on the cloud 林清玄 1372Words 2018-03-18
Guangdong's morning tea is probably very famous. Even in places like Hefei, there are many similar so-called teahouses. It is said that almost all of them are run by Cantonese. But I have never been there, probably because "except Wushan is not a cloud "My heart is playing tricks. Drinking tea is a special word for Cantonese. The meaning of drinking tea includes: drinking tea made from tea leaves, eating various snacks, and chatting with friends and confidants. Among them, drinking tea is the introduction, and snacks are used to add to the fun, the ultimate goal It's small talk. It's a great way to pass the time and a great way to bond.

Drinking tea can be divided into: morning tea, afternoon tea, and night tea. Although they are divided according to time, there are some differences. Generally speaking, the elderly have more morning tea, because the elderly get up earlier, and young people have to go to work in the morning .Evening tea is the other way around, most of them are young people. The elderly are less energetic than young people, and it is even worse at night; young people have worked all day and finally have time in the evening. Of course they want to chat with a friend or two. Or find that Qingqing, me, me... Drinking tea is the best choice. Afternoon tea is probably a new thing. I didn’t know it before. I only found out that there is such a service during the Spring Festival this year. There are very few people, probably all It’s a place for people who have nothing to do. I used to sleep in at home every day, so I drank evening tea the most.

Before drinking tea, you must first choose a good place. Because the signature dishes of different teahouses (in fact, there is no place with the word teahouse in its name, it is either a hotel or a karaoke hall, let’s call it a teahouse) are different. , and the price is also very different, plus personal hobbies and inconvenient transportation. Most people are used to drinking tea in a fixed place, and are not used to shopping around. When you enter the teahouse, first the service lady will give you a record card, first ask how many people there are and make a record on the card (this is called a tea seat, one tea seat per person; each tea seat costs one to several yuan The money does not wait). Choose a table and sit down. First come two pots of tea. The tea is optional, there are oolong, Pu'er, chrysanthemum, Jupu (chrysanthemum plus Pu'er), etc., I can't name it all at once. But the very famous tea may not be available, because the price is too expensive (I'm not sure).

There is also learning when pouring tea. You can’t pour your own first, you have to start with others, and you are the last one. When others pour tea for you, in order to express your gratitude, you should tap your fingers on the table a few times (the right and left hands seem to be unlimited) .I think the origin of this custom is: it is polite to express gratitude, but it seems indecent to say it with the mouth, because there are a lot of things in the mouth, which is too ugly; the hands should be idle when the mouth is moving, so use the hands to express meaning .Also, regardless of whether other people's cups are full or not, they should take a few drops to show respect.

You don’t need to take the dim sum by yourself. There are special service staff in the teahouse pushing the trolley around the hall, and there are all kinds of dim sum and snacks on the trolley. As long as the trolley comes to you, you can stop it and see what’s there. Just take the delicious ones. The service lady will take the initiative to record the account on the record card. Here I want to explain that all dim sum is divided into six categories: small point, medium point, large point, apex, special point, and super point. Needless to say, the price is like sesame blossoms----it is getting higher and higher. The small ones usually cost two or three yuan, and the extra ones are about six or seven yuan. The lady knows the grades of all kinds of dim sum, and uses a small chapter to record the corresponding ones on the card. A small seal is stamped on the level of the account. In the final settlement, the payment will be made with these small seals.

There are many varieties of snacks and snacks, which can be roughly divided into two categories: sweet and salty. The sweet ones are snacks: such as milk yellow buns, water chestnut cakes, jelly cakes... I haven’t had morning tea for a long time. I can’t remember so many; the salty ones include: pork ribs, chicken feet, tripe slices, shrimp dumplings, radish and beef offal, meatballs... Besides, I can’t help it. Anyway, there are many, many, and I will know if I have a chance to try. Of course, the tea drinkers who came here for the food were all hands-on, and the lion opened his mouth wide; the tea drinkers who just wanted to chat were in groups of three or five, with one or two dishes of side dishes on the table, drinking tea leisurely, and occasionally took a bite with their chopsticks. They have their own place, and they have nothing to do with each other. I usually drink tea to connect with each other. In the evening, some old classmates meet up to catch up on the old days; only after a long night do I drink morning tea to fill my stomach, and then go back to sleep.

Drinking tea is very refreshing. If you want to try it in person, you can come to Guangdong to experience it. I would like to do my best to let you come back to your heart's content.
