Chapter 111 The oath of the first grade elementary school students

On January 8, 1976, we woke up early and heard the sad news of the death of Premier Zhou on the radio! With tears in his eyes, the kindergarten teacher asked us all to draw a picture to express our condolences to the Prime Minister. My left arm is wrapped in black gauze, and my right hand is holding white flowers. Tears bigger than my eyes are dripping down one by one! The first anniversary of the death of Premier Zhou. (The Party Central Committee smashed the "Gang of Four" in one fell swoop. How happy and joyful we all are! ) On the morning of this day—the kindergarten teacher took us to Tiananmen Square, where he solemnly and excitedly presented flowers and saluted our beloved Premier Zhou.

We still haven't finished expressing our hearts! I asked Xiaodong, Xiaohong, and Xiaoshuang to put together large and small building blocks, carefully designed and constructed, and built a large and beautiful memorial hall for our most beloved Premier Zhou. We are all primary school students in the first grade. We are determined to follow Chairman Mao's teachings, insist on exercising, and study hard. The work assigned by the teacher must be serious and active. On January 8th, 1978, no, on January 8th every year thereafter, we must respectfully report to our beloved Premier Zhou Enlai that we have made progress every day!
