Chuang Tzu is one of the rarest enlightened beings, even rarer than Buddha or Jesus.Because Buddha and Jesus advocate action, while Zhuangzi emphasizes inaction.Actions can certainly accomplish things, but inaction can accomplish more things; many things can be done through will, but more things can be done without will.Whatever you do with your will always becomes a burden, a conflict, an inner tension, you can lose it at any time, it has to be kept constantly, it takes energy to keep it, and to keep it eventually will consume you.Only what is obtained through inaction will never become a burden to you, and only what is not a burden can become eternal.Only nothing unnatural can be with you forever and ever.

Zhuangzi said that truth, holiness and existence are achieved through complete ecstasy, and even the pursuit of this state itself will become an obstacle—so you cannot forget yourself, and once you try to forget yourself, it will become an obstacle. How can you try to forget yourself? All effort comes from the ego, the ego swells in effort, and the ego is the disease. So, all efforts must be left behind, nothing has to be done.Man must integrate himself into the existence of nature and return to childhood, just like a child who has just come into the world, indifferent to right and wrong, ignorant of any boundaries.Once the boundary is formed in the mind, knowing what is right and what is wrong, you have become sick, you have been far away from the real existence.

The child lives naturally, he is whole, he does not make any effort, because any effort is against himself, the heart is divided into two parts, one part agrees, the other part opposes. Remember that you can achieve a lot, especially in this world, you can accomplish a lot with effort, because effort is an offense, an outrage, a competition. But in the inner world, hard work will lead to nothing, and those who started with hard work will eventually give up helplessly. Sakyamuni worked hard for 6 years, constantly meditating and concentrating, and became an ascetic monk.He tried his best, he did everything a man could do, there wasn't a stone that wasn't turned over, he staked his life, it was an effort, because the ego was there, so he failed.

In the ultimate world nothing fails like the ego, just as nothing succeeds like the ego in the world. There is nothing like the ego that succeeds in the physical world and nothing that fails in the spiritual world like the ego, the two are very different. This is inevitable because these are two opposing interfaces. Shakyamuni failed completely, after 6 years he was discouraged, it was a complete depression, there was no silver lining. In despair he drops all efforts, he drops this world, he leaves his kingdom, everything that belongs to this dunya, he drops, renounces. Six years of asceticism passed, everything belonging to the inner world left him, and he remained in an absolute void - emptiness. That night his sleep was extraordinarily peaceful because the ego was gone; that night an extraordinary stillness came because there was no effort; A night without dreams.

Once there is no effort, there is no incompleteness. Of course, there is no need to dream. Dreams are always to accomplish something. What is not done during the day will be fulfilled in the dream, because the human mind always has the tendency to complete something. If something is not perfect, the mind will not be peaceful, so it will be diligently pursued, and once it is not obtained, the dream will appear. Wherever there is desire there is a dream, because desire is a dream -- a dream is the shadow of desire. That night, there was nothing to be done, the world was useless, and the other was equally useless—all motives for action ceased, there was nowhere to go, and no one to go anywhere, and the sleep of that night It has become "samadhi", it has become "enlightenment", it has become the ultimate thing that can happen to a person. On that night Shakyamuni blossomed, and in the morning he became enlightened. He opened his eyes and saw the last star disappear from the sky, and everything was there. It had always been there, but he wanted it so badly that he couldn't see it.It has always been there, and he rushed to the future with desire, so he didn't have time to take a look at this time and this place.

That night, there was no need, no desire, no purpose, nowhere to go, no one to go anywhere, all effort ceased.Suddenly he is aware of himself, he is aware of the truth of existence.Zhuangzi pointed out at the beginning that there should be no effort, and he was right.Because you will never make such a complete effort like Shakyamuni, you will never be frustrated until what you do falls off by itself.Your efforts are always incomplete, your thoughts are always there saying: put in a little more effort, and something will happen; a little more, and the goal is near. How can you get discouraged? You have to work harder because you are getting closer to your goal every day.

