One day at dawn, Baochai woke up from the spring sleepiness, and went to bed under the curtain, feeling slightly cold.Qihu looked at it, and the soil in the courtyard was moist and mossy - it turned out that there was a little light rain at five o'clock. With just a few four-character sentences, people are immediately immersed in the cold spring, and the drizzle is moving, and it seems that they can smell the earthy fragrance after the rain that is unique to Beijing!It can't help but remind people of Lao Du's famous line "Sneak into the night with the wind, moisten things silently"-but it is not as charming as "the soil moistens the moss".

Only these few four-character sentences make you "enter" the long day of midsummer, when everyone is taking a nap, only the hypnotic monophonic tone of the cicadas on the tree can be heard, like another confused world . Once, Baoyu didn't know the way, and walked leisurely, and came to a courtyard gate—— I saw thick phoenix tails and soft dragon chant. It turned out that it had arrived at the Xiaoxiang Pavilion.According to Zhiguanzhai’s quotation, when Baoyu found the gate of this courtyard again after Daiyu’s death, what he saw was—— The fallen leaves are rustling, and the cold smoke is deserted.

You see, the four-character couplet is Xueqin's favorite syntactic style, and it has been displayed very clearly. None of this is surprising.Because everyone has experienced it and can understand it.The strangest thing is, have you ever entered a nunnery late at night?What's the taste like?I saw Xueqin writing about Dai and Xiang's chanting together on a moonlit Mid-Autumn Festival night. Miaoyu eavesdropped and invited them to the nunnery for a rest. When the three of them returned to the nunnery—— I saw that the flames in the alcove were still green, and the incense burner was still burning.

Another eight words and a pair of small couplets seem to convey the special realm of life that ordinary people cannot "experience".Every time I read this, I feel as if I followed the three poets into that meditation room. The glowing Buddha lamp and the curling incense seals are simply my personal feelings! After Yingchun had no choice but to marry the "Zhongshan Wolf" from Datong Mansion, Baoyu went alone to Liaofengxuan to pay tribute to her former residence, and saw—— The Xuan window is lonely, and the screen is dark. ...the Polygonum flowers and reed leaves on the bank, and the emerald water chestnuts and water chestnuts in the pond all felt swaying, as if recalling their old friends...

Someone must ask: Why does this have such divine power?The answer: nothing else, this is Chinese character literature, the style and effect of Chinese poetry. What I mentioned above can be regarded as a "type".But the poetic style of the art of "Red Mansions" is not limited to one style.What I mentioned just now is a major feature, and it is very likely that people will misunderstand that the poetic context of "Red Mansion" is a sentence-excerpt style of words and sentences, and they do not know that there is also a "whole picture" technique, so it needs to be explained.Today, I will only give two or three examples.

What is easier to comprehend is the book "Autumn Window and Stormy Evening". After hearing this, readers may immediately think that what I want to talk about is inseparable from the scene of Daiyu sitting alone in the autumn night, "raindrops on bamboo shoots", what other "realm" is there?Wrong guess, what I want to talk about is the "macro" realm of this book, not the details of the sound of rain and bamboo shadows-although those details are of course also a small part of the literary and poetic realm here. This time, it is about Baochai's visit to Daiyu. Daiyu's heart was aroused by talking about medicine for illness. The two talked about their heartfelt songs. It is no longer the kind of "relationship" in which there was mutual jealousy in the early days, as written in the book, the context is very clear, and there are not many branches now).Baochai couldn't sit still for a long time, so she said goodbye and left, promising to send the bird's nest later.Daiyu was reluctant to let go, and asked her to come and sit down again at night, and then she had something to say.After Baochai left, Daiyu was alone, and Fang Jue felt even more lonely, and it was very difficult to let go of all kinds of feelings.It became overcast that day, followed by autumn rain—raindrops from bamboo shoots.Only when "helping to write" the situation, can it have a special and police charm, rather than the meaning of "extracting sentences".When all kinds of people were meeting, I suddenly heard the servant girl report: "Second Master Bao is here!"Daiyu was overjoyed. It is picturesque and poetic, "short", but full of fun.Baoyu can only sit down, and then what? ——Then wearing coir hats and hats, green umbrellas and red lights, accompanied by maids, went out to the Qinfang Pavilion Bridge.And just at this time, on the other side of the road to the bridge, there is also a trace of a lamp umbrella coming from afar: who is that?It was Baochai who kept his promise and sent someone to deliver the bird's nest.

You see, this "macro" plot, this "whole" picture, is full of poetry! ——It is still vulgar to say this. It should be said that this is not "full of poetry", but that everything in itself is poetry, the quality soul of poetry, and is no longer "narrative" "prose"! (It's a pity that painters always paint "Buying Flowers", "Reading the West Chamber", "Flying Butterflies" and so on, but no one came to paint the poetic scene of this book.) Read Baoyu's private sacrifice to Jin Chuan again.Is there a "poetry" here too?Not bad, yes.This example has been quoted before, but it is not from this perspective.Now let us "change our eyes" to watch it again, but there is such a refreshing sound that no one can expect in the lively noise of the birthday celebration.On that day, Sister Feng's birthday, Baoyu knew her, her uncle and sister-in-law, and Qin Keqing's whole story can be clearly seen (from the first time I went to Dongfu for a banquet and lunch break, that is, Baoyu and Feng went together; , funeral, outing, always two people together. This is the main thread of the book).What's more, the old lady is happy to host, and everyone welcomes her. Baoyu should be more courteous than others; but he ordered the tea and smoke on the first day.
