Shu.And God gave him incredible luck. When he finally arrived at the front line, Song Jun was blocked just in front of Jiameng, and he was able to enter Tianxian Lizhou safely and smoothly. Another natural hazard.I really don't know why the land where our nation lives has such a structure.But I am also very grateful for such a geographical environment.Please imagine, if in our northern plains, or even along the coast, there are mountains and natural cliffs in Sichuan, how good it would be?Wouldn't there be so many foreign invasions, and the tragedy of the country's death and people's mourning? Don't talk about the Great Wall, that is our helpless move, and its precipitousness is in no way comparable to that of Shushan Mountain. But thankfully, we didn't after all.If we really have the natural barrier of Shuchuan that is magnified more than ten thousand times, the national character and safety awareness of our people will become even more sluggish and vulnerable... because there is always such a fluke mentality! This is the case with Wang Zhaoyuan. He was relieved immediately after entering Lizhou.There are too many natural dangers in front of him, so many that he can rest assured and fall asleep.He believed that the Yankees who were accustomed to walking on flat ground would not be able to crawl up to him with all their limbs, even if they did not send a guard. Because in front of Lizhou City, which is surrounded by mountains, are two more forbidding barracks, the Big and the Small Mantianzhai.Want to know how dangerous it is there?In that place, even Houshu could only build villages but not cities, and between the big and small Mantian villages was the roaring Jialing River rushing through the deep gorges and giant valleys.It is absolutely certain that the Song army would never come with warships when they ran for thousands of miles, and it would be a joke to cut wood and build ships locally. The only hope for crossing the river is those few wooden bridges.But not to mention that the bridge is long and narrow, and it is impossible to launch a strong attack with troops. Even if they cannot be defended, they are set on fire, and the soldiers of the Song Dynasty will jump crazy on the other side! And these are all secondary. Wang Quanbin has to untie the first dead button before he can talk about anything else, which is the plank road.The plank road before Jiameng has been burned down, and only the charred cliffs are left... See how you can survive? As a result, the whole battle situation deteriorated sharply in Wang Zhaoyuan's well-off mentality of hiding in a dangerous building and becoming unified.The Shu people completely miscalculated. These northern flatlanders who lived on the plains became even worse after entering the mountains. There was no plank road, so they immediately sent their general Cui Yanjin to start repairs. The main force of many people cut through thorns and thorns to find a way forward on the Luochuan Trail in the southeast of Jiachuan.A few days later, Wang Quanbin broke through Luochuan's line of defense and appeared at the deep crossing line of the Jialing River Ferry. At this time, an even more astonishing thing happened. Cui Yanjin, who was supposed to divert the attention of the Shu army, had not only repaired the plank road, but also quickly conquered the Tianxian Xiaomantian village, and rushed to Shendu to join the commander. Before Wang Zhaoyuan and his deputy Zhao Chongtao realized that the danger was imminent, Song Jun rushed to the wooden bridge on the Jialing River.The war has changed since then, and the initial temptation of spoils has faded, replaced by the hatred generated after all the hardships and hardships.It is these damn dangerous mountains and rivers that have made us suffer, but you wait, as long as we cross over, we will pay you back twice as much! At this time Wang Zhaoyuan was finally angry.He wondered, haven't the northerners heard of Zhuge Liang?Marquis Wu made great achievements in his life, and he only attacked but not defended, and he was always in the midst of mysterious and unexpected attacks.So why not let him, his successor, really follow in his footsteps and get a taste of what it's like to attack? So he dispatched troops to gather troops and vowed to capture Wang Quanbin alive.But when he and Zhao Chongtao finally rushed out of Lizhou City with the elite army of the Shu army, Wang Quanbin had already crossed the Jialing River wooden bridge and arrived at the other side of the river in a thunderbolt! Wang Zhaoyuan became a little dazed, and searched all the war history between Zhuge Wuhou and the Northern Wei State in his mind, but he couldn't find such a battle example.Northerners... aren't they all easy to deceive?He didn't understand, he didn't believe in evil, and once again mustered up his courage and anger, he led the whole army and rushed down from the high and steep Lizhou City-the art of war is said to be high and powerful, and he To push back Wang Quanbin who has just crossed the Jialing River, it is best to let them be defeated, crush the bridge, fall into the river and drown... Wang Zhaoyuan led the new force that had just entered the battlefield to rush towards the Song Dynasty army that had been exhausted for days and staged bare-handed climbing every day. In the end, they lost three battles and three defeats. Da Man Tian Zhai.After that, Wang Zhaoyuan couldn't stop the car anymore, and he couldn't even return to Lizhou to regroup. He was directly caught up with Jiange by Wang Quanbin. This day was December 30, 964 AD, nearly a month since the war officially started.History has proved that Wang Quanbin failed. He failed to break the record of Guo Chongtao, the general of the later Tang Dynasty, who conquered Shu in thirty days.But on the other hand, the bloody facts, Lizhou City, and the 800,000 hu rations thrown to the Song Army made Wang Zhaoyuan understand that not everyone can be Zhuge Kongming.Now the entire Hou Shu no longer expects him to be Zhuge Liang, but only wants him to be Jiang Wei once, and guard the peerless heavenly danger sword gate that has never been breached head-on before. Before the sword gate was closed, Wang Quanbin ordered the