Chapter 65 Remarks: Mr. Lu Xun's Joke (Z.M.)
I read many must-read lists given to us by famous scholars, which aroused a lot of thoughts; but what moved me the most were the two notes of Mr. Lu Xun.But the most important thing for young people today is "actions" not "words".As long as you are a living person, it is not a big deal not to be able to write.
Because of these few words, I remembered a joke told by Mr. Lu Xun. He seemed to say:
Both speaking and writing seem to be signs of failure.People who are fighting fiercely with fate don't care about these things, and the winners who are really powerful are often silent. For example, when an eagle catches a rabbit, it is the rabbit that calls, not the eagle; when a cat catches a mouse, it is the mouse that crows, not the cat; It’s also like when the overlord of Chu rescued Zhao Pohan and chased northward, he didn’t say anything; when he put on the face of a poet, drank and sang, he was already defeated and his death was imminent.Recently, famous scholars such as Wu Peifu's "climbing the western mountain and writing poems to him", and Mr. Qi Xieyuan's "put down the gun and pick up the pen" are even more obvious examples.
This passage of his made many of us laugh, and I will record it here.
Since no one who spoke was asked to correct it, the person who wrote it down should be responsible for the mistakes. EE
