(July 1, 1943) Two lines of anti-rape work. The correct line is: "The chief is in charge, does it himself, combines the leading cadres with the broad masses, combines general calls with individual guidance, investigates and studies, distinguishes right from wrong, wins over those who make mistakes, trains cadres, and educates the masses." The wrong line is: "force, confess, believe." We should implement the correct line and oppose the wrong line.
