After this letter was issued, the 900 million people on the mainland took actions in their own jobs.The Ministry of Foreign Trade, the Civil Aviation Administration, and the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications have all prepared the conditions and are actively looking forward to Taiwan's response.Our All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the All-China Federation of Literary and Art Workers, the All-China Women's Federation, the All-China Youth Federation, and the National Sports Federation have all sent invitations to Taiwan compatriots. The visiting Taiwan compatriots have made all arrangements.In short, on this side of the strait, there are 900 million pairs of enthusiastic hands reaching out to Taiwan. Dear compatriots in Taiwan, because of the 30-year long-term isolation and the fact that the truth is unknown, we deeply understand the various unease and misgivings of our compatriots about the mainland. But to have "true knowledge" is only "sightseeing", "a hundred hearings is worth seeing once" is the most wise language left to us by our ancestors, which is why we eagerly suggest and request the opening of post, commerce, and shipping.Our overseas Chinese all over the world have come back to visit relatives, friends, visit the beautiful mountains and rivers of the motherland, and exchange work experience that is beneficial to the construction of the motherland.Many of them are Taiwan compatriots living abroad.

You must have heard something indirectly.We thought, if our compatriots abroad can come back thousands of miles away, why can’t our compatriots in Taiwan, who are only a few miles away, overcome all obstacles and come back as soon as possible?
