1. What is considered to have entered the stage of refining gas and transforming gods? In the process of meditation, if you have gone through the various processes mentioned above in succession, you have truly reached the stage of "three flowers gathering at the top" and "five energies facing the Yuan".With regard to the changes in the physiological reactions, except that the whole body is warm as spring, peaceful and soft as if forgetting myself, there is only a sense of music, and there is absolutely no slight pain reaction.Moreover, inside and outside the body and mind, it is as if bathed in a bright scene, especially the head is more intense.At this time, I feel that the entire universe of heaven, earth and universe shrinks and merges into my scope, and when I and the void become one and inseparable, it is the realm of refining Qi and transforming God, which will appear in front of me.

2. Is there really such a thing as God and me out of the body? The so-called "god out of the body", in general Taoist alchemy scriptures, there are shadows and pictures of imagination, and Yiran has another self-baby body, which rises from the top of the head to the sky.Then add "conceived in October, breastfeeding in three years, facing the wall in nine years."'And so on.Especially after the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the Wu (Chongxu) and Liu (Huayang) school's cultivation methods were more emphatically emphasized.Therefore, most people think that the out of body is an inevitable phenomenon for those who succeed in meditation.In fact, this kind of situation is just the difference between the wrong path of Qihuashen, and you must not be fooled by presumptuous self-confidence.

Now for the convenience of description, according to the general Dan Taoist concept.Let’s first analyze the boundaries of God Self: (1) Yangshen. (2) Yin god. According to the theories and principles of the Dandao school, the real god who is out of the body refers to the "yang god".The so-called Yangshen is an existence that can break away from this flesh and blood body and become another self-life with a tangible form.In other words, in addition to this physical body, there is another life that already constitutes a body outside the body.All words and deeds are free as they are now.If only oneself feels the form of another life, whether it has form or has no form, and can enter and leave this physical body, but others cannot see it, and cannot touch the material realm of the entity, it is called "yin god".Yinshen is like the dream body, but the soft dream body is more clear.If according to the theories and principles of Taoist cultivation, one can truly cultivate the "Yangshen" before it can be regarded as the achievement of meditation and Taoism.If you only regard the yin god as the ultimate, then it is still the life of ordinary mortals or ghosts and gods in the yin realm, which is not the ultimate.

Now let's not discuss whether there is a "Yang God" and the facts, let's first discuss the situation of the "Yin God".This is generally speaking of people who meditate or practice Taoism.That's not a serious problem.It is likely that some people who practice meditation have such a similar experience before they have reached the stage of refined energy or spiritual energy.Moreover, for ordinary people who do not meditate or practice Taoism, if the body and spirit are weak, or when there is a serious illness that is about to die, even patients with mental or neurological diseases, sleepwalking or renunciation, similar phenomena will occur at any time.In other words, the so-called "yin spirit" situation is a state adjacent to schizophrenia, which is definitely not a good phenomenon.This phenomenon is easy to detect if a nervous person engages in meditation.In fact, in the process of sitting in meditation, it is found that this kind of scene is often caused by the psychological subconscious, which cooperates with the physiological Qi mechanism to ascend the cranial nerve.As long as one goes deeper into psychological research and can self-reflect and examine the function of the subconscious mind, one will not be confused by oneself.But the people in the world are very wonderful. In everyone's life, they are rarely deceived by others. Almost most of the time and actions, even thoughts and emotions, are deceived by themselves, and they deceive themselves. Deep, firmly.This is the case for entering the world, so it is not the case for those who practice the method of leaving the world. It is really ridiculous to say.

3. Is it true that there is a real practice of cultivating gods? I can only say: According to theoretical research, it should be true.But it takes 100% freedom to decide.In other words, as long as the above mentioned: When the body and mind of the self and the universe are integrated and melt into a bright and pure environment, that is the initial phenomenon of knowing one's own self.Then you have to concentrate your mind and gather energy to reach the level of being free to have or not, big or small, and free to go in and out. Only then can we talk about how to refine the spirit and how to enter the realm of cultivating and proving the Tao from meditation.In the past, unless one has both morality and wisdom, and harmony of blessing and wisdom, it is really impossible to discuss the situation from the metaphysical to the metaphysical.

The old student asked: I have a large family, and the living space is very small. The environment does not allow me to set up another quiet room for meditation. I really can’t find a more suitable seat except for the big bed where I sleep. What else is wrong, I always feel that sitting in bed is prone to back pain, or dozing off.It is much more refreshing to sit on the floor in summer. Is it forbidden to meditate on the bed? The answer was: I think you slept on a spring bed, or else it was a thick and soft sponge cushion. This kind of seat with a soft bottom is not suitable for meditation.Once sitting on it, the pressure is uneven, and the body subconsciously becomes tense in order to seek balance. After a long time, of course, the waist and back will hurt. If this continues for a long time, the problem will become more serious.It is best to meditate on tatami mats or hardwood boards, so that the pressure is even, and the whole body can be relaxed when sitting in a stable position.If you want to spread the mattress on a hard board, which is more warm and comfortable, of course it is also possible.In summer, it is too cool to sit directly on the concrete floor, and the cold air invades imperceptibly.It is still harmful to the body.

Question: I think it is easier and more comfortable to meditate on a chair with a backrest! The answer is: It is best not to lean back when meditating. If you are too tired physically when you are sitting loose.The backrest must be soft, so as not to seriously affect the activation of the Qi machine.The reason why you feel that it is more comfortable to rely on your back may be that you are too tired, or your body is too weak, or you are too lazy.When you are really sitting upright, any backrest will feel cumbersome. Ask again: What should I do when the phone calls while meditating?There is no one else at home to pick it up, and if I don't pick it up, I am worried that I will miss something important. When I sit and talk, I am afraid that my energy channel will go wrong.I have read too many martial arts novels, and I am subconsciously influenced by this concept.

Answer: Of course it is good to meditate thoroughly, just like boiling water, you must boil it before turning off the fire.But everything is hard to go as one wishes, and things that come in halfway have to be dealt with.Opening your mouth and exhaling your spirit is a Hinayana language used by Taoists to be sympathetic to the long-term existence of the physical body. In fact, talking on the phone does not ruin your morality.It's just that the lack of concentration increases the body's distracted mind.But your concept of martial arts novels is even more harmful. What is afraid of going astray, what is afraid of going crazy, the more you are afraid, the more you will really die.
