Chapter 3 Please sum up the experience of the rectification study

(February 10, 1943) Comrades Enlai, Dehuai, Xiaoping, Rongzhen, Lin Feng, Zhu Rui, Ronghuan, Soseki[1]: In order to sum up last year's rectification study and to determine this year's study plan, please give us a brief telegram of your study experience last year, especially the following items: (1) Do most comrades have a correct understanding of the rectification study, and do they have any biases or misunderstandings? (2) Which cadres have achieved the greatest results? Have you reversed the importance of the rectification targets, and only rectified the lower levels and not the senior ones?

(3) Are the study plans formulated according to the specific environment and various cadres, and is there a problem of disregarding the war environment and the level of cadres? (4) Learning method, whether it can make the rectification study closely related to the actual work, whether the learning is consistent with the application, and whether there is a dogmatic learning attitude? (5) Do the responsible comrades at all levels set an example and take charge of leading the study in person, have they given up their responsibilities and handed over the study leadership to the secretary or others for management?

It is hoped that the above problems will be answered soon.