Because you can never give such total effort, you can never have total despair. You spend as much of your life as you can continuing this half-hearted effort, which is what you have been doing in the past. This is not the first time you have come before me, not the first time you have worked hard to be the real, the real, you have had many, many half-hearted efforts in the past, a million times, but you still have hope . Zhuangzi said that it is best to let go from the beginning, because you have to let go, either at the beginning, or eventually let go helplessly. But the final moment won't come so soon!So there are two ways: one is to do your best, you are so exhausted that all hope is shattered, you finally realize that through hard work, nothing can be achieved, there is no more sound even a small fragment lingering in the unconscious and saying : If you use a little more force, it will succeed...; or if you try your best, it will fall off automatically; or it will do nothing at all.Just understand the whole process, but don't get bogged down.Remember one thing: you will not be willing to give up halfway. Once you fall into it, you must complete this journey, because there is a tendency in your mind to pursue perfection. Not only humans, but even animals. If you draw half a circle and an orangutan comes over and sees it, he will eagerly complete the circle if there is chalk nearby.

Your mind has a tendency to seek completion—everything unfinished makes you nervous. You want to laugh but you can't, and that's stress; you want to cry and you can't, and that's stress; you want to be angry and you can't, and that's stress. That's why you've been sick for so long, because nothing is done. You have never laughed completely, you have never cried completely, you have never been completely angry, you have never hated completely, you have never loved completely, nothing is done completely -- nothing is done .Nothing is perfect. It wraps around, so you always have so many things on your mind, and that's why you're so uncomfortable, you never feel at home.

Zhuangzi said that it is better not to start, because once started, it must be finished. Please understand this and don't fall into a vicious circle. This is why it is said that Zhuangzi is a precious flower, more rare than Sakyamuni and Jesus, because his achievement is realized.Zhuangzi has no method, no meditation.Just get the facts for what they are, he said. You were born, have you worked hard for your birth? You grow, have you worked hard for your own growth? You breathe, are you working on your breath?Everything grows and declines on its own, so why bother?Let life flow naturally and you just go with the flow, don't struggle, don't swim against the current, don't even swim, just float with the current and let the current take you where it takes you.Be a white cloud floating in the sky, with no destination, nowhere to go, just floating, this floating is the ultimate flower.

Therefore, before entering Zhuangzi's world, the first thing to understand is nature.Anything unnatural must be avoided.Do not do anything against nature.Nature is enough, you cannot improve it.But the ego says, no, you can improve nature -- that's how all nurture exists. Any improvement of nature is culture, and all culture is like a disease—the more cultured a man is, the more dangerous he is. I once heard of a hunter, a European hunter, who got lost in an African forest.Suddenly he saw several huts.He had never known that there was a village in that dense forest, it was not on any map.So he walked up to the leader of that village and said, "It's a pity that you were abandoned by civilization." The leader replied, "No, there is nothing to regret. We are afraid of being discovered. Once civilization invades, we will be lost." "Once you try to improve nature, nature is lost -- that means you try to reform God.All religions try to reform God.Zhuangzi disagreed, saying: Nature is the origin, and he called the origin of all things "Tao". "Tao" means that nature is the source and it cannot be improved.Once you try to improve it, you're actually crippling it, and that's how we cripple our children.

Every child is born of the Tao, and then we use society, civilization, culture, morality, religion to cripple him, cripple him in every way, so although he is in this world, he is not alive. I heard about a little girl who went to a friend's birthday party. She was very young, only 4 years old. She asked her mother, "Did you have parties and dances like this when you were alive?" The more civilized and educated a person is, the more lifeless they are. If you want to see the living dead, then go see the monks in the monastery, the priests in the church, or the pope in the Vatican. They are lifeless, they are so afraid of life, of nature, they suppress life everywhere, they have passed into the grave. You can decorate a tomb, you can make a priceless marble tomb, but the people inside are dead. A drunkard was walking through a cemetery and saw a magnificent tombstone of pure white marble. He looked at the tombstone and the name on it, that is the famous Rothschild family, he said with a smile: "These Rothschilds, they know how to live." Upbringing kills you, upbringing is a murderer, upbringing is a slow poison. Chuang Tzu and his predecessor Lao Tzu are anti-education, they advocate nature, pure nature. The trees live better than you, even the birds, the fish live better than you, because they are more alive, they dance to the rhythm of nature, and you completely forget what nature is, you condemn it fundamentally. If you want to condemn nature, you must start with condemning sex, because