A hurried team finally came across the river from the east bank of the Lancang River in response to the prayers of Gongba Living Buddha.At that time, the figures of the people happened to be directly under their feet.They are two old men, three young lamas, and two horse drivers.Judging from the dust on their bodies, the accumulation of wind and frost from different regions on their faces, and the sun marks of more than four seasons, these people have been out for at least a year.But instead of showing any tiredness on their faces, they were full of perseverance and desire. Gongba Living Buddha went forward and said: "Guests from afar, all living beings in the valley are like barley seedlings in dry weather, waiting for your compassionate nectar."

An extraordinary old man bowed and presented a yellow khata to Gongba Living Buddha, and said humbly: "Ah, respected master, only a wise man who practices Buddha will know that we, beggars, are living in tatters. There is a compassionate heart hidden in his clothes." Gongba Living Buddha accepted the khata and said: "Your footsteps are heard from the earth, and the auspicious spring breeze brings the news of your approaching. Respected master, please go to the temple for tea." Sure enough, as Gongba Living Buddha expected, the two old men were eminent monks from a monastery in Lhasa, and they came to find the reincarnated soul boy of Luozhu Living Buddha who had passed away in their temple.The succession system of Luozhu Living Buddha has a long history and is as powerful as thunder, and it was conferred by the Chinese emperor.It and Yundan Temple belong to the inheritance system of the Red Sect.However, the Gongba Living Buddha is just a very small living Buddha. Compared with the reincarnation system of the Luozhu Living Buddha, it can only be compared with the stream and the Lancang River.The footsteps of people who shoulder the important task of searching for the reincarnated soul boy have traveled all over the land of Tibet and the sacred mountains and holy lakes on the snow-covered plateau. The deepest river in the world has come to the Lancang River Canyon.Because their living Buddha recited a beautiful poem when he was about to pass away:

under the bright moonlight, lend me a pair of wings, Fly to the distant Shambhala and come back. Surrounded by snow-capped mountains and juxtaposed by rivers, The sanctuary of Shambhala is full of flowers, There are also two walnut trees that are green and shady, The tree is full of Buddha fruit. "Then, respected master, have you found your buddha destiny?" Gongba Living Buddha said to the guests. The old monk named Gerong was a well-known Geshe in Tibet. The Living Buddha Gompa once paid homage to his temple during a pilgrimage, and he knew that his education was as abundant as the Lancang River.There is also a plaque inscribed by the Chinese emperor on the main hall of his temple.Therefore, as soon as the old Lama Gerong came to the temple, Gongba Rinpoche felt that his small remote temple was full of splendor.He was so respectful to the old Lama Gerong that he even condescended to refill his tea himself.

Old Lama Gerong twisted the beads in his hand, and said regretfully, "There are three walnut trees in front of his house, not two." "Oh?" Gongba Living Buddha's body trembled, as if hit by a bullet.His eyes were wide open, and his mouth was too stiff to close. "We will continue to walk down the Lancang River Canyon." Old Lama Gerong said firmly.

"Ah!" Gongba Rinpoche sighed deeply.Even if there is a slight difference in the details of the motto left by the living Buddha in the previous life, it means that the Buddha's fate has not yet arrived.The cloud of auspiciousness in Gongba Living Buddha's heart was blown away in an instant.He sighed: "Could it be that the Buddha really couldn't grow in a land full of resentment? You don't know that for many years, the five poisons have flourished here, the Dharma has declined, evil methods have prevailed, sectarian disputes, and sentient beings are miserable. People desperately need the compassion of a living Buddha. " The old Lama Gerong comforted: "The compassion of the Gomba Living Buddha is enough to save the Dharma that has fallen in the valley." He also knew that if a living Buddha could emerge here, it would be a big deal for this small temple and this lonely living Buddha. What a great merit. "The little monk in the temple is cold, and his compassion is meager. We can only do our best." Gongba Living Buddha said. The old Lama Gerong said: "Respected Living Buddha Gomba, everything in the world can be reached. When the child grows up, let him come to me." Two days later, the soul boy search team from Lhasa left shaking the prayer wheel.No one in the canyon knew that a great living Buddha was almost reincarnated in this barren and dangerous canyon, and no one knew that an extra walnut tree grew out of a buddhist relationship, because the time of reincarnation was rotating to a wrong position. If it can be concluded as desired, a Buddha fruit that should have been cultivated will continue to endure the wind and rain in the canyon.Only the Living Buddha Gongba knows that the Buddha's predestined relationship will surely arise when the predestined relationship is ripe, just like the walnuts on the tree, when autumn comes, people will naturally pick them.Even if you don't pick it, it will fall by itself. ①One of the four major sects of Tibetan Buddhism, they are Red Sect (Nyingma Sect), Yellow Sect (Gelug Sect), White Sect (Kagyu Sect), and Flower Sect (Sakya Sect). ②The six realms of reincarnation in Buddhism, namely, climax, human beings, asuras, hungry ghosts, livestock, and hell. The places where all living beings are reborn are called the three evil ways. ③In the Buddhist scriptures, the "five poisons" refer to the five manifestations of human greed, anger, jealousy, ignorance, and doubt.
