Chapter 6 deep valley resentment

Please have mercy, you, my only love, My heart has sunk into the abyss of darkness, This is a gloomy world on a leaden horizon, It is the darkness floating with profanity and terror. The temperatureless sun hangs over the sky for half a year, For the rest of the year, only night covers the earth; This is the barren land near the poles; No wild beasts, rivers, forests and grasslands! There is no horror in the world more than The cruel cold of the frozen sun, As dark as this ancient chaos; I envy the luck of the meanest animal, They can fall into drowsy sleep, How slowly the yarn of our time rolls!
