Thirty-sixth day made for a mission As you gave me a mission in the world, I also give them a mission in this world. God is at work in the world, and He wants you to join His work.This task is your mission.God wants you to serve in the church and have a mission in the world.To serve is to serve believers, and the mission is to serve unbelievers.Fulfilling your mission on earth is God's fifth purpose for your life.

Your mission in life is both shared and unique.Part of it is a responsibility you share with other Christians; the other part is a unique task that the Lord has given you personally.Both of these parts will be discussed in detail in the next few chapters. The English word "mission" comes from the Latin word "to send".What it means to be a Christian includes being sent into the world as a representative of Jesus.As Jesus said, "As the Father has sent me, so I send you." Jesus was clear about his mission in life on earth.At the age of twelve, Jesus said: "I should mind my Father's business." Twenty-one years later, before he died on the cross, he said "It is finished", which is like the conclusion of the book; these two sentences state his Superior Life Framework - A Purpose-Driven Life.Jesus fulfilled the mission that the Father gave him.

Jesus' mission on earth is now our mission because we are the body of Christ.The work accomplished by the Lord Jesus in the flesh is continued by His spiritual body—the church.What is this mission?It is to lead people to know God!The Bible says, "Christ has made us his friends from enemies, and it is his task for us to make others his friends." God wants to save mankind from Satan, make people reconcile with him, and fulfill the five purposes he created us: to love him, to be a part of his family, to be like him, to serve him, and to spread him to others.Once we belong to him, he uses us to reach others; first he saves us, and then he sends us out.The Bible says, "We were sent to proclaim Christ".We are God's messengers in the world, proclaiming His love and purpose.

You may not know it, but God holds you accountable to the unbelievers around you.The Bible says, "You must warn them that they may live. Everyone needs Jesus.

Your mission has eternal value This mission has a great impact on the eternal destiny of others. It is more important than any job, achievement, or goal you can achieve in this world.The results of your mission last forever, but the results of your work cannot last forever.Nothing you do is more important than helping people establish an eternal relationship with God. That's why our mission is so urgent.Jesus said, "All must hasten to finish the work of him who sent them, for the night is coming when all work will stop." You have only a few days to work on your mission, don't put it off for a day, take it now let us go!We will always be able to celebrate eternal life with those we lead, but the work of leading them is limited to this life.

This does not mean that you should immediately quit your current job and become a full-time preacher.God wants you to share the good news with others in your current role.Whether you are a student, a housewife, a preschool teacher, a salesperson, a manager, or someone else working in a job, you should always pay attention and look for someone God has placed by your side with whom you can share the good news. When will these events happen?Jesus’ disciples asked the same question before the Lord ascended to heaven. What you should care about is the mission I gave you. Concentrate on completing it!" It is useless to speculate on when the Lord will come again, because Jesus once said, "But that day and that hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father." Knowing when we will come again, why should we bother!But we know for sure: Jesus will not come again until those whom God chooses to hear the Gospel hear the Gospel.Jesus said: "The gospel of the kingdom of heaven will be preached throughout the world, so that people of all nations can hear it, and then the end will come."
