It is a moist feeling when tasted.When eating kebabs, Hengshui people have created another method, eating roasted garlic.Roasted garlic is to skewer garlic cloves to roast. Roasted garlic has a soft taste, and the spicy garlic is no longer there. The skewers enhance the flavor a lot. The difference is that you don’t need to heat up a skewer to eat roasted garlic, you just pull out a clove from the skewer to eat.
