A good painting doesn’t have to be huge, a good music doesn’t have to be long, and a good essay doesn’t have to be long.Only those who can do small things well can do big things well; those who can take care of small things can have great dignity.This is why it is said in the Buddhist scriptures that nothingness as large as Mount Meru and a mustard seed as small as a dust should be treated equally, and the size of the child must be the same as that of the small dust. The smallest is exactly the largest element.

According to legend, Nagarjuna Bodhisattva used seven white mustard seeds to open the Nantian Iron Tower in southern India, and obtained the "Daily Classic", which is similar to the Western fairy tale "Sesame opens the door"!Therefore, (Vimalakirti Sutra) says that if a person can thoroughly realize and experience "seeing Sumeru into the mustard seed", that person has already lived in the incredible method of liberation.At that time, we transcended the different views of big and small, high and low, delusional enlightenment, and living Buddha; entered the Huayan realm of "no doubt about size".Because "as big as Sumeru" is difficult to imagine and grasp, I always think that if a person wants to live a good life, he should start with the mustard seed in his hand.

I like small works of art, from which we can see the great mind of the creator. I like the delicate attitude towards life, and I think that one should experience the deeper meaning of life from the ordinary life.Of course, I also like majestic, heavy, and majestic people or works, but such people are rare, and such works are rare. Many people who think they are great, and works that they think are heavy, are just empty talk. When we go back to the origin of life and return to the life in a simple place, it is nothing more than "light Luo Xiaofan fluttering fireflies", nothing more than "thin wine, better tea soup, coarse clothes, better than no clothes", or "piccolo without clothes". or "The small building listened to the spring rain last night".Life is made up of frivolous and short journeys. Among the many cabbages, go find the jade cabbage. Jade cabbage is so light, thin and short that we didn't expect it, but we are familiar with its exquisiteness and preciousness. The road to Zhihui is when many people are chasing carts of cabbage, we can see jade cabbage at a glance, except that it is so dazzling, it is also because of our insight.