whole army to rest and reorganize, and the soldiers had to take a breather.Moreover, he wanted to report the battle situation to Emperor Zhao Kuangyin behind. Back to Kaifeng in the north, it is the end of the year and the coldest time.It is said in history that Zhao Kuangyin was sitting in the lecture hall of the palace when he received Wang Quanbin's battle report.Winter snow was flying outside, and the palace was warm. A small room was surrounded by blankets around the emperor's body, and a charcoal fire was burning in the middle. The emperor was wearing a sable fur and a sable hat, and sat upright. It was the good news he was looking forward to... Zhao Kuangyin let out a sigh of relief.The army of 60,000 was already all the troops he could send at this time. Sure enough, the combat effectiveness of the army that had been selected by the whole country and then rectified by military discipline was much better than before.This made him very pleased. It is said in history that Zhao Kuangyin suddenly stood up, took off his sable fur and hat, and said-"I am dressed like this, and I still feel cold. How can I bear to read that the general of the Western Expedition will attack Shuangsai?" this!" Even if the fast horse travels day and night to give Wang Quanbin the sable fur, Wang Quanbin weeps with gratitude. But then, Zhao Kuangyin fell into deep thought again.This year, Zhao Kuangyin was thirty-nine years old, and when Chai Rong was thirty-nine years old, he had already shocked the world, invincible, and powerful against other races.However, Zhao Kuangyin stayed in the rear during his fighting years, and major events such as the conquest of Shu were delegated to his generals.This is unimaginable in the post-week period. But understandable. Since ancient times, it has been difficult to enter and exit in the conquest of Shu, not to mention that it is difficult to attack, and even if there is a sudden incident in the rear, it is impossible to retreat.Therefore, except for Liu Bei who was hungry and desperate for food, he must grab a piece of land and build a house, no monarch dared to conquer Shuchuan himself. This is even more so for Zhao Kuangyin. His Kaifeng is next to two irresolvable mortal enemies-the Northern Han Dynasty and the Khitan.The previous and subsequent history have proved that Zhao Kuangyin is definitely not lazy, but he has no choice but to.At that time, the actual strength of the capital was only about 100,000, and it was not until his later period that the elite imperial army reached 200,000.The rest of the country are Xiangjun and Xiangbing soldiers who are not of much use. At this time, if there are police in the north, and he is far away in the Shu Road, who will keep his lair? 60,000 were sent out, and there are less than 40,000 left. We have to beware of enemies outside the country, but also be careful of the courtiers in the country. How can it be "troublesome"? For safety, besides himself, he also deployed a series of the strongest generals in the Song Dynasty north of Kaifeng——Han Lingkun, Guo Jin, Li Hanchao, Li Jixun, Wang Yansheng (this desperado finally came in handy), and There is Dong Zunjiao.Remember this man surnamed Dong?Please refer back to Zhao Kuangyin's initial wandering career. If it weren't for Mr. Dong's arrogance and domineering, Zhao Kuangyin would not have suffered from hunger and cold for the past two years.But Zhao Kuangyin not only did not retaliate, but tried every means to bring back his mother who was exiled in Youzhou, Liao, and reunited their mother and son.Dong Zunhui has since become one of his most loyal generals. During this period, Zhao Kuangyin also tasted the prestige of being the emperor of the Han Dynasty.The Jurchen, far to the north of Khitan, sent envoys thousands of miles away to pay tribute to famous horses; while the Tuoba tribe in Pingcun, farther away, paid tribute to three hundred war horses at a time. Zhao Kuangyin was overjoyed, these were good things that the Song Dynasty urgently needed but couldn't produce.Especially to Zhao Kuangyin's surprise, Li Yiyin, the leader of the Tuoba tribe, took the initiative to avoid the taboo because his father was called Zhao Hongyin, and changed his name to Li Yixing.Where can such a courtier be found?Zhao Kuangyin was moved and personally supervised the work to make a jade belt and gave it to Li Yixing. What a good courtier... Jurchen, Tuoba Li, this insignificant tribute, how can the descendants of Zhao Kuangyin and the hundreds of millions of innocent people in the Central Plains repay double! But at this time, Zhao Kuangyin couldn't predict everything, and his eyes quickly turned to the southwest direction again, and the defeat of Shu was, after all, the most important state affairs of the Song Dynasty at that time. Wang Quanbin of the North Road has already achieved victory, so what about the East Road?How are Liu Guangyi and Cao Bin doing now? Liu Guangyi faced many difficulties and dangers.He has to enter the Three Gorges from the west of Hubei, enter Dongchuan from the Three Gorges, and go upstream along the Yangtze River before reaching his final destination, Chengdu.However, since the Song Dynasty captured Jinghu, Later Shu has set up checkpoints in Fuzhou (now Fuling, Chongqing), Luzhou (now Sichuan) and Rongzhou (now Yibin, Sichuan) on his only way. In particular, Kuizhou, the important town of the Three Gorges (now east of Fengjie, Sichuan), is the most important place, and the Northern Army, which is not good at water warfare, is destined to suffer greatly there. Before that, like Wang Quanbin, he went out of the west of Hubei like a broken bamboo to break through Sanhui (northeast of Wushan, Chongqing today), Wushan (northeast of Wushan, Chongqing today), and other Shu army camps. More than two hundred ships approached Kuizhou.Then he stopped the whole army, went to a place where no one was around, and touched things from his arms. He took out a map, signed by Zhao Kuangyin himself, and handed it to him, and asked him to open it only when he was close to Kuizhou.And it is strictly ordered that you can do whatever it says on it, and you are absolutely not allowed to make your own decisions! What more can I say?