all nature comes from it.The whole of nature is the flow of love and sexuality. The birds sing, the trees bloom—it's all sexuality.Flowers are sexual symbols, and the singing of birds is sensual. The so-called "Tao" is the whole nature to reproduce itself, to love itself, to enter into a deeper love and ecstasy of existence. If you want to destroy nature, condemn sex, condemn love.Create morals around your life. Those morals, no matter how high-sounding they may seem, are like a marble tomb where you will be imprisoned. Some alcoholic may think you know how to live and how to live in the world, but no sober person will even think you are alive.Your morality is a kind of death, and society has killed you before death has killed you. That's why Zhuangzi's message is the most dangerous, the most revolutionary, and the most rebellious—because he says: Let everything grow and flow naturally, and don't set any goals for nature.Do you think you can create goals with intentions? You are just a tiny part, like an atom, how can you force the whole world to revolve around you? For religious people, this is the most dangerous, and for Puritans with strict moral codes, this is the most dangerous allegory. It means breaking all shackles and letting nature burst forth - and that's the danger. I heard that a head nurse introduced the situation of the hospital to a new nurse who just graduated from college. She showed the new nurse around the hospital and introduced the wards of various departments: this is the cancer ward, this is the tuberculosis ward, etc., Wait, then she came to a hall and said, "Look, remember, this is the most dangerous room." The new nurse looked, but she couldn't see the danger, so she asked, "Why is this Is it the most dangerous ward? You didn’t even mention it was dangerous in the cancer ward.” The head nurse smiled and said, “These people are the healthiest, that’s why this is the most dangerous ward. Please pay attention—health is always dangerous.” The clergy were afraid of health because health was immoral in their eyes. You may or may not have heard of one of the German thinkers of this century, Count Kesselring, who was famous in his time.He is regarded as a great philosopher of religion. He wrote in his diary: Health is immoral, because health is vitality.Vitality is joy, vigor is enjoyment, vigor is love, vigor is sex, vigor is all natural phenomena.Destroys vitality, makes it docile and dull.So there are so many commandments—to destroy vitality, to prevent the bursting and eruption of vitality. ① Keyserling (Keyserling, 1880~1946): German social philosopher. There are "A Philosopher's Travel Diary", "Creative Understanding" and other works. ——Editor's note. Religious people always think that health is dangerous, so sickness becomes a spiritual goal. I repeat, Zhuangzi is very rebellious. He said: the naturalness, vitality and joy that comes from the state of being full of life and the balance that comes naturally, this is enough, there is no need to work hard. How many beautiful things in nature happen unconsciously: roses are naturally beautiful, cuckoos are naturally singing... Look, a deer, full of life, full of vitality, agile; look, a hare, so agile, so Watch out, even the Buddha couldn't help being jealous. Looking around, everything in nature is so perfect. Can you improve a rose? Can you improve nature? It only happens when something is wrong with human beings. If roses are beautiful without any effort, why can't man? What's wrong with people? If the stars are beautiful without any effort, without the help of Patanjali's "Yoga Sutras", why can't people?Man is also a part of nature, just like the stars. That's why Zhuangzi said: "Let it be, and you will blossom." If this implication penetrates deeper and deeper into your heart, all efforts will become meaningless. So you no longer plan the future step by step, but live in the here and now, the present is everything, and the present is eternity. This is the Buddhaland, and you are already a Buddha. The only thing lacking is that you didn't give it a chance to blossom because you were so focused on your goal. ①Patanjali (Patan-jali): The author of the ancient Indian yoga school philosophy classic "Yoga Sutra". ——Editor's note. The flower blooms without any effort because its energy is not squandered by any purpose. The flower does not plan the future, the flower is the present and the present.Be like a flower, be like a bird, be like a tree, be like a river or be like an ocean -- but don't be like a man, because man doesn't know what's wrong. Nature, the reason why it is natural, is because there is no effort, spontaneously, this is the essence of Zhuangzi. Now we're going to start to understand his words, listen to every word because your thoughts create a barrier, your thoughts don't let you hear.Your mind is the epitome of society.Society is very cunning, it not only surrounds you, it permeates you. This is your mind, and that is why all those who know are against mind going natural, because mind is an artificial thing, implanted in you by society. So when you listen to Chuang Tzu, your mind blocks you, your mind is not willing to listen, because what he says is so contrary to your mind.If you put your mind aside and let the words of Zhuangzi permeate you, then just listening becomes a meditation, and just listening will change you.Nothing else to do but listen. Chuang Tzu believed in understanding, not in meditation. If I say you have to meditate, it is only because I find understanding very difficult for you.Meditation will not take you to the goal -- there is no way that will take you to the goal. There is no way, no