This literary award, named after the great pioneer Mr. Mao Dun, brings not only honor but also responsibility to writers.Our responsibility is not to write for ourselves or a few people, but to satisfy the spiritual needs of the broad masses of the people wholeheartedly.The working people of all nationalities in our country have created a glorious history and a magnificent life, and also used her milk to nurture writers and artists.The people are our mother, and life is the source of art.The big tree of people's life is evergreen, and we can't help singing for it when we perch on its branches.Only by not losing the feeling of ordinary laborers can we grasp the mainstream of the social and historical process and create truly valuable works of art.Therefore, it should be our lifelong pursuit to dedicate ourselves to life and realize the great realm of life and the great realm of art from countless working people who have worked hard to create a great history, great reality and a great future; therefore, for us, Today's place should not be the end, but a new starting point.
