Instant tea is processed into finished tea, semi-finished tea or fresh tea leaves and by-products through extraction, filtration, concentration, drying and other processes into a granular, powdery or flake-like form that is easily soluble in water without tea dregs. The new type of tea beverage has the advantages of easy portability and no pesticide residues. my country's instant tea was tested and produced in Shanghai, Changsha, and Hangzhou in the late 1970s and early 1980s, and vacuum freeze-dried and spray-dried products were developed successively.Vacuum freeze-dried products, because the drying process is carried out in a low-humidity state, the aroma loss of tea leaves is small, and the aroma of the original tea can be maintained, but the drying time is long, energy consumption is large, and the cost is high; while spray-dried products are fogged under high temperature conditions Rapid drying, large loss of aromatic substances, the appearance of granules, good solubility and low cost.Therefore, the spray drying method is widely used in the production of instant tea products at home and abroad.Since the soluble substances in tea will be destroyed, denatured, oxidized, etc. when heated at high temperature for a long time, the concentration of tea solubles requires "low temperature and short time" in terms of temperature and time, and is carried out under low pressure.At present, vacuum concentration and membrane concentration methods are most used in the production of instant tea. The process features no heating, no evaporation of water, and no phase change process. It is a concentration method that is beneficial to maintain the quality of tea.The main varieties of instant tea in my country are instant black tea, instant green tea, instant oolong tea, instant health tea and so on.

1.Lvyuan brand instant tea Lvyuan brand instant tea is a new product developed in 1993 by Fujian Longma Group Lvyuan Food Co., Ltd., a Sino-foreign joint venture.The meaning of the name of the tea is: Take natural green food and serve consumers' health.The geographic location of Longyan in Fujian Province is 115°51'~117°45' east longitude, 24°23'~26°02' north latitude, and 320~1807 meters above sea level.The annual precipitation is between 1,500 and 1,900 mm, the average annual temperature is 19.9°C, and the frost-free period lasts for more than 300 days.The soil is yellow soil, which is slightly acidic, and it is a natural place suitable for tea.Longyan City and its surrounding counties such as Changting, Yongding, Shanghang, and Liancheng have been one of the tea-producing areas in Fujian Province since ancient times.

"Lvyuan" instant tea is made of local high-quality tea as raw material, using high-tech, refined by scientific methods, without any chemical additives, and the product quality conforms to the national GTB9679-88 "tea hygienic standard" and instant tea ISO7513 and Quality standards stipulated by international standards such as ISO7514. "Lvyuan" instant tea is a 100% pure tea product with elegant and pure flavor. It retains the rich amino acids, tea polyphenols, minerals, alkaloids and other essential nutrients and health care substances contained in the original tea leaves to the greatest extent. Quenches thirst and promotes body fluids, refreshes the mind and strengthens the brain, improves eyesight and clears the heart, lowers blood pressure and lipids, prevents cardiovascular diseases and many other special effects.

"Lvyuan" instant tea is divided into instant oolong tea, instant jasmine tea, instant black tea, instant green tea and instant milk tea.