trick.Meditation just helps you realize, it doesn't lead you to the truth, it just breaks the mind, and once the truth comes, you can see it. The circles drawn by hand by Mi Yixin are more perfect than those drawn with compasses. Zhuangzi tells of a cartographer named Mi Yi who drew more perfect circles by hand than with compasses.Really, you need compasses because you're afraid, and if you weren't afraid you could draw perfect circles without any help. Circumference can be seen everywhere in nature, and everything moves in a circle.Circumference is the most visible phenomenon in nature - never with the aid of compasses. The stars never look up maps, they don't carry compasses, but they move in circles. If you give them maps and compasses, I'm sure they'll be overwhelmed -- they won't know what to do and what to do. You must have heard the story of the centipede.Centipedes move by wriggling on hundreds of thin legs. The philosopher frog saw the centipede, stared at it for a long time, and wondered in his heart: it is so difficult to walk on four legs, but the centipede has hundreds of legs, how can it walk? This is nothing short of a miracle! How does the centipede decide which leg to move first, which to move next, and which to move next? There are hundreds of legs!So the frog stopped the centipede and asked, "I am a philosopher, and I am confused by you. There is a question I cannot answer. How do you walk? It is impossible to walk on so many legs!" said the centipede. : "I've been walking like this all the time, but who would have thought about it? Now that you asked, I have to think about it before I can answer you." This thought entered the centipede's consciousness for the first time.In fact, the frog was right—which leg should go first? The centipede stood for a few minutes, unable to move, staggered a few steps, and finally got down.It said to the frog, "Please don't ask other centipedes this question again, I've been walking all the time, it's not a problem at all, and now you've killed me! I can't move anymore, hundreds of legs have to move, I what can we do about it?" Life also moves in a circle, perfect and without problems.Zhuangzi talked about Mi Yi who could draw circles without compasses. You need compasses because you don't have confidence in life, you need morals, admonitions, principles, Bibles, Korans or Guitars to guide your life because you don't have confidence in your own inner strength. This is your life. Those "Bibles", "Koran" and "Gita" brought you the same results as frogs did to centipedes. There are so many warnings to follow, so many principles to follow, and so many moral values to keep. There are so many things swaying you that your inner life loses its spontaneity. You have gone astray not because of any evil forces but by those who do good.It is not the devil who is leading you astray, but your priests, your leaders, and what you consider to be saints. It's hard to believe. It is easy to believe that there is a devil, so you place all the blame on the devil.I tell you: there is no devil.Zhuangzi also said the same. Zhuangzi said: There is no God, no devil, only life.Priests create God, they create devils, because priests create boundaries between right and wrong.Once the line between right and wrong enters your mind, you are never comfortable, never at ease, never relaxed, you are always tense. You are doing nothing wrong, because boundaries lead to confusion. The whole life is so peaceful and still, what are you doing with so much effort?Just because there are boundaries. "The circle drawn by hand by the painter Mi Yixin is more perfect than the one drawn with a compass." If you have no self-awareness, your life will grow naturally. The compass is self-awareness: if you do things with self-awareness, you will get into trouble. You talk, you schmooze with your friends all day, there's nothing wrong with that. But if I were to ask you to come here and speak to your friends gathered here in this chair, you'd be in the same situation as the centipede, and you've been talking all your life and it's never been a problem. How could it be a problem? The problem is your sense of self. Now with so many people looking at you, staring at you, you don't feel comfortable. So you design, you plan, you want people to like you.You want to make an impression with everything you say - you have a sense of self. Otherwise, everyone is an orator, a born orator.People talk, it's never a problem.Once you get them up on a pulpit and speaking to a group of people, something doesn't feel right. What's wrong?Nothing has changed, only ego comes in and ego is the problem. His fingers spontaneously brought up shapes out of nowhere. At the same time, his mind is free, unattached to what he is doing. No tools are needed, his thoughts are completely pure, and he knows no obstacles. His fingers spontaneously brought up shapes out of nowhere. Not knowing where means omnipresent, not knowing where means the ultimate world, not knowing where means the ultimate source, which is the source of life. How do you breathe so perfectly?Chuang Tzu said that it is not you who breathe, but "it" that makes you breathe. You're not breathing because you're not doing anything. "I am breathing" is a false concept, it would be better to say: "Nature" - "it" makes me breathe. Then the whole state of mind changes, the whole focus shifts to nature, not you, not the ego, but "it," the vast, infinite nature that surrounds you. The ground of your being, that is the ground -- "it" makes you breathe. When you fall in love, do you really fall in love, or does "it" fall in love through you? When you are angry, are you angry? For