Preface to Xie Shen's "Book of the Later Han Dynasty" [1] "Sui Zhi": "Book of the Later Han Dynasty" has eighty-five volumes, and the original volume is one hundred and twenty-two volumes, written by Xie Shen, the minister of the Jinci Temple. "Tang Zhi": one hundred and two volumes, and "Han Shu Wai Zhuan" ten volumes [2]. "Book of Jin" and "Biography of Xie Shen" [3]: Shen Zi Xingsi, a native of Shanyin, Kuaiji.The county order is the main book, the meritorious service, Cha Xiaolian [4], Taiwei Qie Jian [5], it is not enough.He Chong (6), the internal historian of Kuaiji, was cited as joining the army and resigned as his mother.General Yu Liang[7] of Pingxi ordered him to serve as a meritorious officer, and General Cai Mo[8] of the conquest of the North gave him an offer to join the army, but both failed.Emperor Kang [9] came to the throne, and he was recruited as a doctor of etherology, and he resigned because of his mother's worries.Fu Yu, except Shangshu Duzhilang.He Chongyu Bing [10] also called Shen Youshicai, who moved to Zhuolang and wrote more than 30 volumes of "Book of Jin".He died at the age of fifty-two.Shen Xian wrote one hundred volumes of "Hou Han Shu" and "Mao Shi" [11] "Han Shu Wai Zhuan".In the case of "Sui Zhi", there is no "Wai Zhuan", or the suspected version is in the 122 volumes of "Hou Han Shu", "Tang Zhi" was re-analyzed, but according to this biography, it should be another book, and there are no leftovers today, so it will not be repeated It can be tested; however, there are still more than ten articles in the "Book of the Later Han Dynasty", which are compiled into one volume.

"Biography of Xie Shen" can be found in Volume 82 of this book. 〔4〕 Xiaolian, the abbreviation of "filial piety, integrity and cleanliness", was one of the subjects in the selection of officials in the Han Dynasty. [5] Qiejian (269-339) with the word Daohui, was born in Jinxiang, Gaoping (now Shandong), and served as Taiwei in the fourth year (338) of Xiankang, Emperor Cheng of Jin Dynasty. [6] He Chong (292-346), styled Cidao, was born in Lujiang Yu (now Huoshan, Anhui).Emperor Cheng of Jin Dynasty was the internal historian of Kuaiji at that time, and his official position was up to Shangshuling.

〔7〕Yu Liang (289-340), character Yuangui, was born in Yanling, Yingchuan (now part of Henan).Brother of Empress Mu of Emperor Jin and Ming Dynasty, he was named General Pingxi when he became emperor. 〔8〕Cai Mo (281-356), styled Daoming, was born in Chenliukaocheng (now Lankao, Henan). [9] Kangdi Sima Yue (322-344), Emperor Kangdi of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, reigned from 342 to 344. [10] Yu Bing (296-344) styled Ji Jian, the younger brother of Yu Liang, was an official to Zhongshujian. 〔11〕"Mao Shi" was passed down by Mao Heng and Mao Chang in the Western Han Dynasty. "Sui Shu·Jing Ji Zhi" contains: In the Liang Dynasty, there were 20 volumes of "Mao Poems" annotated by Xie Shen, 10 volumes each of "Mao Poems Interpretation" and "Mao Poems Yishu".All three books are dead.
