Yang Zao The literary path of "Sixty Years" and the compilation principles of "Sixty Parts" have been briefly explained in the "Preface".As this book is about to be published, it is necessary to make some explanations about the compilation process and related matters. (1) As one of the key projects of the Institute of Literature of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences as a gift to the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Contemporary Literature Research Office of our Institute has undergone repeated collective demonstrations from the proposal of the idea to the design of the content, and the researchers have participated in the division of labor and writing .The sample draft is released first, then the revision is discussed, and finally the drafting group works intensively.The analysis and contributors of each work are indicated at the end of the article.The members of the drafting group are: Yang Kuanghan, Bai Ye, Liu Ping, Chen Fumin, and Yang Zao.

(2) For the reinterpretation of each work, the author strives to possess as much information as possible and to narrate it fairly, without making too many theoretical comments. One is to return to the historical scene, and the other is to let the text speak and be compatible with Various opinions.It should be admitted that because many works can be put forward with opinions of "benevolence" or "wisdom", or "righteousness" or "sense", regardless of the original or current interpretations, there will be differences. Inevitably.However, "misreading" and "misunderstanding" are sometimes a kind of reading; the "mistake" often reveals different cultural perspectives and reading feelings.Human beings are always approaching understanding and mastery in constant "misreading".We hope to shorten the process from "wrong" to "pass".Therefore, although this book belongs to the nature of collective writing, under the premise of overall "evidence" and "objectiveness", as long as the introduction, comments and opinions of each work are reasonable and have reasons, they are sufficient. Respecting the perspective, vision and judgment of the writer's individuality does not necessarily have to express the "unified" position of the "collective".

(3) As works on the territory of contemporary "Literary China", they are naturally not limited to the mainland, nor are they unique to the Han nationality. "Literary China" is an objective existence of pluralism and unity.In this way, "Sixty Years and Sixty Parts" not only has mainstream forms, but also pioneer forms and folk culture forms; both Han nationality and minority nationalities;However, after all, only 60 works were selected due to space limitations, and there must be regrets, especially the outstanding works of ethnic minorities and Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao regions, and the small share is also obvious.We hope that this will be reasonably addressed in future revisions or additions.