when anger is there you are not yet; when love is there you are not yet.Anger, love, any intense emotion, is not you, for all things, you disappear, only it - "Tao" exists. So, the man in the Tao just gradually understands that the "I" is the most useless thing, which only causes trouble and nothing else - so he gets out of it.In fact there is no need to get out of it, once he realizes it, it just falls off - there is no 'I', 'it' lives through him, so there is no burden, no tension, no anxiety, so he becomes a child, His heart is free, without worries. You can't do anything without worry.Whatever you do, as soon as the ego enters, as soon as concern enters, anxiety comes. Just look at this phenomenon: a surgeon who operates is a brilliant doctor. But if his wife is lying on the operating table, he can't operate, his hands are shaking. In normal times, he works like a perfect mechanic, but when his wife is lying on the operating table, he can't operate—need to call in another doctor. what happened?Concern enters. For other patients, he has no worries, because he is working as usual, he is not thinking about this, he is just a surgeon, a force of nature is working there. His mind wasn't there, he was brilliant. But now that his wife is there, concern enters: Will the operation succeed? Can I save my wife? Now, the questions were there, and there was concern in his mind—and his hands trembled. Your whole being is trembling because you are burdened with so many concerns that you cannot draw a perfect circle. And your handwriting... There is a science of understanding ideas through handwriting. Here's a definite reason: because when you write, your vibrations come in.When you sign is when you think about it the most.Your trembling is there, and with a magnifying glass you can observe and detect that trembling. That vibration can express many aspects of you, because whatever you are doing, you are doing, and "it" moves you, and "it" will also move some hints about you.You can tell a great deal about your personality just by looking at your handwriting. If the Buddha had signed it, it would have been very different. Then there will be no trembling, because there is no concern.Even the signature alone can tell whether the signer is a Buddha or not. Whatever you do, your trembling follows you like a shadow.Who caused this tremor? You come to me, and you say, "I am not peaceful, my mind refuses to be quiet." But if you don't let go of your worries, how can you be peaceful? You want your mind to be still, you want your mind to be quiet, clear, clear, without letting go of concerns, and all this is impossible, because there is always vibration there. If you don't change your concerns, the only thing you can do is to suppress all vibrations in your heart. So, if you observe, you feel that on the surface everything is peaceful, calm, but deep down you are trembling, trembling. The inner fear and trembling continued. They are all born of worry. What are concerns?Just think about what other people will think of you.But why are you so worried about other people? So worried that you can't survive?Everyone wonders what others will think of them, and others worry just as much. They worry about you and you worry about them. Once Mora was walking on a path, a lonely path, and the sun was setting and night was falling.Suddenly he felt afraid because a group of people came and he thought: These people must be thugs, thieves, there is no one around but myself.what to do?So he climbed over a nearby wall and found himself in a cemetery. There was a freshly dug grave there, and he crawled in, sort of calmed himself down, closed his eyes, and waited for the crowd to pass so he could go home. But that group also saw someone there.Mora leaped over the wall so suddenly that they couldn't help but frighten them. How is this going? Is someone hiding there doing something shady? So they all jumped over the wall. Now Mora was sure: I was right, my guess was right, they were dangerous people, and now there was nothing I could do but pretend to be dead.So he plays dead, he holds his breath, because you don't rob or go kill a dead person. But the group of people saw someone over the wall, and they were very worried. They gathered around the tomb, looking inside, what was that man doing? They said, "What do you mean? What are you doing? Why are you here?" Mora opened his eyes and looked at them, and then he was sure he was in no danger, and he smiled and said, "Look, that's a problem, A very philosophical question. You ask me why I am here, and I want to ask why you are here, I am here because of you, and you are here because of me!" It's a vicious circle: You're afraid of others, others are afraid of you, your whole life is a mess, let go of this nonsense, let go of this vicious circle, don't care about others.Your life is enough, don't worry about others.I tell you, if you live without attachments, your being will blossom and others will share your being. You are willing to share and you are willing to give, but first you must stop caring about other people and what they think of you. This kind of "for" is very dangerous, no one is comfortable, no one relaxes.Because other people are thinking about others too, everyone is following the other - life becomes hell. His fingers spontaneously brought up shapes out of nowhere. At the same time, his mind is free, unattached to what he is doing. ·Do!Don't worry about what you're doing—do it wholeheartedly, so that doing itself becomes a bliss.Don't think about big things, there are no big or small things.Don't think you're doing great things, playing great music, painting great paintings, you're