运动的方式是层层发动，互相揭发，你说过什么，他做过什么，甚至某某想过什么，都在揭发之列。运动是革命的运动，革命的运动依靠的是群众。群众的眼睛是雪亮的，但到了最后，被抓起来的也都还是群众，连凹凸山革命根据地的老群众、分区副参谋长姜家湖也被抓起来了。姜家湖是当初跟随杨庭辉到凹凸山创建根据地的三个人当中惟一没有牺牲的人，对于杨庭辉忠心耿耿，在凹凸山对敌斗争中立下了汗马功劳，而且为人处事谨慎，老实巴交的。把这样的人也抓起来了，就不能不让人心寒齿冷了。 Chapter Twelve seven 梁大牙被抓之后，负责运动的几个运动领导人曾经很严肃地坐在一起商量怎样处置他，窦玉泉当时没有明确表态。 散会之后，李文彬跟在窦玉泉的屁股后面，一直跟到他的住处。窦玉泉现在是代理司令员，兵权在握，在梁大牙的问题上他不表态，李文彬的心里就很虚。 李文彬向窦玉泉提出质疑，抗议其态度暧昧。窦玉泉沉重地叹气说，我也有难处啊。至于有什么难处，窦玉泉又不肯说出来。 两个人各怀心事对峙了一个多钟头，争论得很厉害，等江古碑找上门时，李文彬竟是脸色惨白，怒气冲冲地摔门而去。 李文彬和窦玉泉究竟吵了些什么，江古碑不得而知。 窦玉泉对江古碑说：“你们好大的胆子!梁大牙如果是汉奸，当然该杀，可是除了说梁大牙给汉奸拜过寿，别的好像找不出多少通敌的嫌疑。而拜寿那件事，王兰田同志调查了，梁大牙并没有跟敌伪有联系。梁大牙如果不是汉奸，把他收拾成这样，他不是汉奸也是汉奸了。请神容易送神难，积怨甚深，怎么得了啊，怎么得了啊。” 江古碑说：“你怎么这个态度？抓梁大牙你也是同意的啊。怎么处理，你还得拿意见。” 窦玉泉说：“你是特委代理书记，也是这次运动的主要负责人，要我拿什么意见？我支持你。” 然后，就不说话了，起身从饭桌上取出一本书，悠忽悠哉地翻了一阵子，说：“好了，这件事情你们自己拿主意吧……昨晚我读书，有一个字，是眼面前的，就是想不起来该读什么音了，老江你来帮我看看。” 江古碑凑过去一看，不以为然地说：“串下一个心，患嘛。怎么连这个字都记不住了？” 窦玉泉笑笑，说：“是了，患难的患。” 江古碑愣了半晌，还是不得要领，死缠着要窦玉泉拿意见，窦玉泉不耐烦了，说：“分区政治工作是老张负责，你不妨听听他的想法。” 去找张普景的路上，江古碑颇费了一番思量。这一次斗争是白热化了，关于梁大牙的问题确实是个棘手问题，当真不能掉以轻心。他突然想起了刚才他在窦玉泉翻开的那本书里看“患”字的时候，那两句话好像是关于虎呀蛇的，他一路想下去，想了半天，终于想起来了， 那两句话是“放虎归山终为患，打蛇不死随棍上”。 就这两句话，让江古碑毛骨悚然，产生了前所未有的恐惧。 想当初，在梁大牙提拔就任陈埠县县大队长的问题上，自己提出来，如果不提，就干脆杀了，不就是出于这样的考虑吗？你不杀他，要是让他得势，他就要杀你，革命就是这样严峻。但另一方面的问题是，那时候梁大牙草莽一个，杀了就杀了，而现在梁大牙羽翼已丰，杀了梁大牙，还有牛大牙马大牙，搞得不好就要出乱子。况且，梁大牙是分区的人，窦玉泉意思有了，但明确的话没有，要杀梁大牙，没有代理政委张普景发话还是不行。可是，张普景那个死脑筋，他会发话吗？ 江古碑停住步子，原地愣了半晌，后来决定还是先同李文彬通好气了再说。 当江古碑找到李文彬的时候，李文彬还在他的临时住处发呆，脸色依旧苍白，说：“老江，情况十分复杂，老窦这个人太让人难以琢磨了。” 江古碑问老窦到底都说了些什么，李文彬却又阴着脸不说了，只说：“人心难测，人心难测啊。弄来弄去，把梁大牙抓起来了，他倒成了局外人，站着说话不腰疼，反过来说给我们帮忙出主意，你说这叫什么事？难道运动只是我们两个人的事吗？” 江古碑说：“革命就是你死我活，不能瞻前顾后。前汉亡了有后汉，他们不干咱们干
