Chapter 18 Regarding the confiscation of traitor property

(October 15, 1937) Zhu, Peng, Ren [1]: Reported on the 11th.The confiscation of big landlords refers to the main class content of the policy of confiscating traitors. Of course, big landlords who are not traitors are not included in the confiscation.Among all the traitors, the big landlords should be resolutely confiscated first, and the middle-level elements who are traitors should not be confiscated without the consent of the people.Workers and peasants who are forced to become traitors should adopt a policy of leniency and focus on persuasion and education. This is the class line in the united front, and it must be clearly explained to all.