going to be Picasso or Van Gogh or great Shakespeare or Milton or whatever.Nothing - nothing big and nothing small. There are only great people and small people, but there is no distinction between great and small.A great man can bring this color into every little thing he does: he eats differently, sleeps differently, walks differently. He brings his greatness to everything he does. ① Picasso (Pablo Picasso, 1881 ~ 1973): Spanish painter, the main representative of the French modern painting school. His works have had a great influence on Western art schools. ——Editor's note ②Vincent Van Gogh (Vincent Van Gogh, 1853~1890): Dutch painter, one of the representatives of the post-impressionism school. His works include, "The Peasant", "The Postman Roland" and so on. ——Editor's note. ③ Milton (JohnMilton, 1608 ~ 1674): Great British poet.Famous for his long poems. His prose works provide important explanations of the Puritan Revolution and occupy a place in the history of Western political and religious thought. ——Editor's note. what is greatnessNature... there is nothing greater than nature. Eat like a king.It does not depend on the quality of the food, but on the person who eats it and how he enjoys it.Even with bread, butter and salt, you can be a king. Once upon a time Epicurus had a garden, near Athens... Like Zhuangzi, he is also a rare person. He doesn't believe in God, he doesn't have faith, because faith is nothing.Only stupid people have faith. An enlightened person has faith, not faith.Faith is different from faith.Faith means believing in life, trusting life so thoroughly that it goes with it wherever it goes. ...He had a little garden where he lived with his disciples.People see him as a wicked atheist. He doesn't believe in God, he doesn't believe in the Bible, he doesn't believe in any temples, he's an atheist. But his lifestyle is remarkable. His life is extraordinary, magnificent and vast, even though they have nothing, even though they are very poor, the king heard about them and wanted to see how they lived, how can people without faith live happily? If those who believe in God cannot be happy, how can people be happy without God? One evening he went to Epicurus' garden. He was amazed--it was a miracle. They have nothing, almost nothing, but they live like kings, live like gods.Their whole life is joy. When they go to the stream to take a bath, it's not just a bath, it's dancing with the water, it's singing to the beat of the running water. They sing, they dance, they swim, they jump, they lurk. Their diet was also a joy, a feast, and they had nothing but bread and salt, not even butter. But they are so content that just being alive is enough and they don't need anything more. The king was so impressed by all this that he asked Epicurus, "Next time I come, I will bring you some presents. What do you want?" Epicurus said, "Give us time to think about it." , we never thought we would be given gifts, we receive so much from nature. But if you insist, please bring some butter, nothing else, butter will suffice." Life can be a joy if you know how to live without worries.Otherwise, life will be a long sickness which can only end in death. At the same time, his mind is free, unattached to what he is doing. No tools are needed, his thoughts are completely pure, and he knows no obstacles. You have to learn everything because you have completely forgotten nature.Psychologists are now suggesting that love must be trained, because people gradually forget how to love. Many texts were born from this: "The Art of Love", "How to Love".Orgasms, the ecstasy of sex, are completely forgotten. No animals need any training!Even the trees seem wiser than you. Everything has to be taught, even the very foundations of life, and that means we are uprooted. We lose our connection to nature and a divide emerges. If you are taught how to love, your love will be false.True love should be spontaneous. How can you be taught to love?If you've been taught, you're playing by the rules, there's no natural flow there. Nature doesn't flow by your rules, it has its own laws. You just go with the flow and it will work. The day is not far off when we must teach people how to breathe. Now you think it's a joke, but if you go back and ask Epicurus, "Will there come a day when people have to be taught how to have an orgasm?" he'll laugh it off.Because this is something that animals can get without any education, without a "master", without Johnsons, without Dr. Kinsey's reports and that sort of thing.Animals are just love - love comes naturally. There are now clinics in the United States that teach people to have orgasms. If you achieve orgasm through teaching and learning, well remember, it's not real.Because you are manipulating it, you are controlling it.So you're sort of forcing it, and orgasms are spontaneous, and spontaneous things can't be taught. You don't teach people to sleep. If you try to teach, you will disturb their sleep, because if they try - by whatever means - it will only be a disturbance. You just go to sleep, you just put your head on the pillow and go to sleep. If you do something, the very act of sleeping is not sleep in itself.Life is like sleep, life is like breathing. No tools are needed, his thoughts are completely pure, and he knows no obstacles. When your heart is pure, it has a clarity and you don't have to follow any rules. In this way, when the shoes are right, the feet are forgotten; when the belt is right, the stomach is forgotten; In this way, when the shoes are right, the feet are forgotten; when the belt is right, the stomach is forgotten; Why? Don't choose. You have no choice. No! No! 不!No!
